It was absolutely amazing. Food was unbelievable. Service excellent. I would the only improvement would be the spa I would make it bigger with a hydra pool. The suites themselves were romantic and secluded.

Excelente unidade, com condições únicas. Pessoal muito simpático e disponível. Comida de altíssimo nivel. Piscina ótima. Único reparo: a Piscina interior devia ser aquecida. Para voltar novamente.

Um lugar charmoso e bonito para descansar e relaxar Muito bonito e com suítes bem bonitas Porém a piscina não tem cadeiras adequadas porque são pesadas e desconfortáveis Apesar de chamar vineyard não se visita a vinícola , inclusive o valor pago pelo vinho no restaurante é superior se comprar direto no hotel . Absurdo porque são vinhos próprios

O hotel é lindo, realmente um lugar para relaxar! Toda a equipe muito simpática e solícita; o restaurante é lindo e a comida deliciosa, café da manhã completíssimo, tudo muito gostoso. Quarto muito espaçoso e muito bem decorado, ficamos na sky suíte. Tudo teria sido perfeito se o hotel disponibilizasse mais atividades para os hóspedes, principalmente hóspedes com crianças, como foi meu caso, fiquei desapontada quando me informaram que as crianças só poderiam usar a piscina das 9:00 as 11:00, ou seja, só 2h de piscina para crianças que não tinham nada para fazer. No geral eu gostei do hotel.

Hotel com excelente qualidade. Cresceu um pouco nos últimos anos e tem que ter mais atenção ao serviço, nomeadamente nos pequenos almoços. Deveriam melhorar o parque das crianças, ter ginásio nem que fosse outdoor.

Poor lighting throughout the room, bring headlamps or flashlights, also tobget around the property at night. They caternto large groups so inquire before making a dinner reservation otherwise you will not be able to have a conversation . Bring water shoes with tread for SLIPPERY TILE POOL

For the price and 5 star hotel rating, you expect more, quite simply. They charge €3 per espresso pod, when even the most basic hotel have complimentary coffee included. The staff are unsure how to light a log fire and the wifi in the room does not work. The breakfast is the only highlight- besides this, the rooms are very basic along with the amenities in the bathroom. The location is beautiful and the spa is very nice- the actual rooms are small and there were lots of flies and bugs in the room.

O quarto que reservei estava com cheiro de cigarro muito forte. A equipe do hotel conseguiu um outro quarto bem menor, mas que tinha cheiro de fossa. Não tive compensação financeira pelo downgrade de quarto e apenas ofereceram uma tábua de frios no quarto.

Decepcionante ! Fomos com Uma expectativa enorme curtir dias de férias mas nos deparamos com um hotel um pouco “abandonado”. Limpeza deixou a desejar ( minha banheira tinha cabelos que não eram os nossos :() Notamos poucos funcionários pra uma estrutura daquele tamanho ( a moça da recepção ajudava a servir o café da manhã ), sentimos falta de alguém pra pegar nossas malas no carro, tentaram cobrar 15 euros pelo “Deslocamento “ do room-service! Achamos um absurdo mas pelo menos eles voltaram atrás.. achando o hotel sem manutenção !!! enfim, preço alto com pouco serviço !

Adoramos a estadia, quarto familiar amplo. Achamos apenas que a parte externa precisa de cobertura, queríamos usar a lareira e pela chuva impossível. Destaque ao atendimento do funcionário Miguel que nos recebeu com toda atenção e sempre solicito conosco e nossa bebê.

Decepcionante ! Fomos com Uma expectativa enorme curtir dias de férias mas nos deparamos com um hotel um pouco “abandonado”. Limpeza deixou a desejar ( minha banheira tinha cabelos que não eram os nossos :() Notamos poucos funcionários pra uma estrutura daquele tamanho ( a moça da recepção ajudava a servir o café da manhã ), sentimos falta de alguém pra pegar nossas malas no carro, tentaram cobrar 15 euros pelo “Deslocamento “ do room-service! Lugar incrível para quem gosta de tranquilidade... Vista maravilhosa.... Café da manhã muito bom Deram um upgrade para nós Tivemos um pequeno problema com a lavanderia.... Pedimos para lavar a roupa da nossa bebê e mancharam algumas peças... Não cobraram Além disso sumiu uma toalha dela de banho e não achamos Fora isso tudo excelente....

Hotel veramente di altissima qualità. Iniziando dalla struttura, gran gusto architettonico, suite di grandi dimensioni ed arredate in stile essenziale ma di gran pregio. Le zone comuni sono splendide, la sala colazione interna da vista sul parco e lago con una vista davvero squisita. Servizio: impeccabile e davvero disponibili. Nonostante la cucina chiuda alle 22.00 mi hanno fatto trovare la cena pronta, calda appena arrivato in hotel (orario di arrivo circa 22.15) Colazione ei gran pregio, senza inutili fronzoli ma di ottima qualità.
