階段があるので、大きなスーツケースは大変なのと週末の深夜の騒音がすごいのにびっくりでした。 でも、立地はとても良かったです。バスタブもあり、寝るだけなら十分でした。 受付も交代されますが、みなさんフレンドリーで良かったです。

Quarto com cheiro de fechado, não há elevador até o térreo, dificultando o acesso com as malas. Estávamos em 7 pessoas, em dois quartos um ao lado do outro e o funcionário Pedro chamou-nos atenção com grosseria pelo barulho de abrir e fechar as portas e a recepção com muito cheiro de cigarro.

No elevator!!!!!! Almost impossible to get all our luggage up. Tiny room with ancient bedspreads. Pulls on cabinets all broken. Safe but no key. Had to leave room key at desk which we didn’t like. No coffee. Only positive was location and staff..

Very basic 1 star hotel, with a huge price ($250/night) because of the yearly, huge ( 80,000 people) tech conference in early March. Best thing was the wonderful location. It was clean, front desk staff were very helpful. Room was extremely small, with a singlebed next to the wall. You have to carry your bag up many steps, before the elevator, but staff carried it for me up to the next floor, to my room. The outdoor bell, on the right with all the buzzers, to open the street level door, is directly under the Hotel sign on the left, immediately below it, but it doesn't look like a buzzer! Starbucks is a 2 min walk, and Placa Catalunya is 5 mins.

The hotel overall was decent because we got what we paid for. It was at “point zero” of Barcelona and the price we paid was under 100€ for August. Yes it is old, it has not got lift or breakfast, but it was so clean that you could not find any dirt anywhere. Towels were changed daily and sheets every second day. I would stay there again if I return to Barcelona sometime

This is a great location! The front desk staff is friendly. The housekeeping staff is very serious and isn’t the friendliest person there. The room and bathroom are very small. The AC works fast and great! There are no small refrigerators in the rooms. TV gets a lot of channels and lots of shopping and dining options. This is a great low cost option with limited amenities.The elevator worked well during our stay.

Atendimento do Leo foi excelente. O único problema é que nao tem frigobar no quarto. Tem cafeterias bem próximas, para o cafe da manhã, tem o Café Florida que fica a uma quadra do hotel e é uma otima opção. Se for de carro, tem que cuidar com a zona de trafego limitada. O hotel temnuma excelente localização, da para fazer muita coisa a pé.

I booked this place thinking that they had a lift because that’s what their listing says, but was surprised to see that you need to climb flights of stairs to get to their lobby, and that is where the lift is. It was very inconvenient for us who had lots of luggages. We arrived very late at night and we were very tired so we were so disappointed with what we had to go through. The staff who was there that night kindly let us use the ramp for PWD to move our luggages and he helped carry our luggages, but the other staff the next day was the exact opposite. He did not allow us to use the ramp. He then asked if we’d like him to book us a cab and we politely declined because we were booking an Uber. When we asked if we could ask for his help to bring down our luggages, he said no. He probably was pissed that we didn’t want to take the taxi service. He even said that if we book the taxi service, the driver will go up to help us with our luggages lol. So I think that because we declined, he didn’t want to help us. As for the room, it is very basic but a bit spacious. We only stayed for one night so can’t say much. Overall, we did not have a good stay. This may be okay for backpackers but definitely not for travellers with luggages. I just hope the hotel updates their description about the lift because it’s very deceiving.

Hotel Pelayo está muy céntrico y cerca de estaciones de metro, restaurantes, cafeterías y muchas otras atracciones. El personal fue muy amable y siempre tenían una recomendación que dar ante cualquier duda. La cama era cómoda y la habitación cumplía con las expectativas. Lo único es que para llegar al hotel tienes que subir un set de escaleras que con maletas pesadas o con varias maletas se hace tedioso antes de llegar al elevador. Sin duda me volvería a hospedar pero sin tanto equipaje.

Embora simples, esse hotel nos possibilitou aproveitar o dia em que lá ficamos, com atendimento cordial e limpeza primorosa.

Ottimo hotel, personale disponibile, pulitissimo, vicinissimo alla Rambla e Plaza Catalunya. Ci ritornerò sicuramente.

El establecimiento tiene muy buena localización. Llegas, sueltas maletas y te vas a las zonas turísticas. El sistema de llaves no me agrado tienes que dejar la llave al salir de la habitación. Si llegas y están atendiendo a más personas pues tienes que esperar para entrar a tu habitación. El wifi es malísimo para mejor cobertura te tienes que ir a los pasillos y a veces funciona se cae la conexión mucho. Nuestra habitación tenía baño, estaba remodelado y eso era una de las cosas que más queríamos, baño dentro de la habitación. Estaba bien limpio. Debajo de las camas había polvo. La cama muy bien vestida pero el setting no nos dio confianza de que todo estuviese limpio e higienizado. O sea sábanas limpias y no reusadas. Entiendo que con más literatura al respecto daría más confianza. Barcelona tenía los hoteles copados en este fin de semana de Pascuas así es que nos resolvió la habitación.

The hotel is in a really good location. The room we stayed in was small and basic, but clean and comfortable, and the service we received for most of the stay was excellent. On the final day we were hurried out of the room - the cleaner knocked shortly before checkout time and conveyed that we needed to leave quickly (we were due to leave before checkout time anyway). We were also a bit surprised to be charged 6 euros to leave three bags at the hotel for a couple of hours after checkout.

This is a great value hotel in the perfect location in the heart of Barcelona. Steps from Aerobus, Metro, La Rambla, Pl. Catalunya, shops, restaurants, convenience stores etc etc. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. My room was small, but this is Europe, and is to be expected. It was very clean and had AC. There are stairs, but an elevator goes part way. The area is safe. I would definitely stay here again!

The room was clean and tidy, included toiletries in the bathroom and was in the centre so a perfect location. The staff at the hotel were so friendly and accommodating for my young children, would recommend and will be staying here again given the opportunity.

The room was very nice, comfy beds, spacious compared to others i’ve stayed at in BCN for the money, nice shower, very accommodating and helpful staff. The only drawback was the room had a window to the street below that was extremely noisy all night long.

Freundliches Personal und sauberes Zimmer, da endet das positive. Einzel Zimmer zu klein mit Sicht auf innen Hof, aus dem man die Nachbarn hören kann. Sehr laut da: Wände zu dünn, Türen ohne Dichtungen, Dusch und Toiletten Geräusche sehr laut wahrnehmbar, mein Zimmer war neben der Rezeption und so konnte ich die Gespräche belauschen (nichts verstanden, keine spanisch Kenntnisse). Nie wieder.

2泊お世話になりました。地下鉄ウニベルシタット駅まで徒歩2分位、カタルーニャ広場へ5分位のとても便利な場所にありました。古い施設ですので、やや壁が薄くて、物音は聞こえますが、お値段や便利さを考えると許容範囲内です。ツインの部屋2泊で37,000円位でした。この値段はバルセロナではお値打ちだと思います。

The daytime receptionist was normal, but the nightshift receptionist with cranky face was horrible, he didn't even say thank you when I checked out. I paid 5 euros as a deposit when I checked in, but it wasn't refunded when I checked out.

City tax was EUR 7.5. Need notice you can't pay with card. Great location and fair price.

The 2 stars on Staff and Service is not because they were not friendly and courteous. They are very nice and always said hello when I came in and out. When I checked in they told me the city taxes portion of the bill had to be paid in cash. I knew ahead of time this would be extra fee that wasn't included in the bill, so that was fine. I didn't know that it HAD to be paid in cash. All of the hotels my friends stayed at, they all just added to the charges and paid with their credit cards (I found that out later). But...I was going to need cash anyway so I worked it out. THEN....I asked for a safe and was told it would be $2 extra. Fine. But I WASN'T told at the time that it ALSO had to be in cash. So the night before checkout I was told about it having to be in cash when I had already spent all my Euros! So the next morning I had to waste more upcharges and fees to take out just the $8 I needed. I had to spend $20 to get 8 euros when they should have told me the first night the safe fees were also cash. This was the only reason I gave such a low rating. It's a very simple hotel with value for the low cost, but that was not cool doing that. They need to be upfront with everything.

The room was clean and tidy, included toiletries in the bathroom and was in the centre so a perfect location. The staff at the hotel were so friendly and accommodating for my young children, would recommend and will be staying here again given the opportunity.

Very centrally located hotel. Very convenient for exploring the city with public transport all around you.

It is well placed. In downtown and close to bus stops and metro stations. A place to have a good sleep with AC and heating

This hotel is well located and reasonably priced. Don’t come here expecting the Ritz, it is priced for the decor, quality and style. It’s a good home base option for a few days. 5 minute walk from the airport bus and la rambler. Recommended, yet manage expectations because it’s a cheap hotel and you’re getting that.

La struttura è datata ma confortevole. Il punto forte dell'alloggio è la posizione strategica che consente di visitare a piedi la città e di avere a disposizione tutti i mezzi di trasporto. Rispetto a quanto indicato su Expedia l'Hotel ci ha fatto pagare una tassa di soggiorno maggiore (quasi doppia) sostenendo che quanto indicato da Expedia fosse sbagliato. Non so chi abbia ragione. A parte questo dettaglio mi sento di consigliare l'alloggio, ci tornerei. Colazione non compresa
