The resort offers a variety of good food and great assistance only thru the app. However, the wooden walkways on the beach are rutted and uneven, posing a high risk of falls for tourists.Unfortunately, I had a fall and fractured my left 5th metatarsal . When I went to the Medical Office, they only offered ice and no doctor available, which I found unacceptable and risky for such a large Resort .

We have just returned from yet another remarkable stay at Rixos Premium Tekirova, and it was, as always, an absolute delight. This resort never fails to deliver a flawless experience — from the impeccable service to the exquisite attention to detail that makes every guest feel genuinely valued. The culinary offerings were exceptional — a wonderful selection of international and Turkish dishes, each beautifully presented and bursting with flavour. Whether dining by the sea or enjoying the vibrant buffet, every meal felt like a fine-dining experience. The outdoor activities were equally impressive: pristine pools, water sports, tennis courts, and entertainment for all ages. The beach clubs are stunning — crystal-clear waters, soft sand, and a relaxing yet sophisticated atmosphere that makes you never want to leave. Rixos Premium Tekirova is truly ideal for both families and couples — children are brilliantly catered for with their dedicated facilities, while couples can unwind in elegant tranquility. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team and management for another unforgettable holiday. Your warmth, professionalism, and consistency set a standard few resorts can match. We look forward to returning soon!

I like restaurants , fresh juices and big selections of food, was a begining of season , everywhere mini constractions Still I had a great vacation

We traveled with 2 little kids and been very impressed with this hotel. Amazing kids programme, kids club and afternoon/ evening shows! Very nice cocktails at the bars with variety of alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks. Lovely staff and ability to have assistance on whatsapp is a huge advantage. Highly recommend to attend sport classes outside with the view to the pool- something definitely worth trying! We will definitely be back!

As the first point of contact for guests from diverse backgrounds, it is unreasonable to expect all visitors to speak Turkish. Effective English communication is fundamental in the hospitality industry, and the inability of the staff to answer basic inquiries—such as directions for shopping or details about the resort's facilities—cost us time and money and diminished our overall experience during our ten-day stay. - The quality of both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages should be significantly improved. The ice cream house was also a disappointment. The variety was very limited, and their scoops are the size of a teaspoon. - While we were informed that children could be left at the kids' club for certain activities, the ten-minute ride from the main building to the kid’s club made it impractical for us to leave our children and return later for pickup. This situation hindered our ability to fully enjoy the offerings of the resort.

Odalar temizdi oldukça yeniydi manzarası güzeldi. Çalışanlar ilgiliydi özellikle resepsiyondan Ayşe Hanıma çok teşekkürler. Huzurlu ve keyifli bir tatil geçirdik herkese tavsiye ederim.

The room was in good condition, in fact we were upgraded. The staff are very friendly and very helpful. Specially Cihan always ready to help us when we needed. Now the downside on arrival we did not receive an introduction to the hotel, no map or what amenities they have, how the restaurants work nothing. Also the cleaners dont clean the room thoroughly, the floor was never mopped there was dirt on the marble flooring nor was the floor sweeped only the bare minimum. Cleaniness for a 5 start hotel should be higher. Food was not great, we were very dissapointed. We mainly ate the Turquoise buffet, food lacked flavour also not very hot, food should always be served piping hot, the food was luke warm.

Her şey çok güzeldi. Sadece süit odada salondaki klima güzel serinletirken, yatakodasındaki klimanın sadece fanı çalışıyor ve içeri tuhaf nem kokusu veriyordu. Teknik servis geldi ancak bir işlem yapmadan gitti. Problem çözülmedi. Bir de asansörlerde havalandırma ya yoktu ya da yetersizdi. Bunlara rağmen dinlendirici bir tatil geçirdik. Her şey düşünülmüş.

Location, setting, facilities brilliant. Unfortunately the experience is let down by the attitude of some of the staff members and inconsistent service. It is more of a three star hotel in the service aspects. More investment is needed in staff training. NB. Most staff do not speak English, only Turkish and Russian so communication is sometimes an issue. Also, if you want your room cleaned please give housekeeping the tip on a daily basis. Otherwise do not expect much.

Je suis extrêmement déçu par Hotels.Com, car j'ai réservé une villa avec piscine privée, clairement indiqué dans ma réservation, malheureusement j'ai reçu une villa communautaire avec piscine partagée, avec entre 10 et 20 villas communautaires. En tant que client fidèle de Hotels.com, je trouve cela inacceptable et il est très difficile de vous contacter directement. Rixo's a déclaré que cela était dû à une description incorrecte de la villa proposée sur votre site. Une explication serait appréciée immédiatement!

Our stay at the Rixos Tekirova Premium was great. We have enjoyed every day at the hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpfull. We stayed at the pool villa, which was excellent. We recommend this hotel to everyone. The beach was very nice and the food was very high quality

Brilliant hotel we had the best holiday with our 7 month old baby, Great staff and lovely food options even the A'la Carte buffet was great which usually isn't at all inclusive hotels, having stayed at several Rixos hotels around the world we found this to be the best yet! Great idea having your own personal assistants via a whats app group chat they were always on hand for any thing we needed. We will definely be back soon!

Assistant service is excellent. When you arrive hotel, you are joined a whatsapp group, and you can get actions directly and asap with fast communication.

This is our second year at this hotel, and we absolutely love it! Everything is perfectly set up for families to enjoy a wonderful vacation. A big thank you to Ihsan and the entire team at the Turquoise restaurant for their kindness, helpfulness, and warm smiles. The staff is incredibly friendly and always attentive. Thank you also to the pool bar servers, and to Kaan, our host, who was responsive and available for every request during our stay. Well done and thank you to the whole team!

Al La carte restaurants need booked by 3pm that day, we arrived at 2pm and weren’t advised of this and so couldn’t use this service that day and as we only stayed 4 nights it was disappointing, this should have been advised at check in. The WhatsApp method of communicating had its shortfalls in this respect and I had to ask more than once to be added to the WhatsApp contact list. This was a very small thing in what was an excellent holiday in a premium hotel in beautiful surroundings.

The property is well located with a unique environment. It's offering all day activities for different kind of expectations. Also you can find lots of food and beverages. As a little friendly advice: Staff training and coordination needs to be improved
