Appartement très bien situé et bien fait. Lluis est très sympa également Mais gros bémol sur les odeurs très désagréables des évacuations des sanitaires qui gâchent le séjour. Selon moi ce problème doit être réglé avant toute location.

Wij waren met 2 volwassenen en 3 tieners en daar is het appartement toch iets te klein voor. De prijs is hoogten je verwacht daarvoor ook veel terug, helaas liep de douche van de tweede badkamer niet goed door dat werd na 3 dagen wel verholpen maar de kinderen moesten de douchekop tijdens het douchen nog steeds vasthouden, de stroom viel regelmatig uit en er liepen met name in de badkamers erg veel mieren. Het gedeelde zwembad is vrij klein en ook regelmatig te vol en wij misten iets van ligbedden of parasols. Kortom voor bijna 3000 euro per week verwacht je meer en voor onze groep was het ook te klein.

La estancia ha sido genial. Lluis y Simone han estado disponibles en todo momento para todo. La situación muy buena, a 5 minutos andando a la playa. La piscina estupenda!. El apartamento limpio y con todo lo necesario. Si falta algo, Lluis y Simone atiende al momento. Seguro quevolveremos!

We spent 9 days at Sa Riera and this place met all our expectations. Lluis was really kind during the check-in and helped us with all the details. He also gave us really good tips on what beaches to visit other than Sa Riera. He also gave us good recommendations on restaurants where we were able to enjoy glorious seafood and paella!The house is literally located at a 5 min walk from the beach (although Sa Riera itself is on a hill so expect some stairs and ramps. Not challenging at all if you are in a normal physical state). It was lovely to be able to enjoy breakfast watching sunrise at the balcony and then after a short walk enjoy the pristine Mediterranean waters.There are a few bars and restaurants walking distance as well for those who just want to leave the car at the parking space and forget about it (by the way, the parking space is really handy and convenient given that’s almost impossible to park in the area due to high demand during summer season.

Tot molt bé i molt ven situat. La piscina espectacular i molt tranquil·la.
