It was really disappointing not having AC during a heat wave in July. They compensated with an electric fan on our last day which was useless. Also, the stove wasn't working and we wanted to make food, tea etc but couldn't so had to purchase all meals instead. The toilet on the main bedroom was dripping and made sounds which was irritating. The area itself was the only highlight as it was very convenient to all attractions. I emailed the property after my stay to see if they could reimburse me for all the inconvenience and frustration but they never even bothered to even acknowledge. Would highly caution anyone from booking here!!

Spacious, clean, and comfortable for a family of four. Located with easy access to grocery, Pharmacia, restaurants, the Sagrada Familia, and subway. Luggage storage, if needed, before or after, is free, but requires a one euro coin to lock and remove the key. The property was very helpful in arranging our taxi to the airport. Everything about the property was seamless.

Small apt, 2 BR & 2 bathrm with AC, elevator. The front bath need a shelf & inside the shower needs a basket to hold shower gel, etc. Provided nice clean bath towels & a small box with 1 tablet for dishwasher,1 tablet for laundry machine & rack to put your clothes to dry, no clothes dryer mach. There is a cust service phone at entrance for assist. They are quick to help.there are lockers at the back to store your luggage if your rm is not avaliable you will need €1 coins for the lockers. We arrived 1pm & check in was 3pm Our apartment was ready & we check in early which we appreciated. The grocery store is across the road. La Segrada Familia was around the corner from the apt.NOTE that sometimes UBERS are not readily available, if you need to be somewhere & want to use UBER, I suggest you give yourself lots of time to try & get one as Local Taxis are very expensive. The local Taxis ( Black & Yellow) charge many fees added to the taxi Meter charge. Our taxi from the airport in Barcelona to the M H apartment , the meter showed €37 but charged us €50.80. SO BEWARE. Where as UBER only charge you the amt that you see on the app when you request one. Download freenow app at home before you go from home. so that you can request a taxi if you need one in Spain. Was NOT VERY HAPPY that the MH APT Cust Service would NOT provide a Taxi to go to the Cruise Port, they only provide Taxi to Airport. They need to Provide better Cust Service & provide taxi to anywhere we need to go.

Great location! The property has all amenities nearby, including a grocery store across the street. The flat was in need of some minor repairs, such as a leaking shower.

This was a bear bones property. One towel per person and no kitchen towels. There was a roll of toilet paper in one bathroom and none in the second bath. The floors were not cleaned properly. No soap in the kitchen for dishes and no dishwasher soap. Two of the mini split ac units leaked a tremendous amount of water all over the place. I called the hotline and spoke to someone who said they could not send anyone out until the next day! Totally unacceptable so I told them the water would be there the next day for them to clean up. They sent someone over within 40 minutes. I cannot recommend this property.

O apartamento é bem completo, com todos os utensílios de cozinha e os quartos têm cama bastante confortáveis. O banheiro ao lado do quarto com camas de solteiro é apertado e o espaço para banho é bastante reduzido. O imóvel dispõe de um elevador em que cabem duas ou três pessoas além de uma localização espetacular perto de restaurantes, metrô e farmácia. O atendimento da recepção é muito fraco, a atendente nos pareceu bastante impaciente e o check-in é feito em uma máquina, porém em nenhum momento fui avisado disso. Seria melhor se uma recepção física fosse instalada.

Good spacious place to stay with excellent location, very near the Sagrada Familia and shops. The place need refurbishing, you can see how old some of the appliances are. My only problem was the walls are thin that you can hear the footsteps of the people above us, the people across the apartment and the people going down the stairs which woke my kids up whose room was next to the entrance door. Apart from that, a comfortable stay.

With a group of 6 a third key would have been more helpful then 2. We had to wait on people or cut things short to meet late group arrivals. Instructions about AC remotes and card insert would have been helpful. Other then that we loved the location and area. Lots of food, grocery stores, and close to bus/subway. Great property with full kitchen, laundry, and view. Overall, great stay I would go back.

We had a great stay at the apartment. It was clean, spacious, comfortable and close to dining and the metro. To be clear, it is not in the heart of the old city, but we weren't looking for that. It still had plenty within walking distance and was 1 block away from a metro that could easily and quickly get us anywhere we wanted to be in the city. If we preferred, everything also was walkable. We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely property very central to Sagrada Familia and walkable distance to local transport links as such as the metro and bus station. Slight issue with key cards however this may have been a technological issue with departure dates, but this was rectified easily by being given a door code. Would happily stay again

Overall a great value. Location is perfect, noise level is low. No bad smell. Facility works ok, one time got stocked in the elevator but it was fixed very quickly. A basic vacuum cleaner could make a difference for day to day cleaning, specially for a family with 2 young kids. Communication via the hotels.com portal was fairly good, no reply over the weekend! Quality of service could be a bit better for a family visiting from a different country with limited resources. We stayed for 11 nights and we had no major issues. Wife and kids enjoyed their stay. I recommend this location.

This was a bear bones property. One towel per person and no kitchen towels. There was a roll of toilet paper in one bathroom and none in the second bath. The floors were not cleaned properly. No soap in the kitchen for dishes and no dishwasher soap. Two of the mini split ac units leaked a tremendous amount of water all over the place. I called the hotline and spoke to someone who said they could not send anyone out until the next day! Totally unacceptable so I told them the water would be there the next day for them to clean up. They sent someone over within 40 minutes. I cannot recommend this property.

We liked that it was Close by basilica sagrada la familia and easy area to get on the tours and transportations. The communication was less good, and not so friendly.

Checking in was not easy. We booked apartment for the day before we were to arrive. So we didnt have to wait when we arrived. Was told our booking was cancelled although we paid in advance. No one on site if a problem arises. You have to wait until someone is availabe to resolve issues. Safe didnt work.

Small apt, 2 BR & 2 bathrm with AC, elevator. The front bath need a shelf & inside the shower needs a basket to hold shower gel, etc. Provided nice clean bath towels & a small box with 1 tablet for dishwasher,1 tablet for laundry machine & rack to put your clothes to dry, no clothes dryer mach. There is a cust service phone at entrance for assist. They are quick to help.there are lockers at the back to store your luggage if your rm is not avaliable you will need €1 coins for the lockers. We arrived 1pm & check in was 3pm Our apartment was ready & we check in early which we appreciated. The grocery store is across the road. La Segrada Familia was around the corner from the apt.NOTE that sometimes UBERS are not readily available, if you need to be somewhere & want to use UBER, I suggest you give yourself lots of time to try & get one as Local Taxis are very expensive. The local Taxis ( Black & Yellow) charge many fees added to the taxi Meter charge. Our taxi from the airport in Barcelona to the M H apartment , the meter showed €37 but charged us €50.80. SO BEWARE. Where as UBER only charge you the amt that you see on the app when you request one. Download freenow app at home before you go from home. so that you can request a taxi if you need one in Spain. Was NOT VERY HAPPY that the MH APT Cust Service would NOT provide a Taxi to go to the Cruise Port, they only provide Taxi to Airport. They need to Provide better Cust Service & provide taxi to anywhere we need to go.

We had a great stay at the apartment. It was clean, spacious, comfortable and close to dining and the metro. To be clear, it is not in the heart of the old city, but we weren't looking for that. It still had plenty within walking distance and was 1 block away from a metro that could easily and quickly get us anywhere we wanted to be in the city. If we preferred, everything also was walkable. We would definitely stay here again.

The property was located very close to Sagrada Familia, which was positive. However, the street can be bustling, and it is difficult to sleep before midnight because of the noise outside. It had almost everything you needed for a short stay. One or two coffee pods for the Krups machine would have been a big bonus after a long trip to the accommodation. The city tax for tourists increased from 5.50 EUR to 6.88 EUR before our stay but this was not communicated before our arrival.

When I rang the doorbell it took awhile before letting us in and it’s hot to be outside the building with all our luggages. Staff is rude when I rang couple of times then when I ask for assistance in checking in from the phone inside the building, staff is rude there’s no customer service in their part and you can hear them their office is just beside the phone booth. I will compliment the apartment itself as it is in good condition with complete amenities. Bed is comfortable and unit has great AC. Balcony has a nice view. Location is perfect as it’s 1 block from Sagrada. If it’s not with the staff it will be perfect.

I had a very disappointing experience during my stay. The most serious issue was getting trapped in the elevator for approximately 40 minutes. It was a frightening and stressful situation, and unfortunately, the way it was handled made it even worse. The staff were rude and lacked empathy throughout the incident. There was little concern shown for my well-being, and no one offered a sincere apology or reassurance while I was dealing with the situation. What was even more disappointing was that after I was finally freed, no one from the hotel followed up to check on me or acknowledge what had happened. A situation like this can happen at any property, but it's how a hotel responds that truly matters. The lack of professionalism, compassion, and follow-up left me feeling ignored and undervalued as a guest. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend staying here. Hotel was only close to Sagrada but very far from the city.
