The room with beds was roomy but bathroom so small, no complimentary water bottles TV: only had some Japanese channels the only English Channel not working, not a smart tv so no internet/YouTube or phone mirroring becoming more coming these days. Did have a Family Mart underneath which was good.

北新地駅に近いホテルを探して、こちらを予約しました。駅へのアクセスはとても良く、コンビニが同施設内にあるのもプラスです。料金は所謂、少しグレード高めのビジネスホテルかなという具合ですが、室内と施設ともに相応でした。

The staff were polite and friendly. The room was dirty. Dust and dirt all over the bed and floor. You smell smoke all over the hotel, especially the elevators, and in the room even we took a man smoking room. The bathrooms old and squeaky and it may have mold. I recommend staying away from this hotel.

Great location, friendly and helpful staff, close to plenty of shops, restaurants and to Osaka station. However, the hotel is definitely on the older side and even though I was on a "non-smoking" floor, there was a faint smell of smoke and mildew (probably from the old carpets)

Solid place to stay for the price. But the room was very, very small. Like barely any room to unpack. Was also feeling a bit older and more run down than I expected. Like the shower ceiling had lots of brown spots and the pillows have definitely seen many heads. But again, solid for the price, nothing really bad (just lower end), and the staff is very helpful and accommodating to English speakers.

Decent room, somehow I had a smoking room selected, even though I requested no smoking. Staff immediately fixed this at no cost. I had a view of the roof which sucked, AC was nice and cold, fridge was cold but had to leave the room key in and they only gave me one key so fridge would get hot if I took the key. Vending machine right outside our room with coffee water and Asahis (really cool!). 7/11 right downstairs or a family mart at the bottom of hotel. 10 minutes walking to the Osaka main station.

I don't speak Japanese but the female staff members at the front desk did a very good job communicating with me. They helped me check into the hotel and were able to explain to me how the hotel operates. They were very respectful, friendly, and spoke clearly in English. To the front desk staff, thank you very much for your help.

Check in sbrigato in pochi minuti. Abbiamo lasciato i bagagli alla reception e siamo usciti per visitare Osaka. Al rientro in serata abbiamo trovato un addetto con scarsissima padronanza dell'inglese e, probabilmente, anche della gestione dei bagagli Ci ha riferito che avremmo ritrovato le nostre valigie in stanza; viceversa abbiamo dovuto scendere di nuovo in reception per ritirarle, ricevendo le scuse del caso. Stanza con polvere e angoli sporchi e forte odore di fumo che abbiamo dovuto eliminare con i nostri deodoranti. Pessima la prima colazione. Non è previsto il servizio buffet se non per il caffè e i succhi di frutta. Bisogna scegliere, subito in sede di check in per tutte le giornate, una fra 4 opzioni che viene servita in un vassoio. La scelta che comprende il croissant, yogurt e frutta è disponibile solo in quantità limitate, esaurite le quali bisogna ripiegare su altro.

really lazy service staff at front desk. a hotel in Japan should be able to tell guests where the closest elevator or escalator into the station is. not only are they not prepared for such an obvious question but 3 people at the front desk couldn't be bothered to even try. the price is too high here for such lazy service.

お部屋はテーブルと椅子がしっかりあり、充電する場所も何箇所かあるためデスクワークする方には最高だと思います。ベッドは、寝心地が良く熟睡できました。朝食のパンとグラノーラが美味しかったです。スタッフさんの対応も丁寧でした。 11時のチェックアウトなので、時間に余裕があり、また泊まりたいと思いました。

お部屋はテーブルと椅子がしっかりあり、充電する場所も何箇所かあるためデスクワークする方には最高だと思います。ベッドは、寝心地が良く熟睡できました。朝食のパンとグラノーラが美味しかったです。スタッフさんの対応も丁寧でした。 11時のチェックアウトなので、時間に余裕があり、また泊まりたいと思いました。

Wasn’t a really bad stay or option, it can be a little difficult to find because the fronts of the property are located in an alley as oppose to the street front. Otherwise, it’s not bad option and are situated in downtown Osaka. There were surprisingly a good handful of eateries and Osaka Sakurabashi Station’s entrance is not too far away from the property and it is about a 20 min walk from the Umeda Sky Building as well

Accepted a smoking room as non-smokings were all taken, but didn’t expect the residual smoke to be as pervasive and rancid as it was. Combined with the ubiquitous black decor and dim lighting, the place gave, dare I say it, a mob haunt aesthetic. Hotel needed a better lobby: somewhere to sit for a short while and maybe enjoy a coffee while waiting for other people. Front desk staff were helpful and friendly however. While the local neighborhood is rich with amenities, the local train stations are renowned as the ‘Umeda dungeon’. Navigating the area is extremely difficult. Even with Google Maps and some ability to read Japanese, I got lost and circled for literally two miles trying to reach the hotel from Osaka main station. You can’t reach destinations purely above ground, and underground is a disorienting labyrinth.

Check in sbrigato in pochi minuti. Abbiamo lasciato i bagagli alla reception e siamo usciti per visitare Osaka. Al rientro in serata abbiamo trovato un addetto con scarsissima padronanza dell'inglese e, probabilmente, anche della gestione dei bagagli Ci ha riferito che avremmo ritrovato le nostre valigie in stanza; viceversa abbiamo dovuto scendere di nuovo in reception per ritirarle, ricevendo le scuse del caso. Stanza con polvere e angoli sporchi e forte odore di fumo che abbiamo dovuto eliminare con i nostri deodoranti. Pessima la prima colazione. Non è previsto il servizio buffet se non per il caffè e i succhi di frutta. Bisogna scegliere, subito in sede di check in per tutte le giornate, una fra 4 opzioni che viene servita in un vassoio. La scelta che comprende il croissant, yogurt e frutta è disponibile solo in quantità limitate, esaurite le quali bisogna ripiegare su altro.

地下鉄も近く移動がとても楽でした。周りには飲食店がたくさんありますが夜は騒音は何も感じませんでした。ホテルの部屋もとても綺麗に清掃されており、気持ちよく泊まることができました。ただ部屋の備え付けの冷蔵庫の温度が低く飲みものがなかなか冷えなかった。あとお風呂の換気が弱く入浴後はいつまでも湯気が乾かないのが少し大変でした。それと朝ごはんはメニューがパン２種類、お弁当２種類の計４種類しかなく、連泊だったので同じものを食べたのが少し飽きました。でも味はとても美味しかったです。

チェックイン前の荷物預かり、不在でも部屋に預かり荷物を入れてくれたり大分助かりましたアメニティも豊富で余るくらいなので安心して朝、晩使え　結婚式後の宿泊だったのでこの点も凄くよかった朝食はテイクアウトも選べるなど早朝出発にも対応できる点などリピート点も多いです

Bedroom size is suitable for carry-on travellers only. Room is very clean. Bathroom is a bit small not suitable for larger size travellers. Pre-ordered breakfast was good and has a healthy option. Location is great. 2 minutes walk to train station. Front desk is very friendly and helpful, though speaks limited English.

위치나 기타모두 아주 편하고 좋았습니다 다만 체크인아웃시간에 제공되는 티와 커피에 대한정보가 사전에 없어서 제대로이용 못하고 체크아웃할때 한번 이용한것이 아쉬웠습니다(첫날 체크인을 밤늦게해서 알수가없었고 인포메이션이ㅜ없어서 몰랐음)

Very good hotel but breakfast has to be ordered the day before at the reception (but we went to order at 10 pm and it was fine). Also has no Chromecast and Video on Demand is purchaseable but not very big selection. Overall pretty good hotel

My only mistake was accidentally booking a smoking room which could not be switched at check-in due to no availability. I did run the air purifier but still ended up with a cough. I thought I would be ok but my asthma said otherwise. The location is great and central. The room was just fine for me as a single traveler-comfortable and all the amenities. It was quiet and affordable. I would absolutely book with MyStays again
