I’ve never had such a negative experience with any hotel like I did with this one. First there’s no parking unless it’s valet, so you have to either pay valet or park on the side of the road outside of the hotel. While I was parked on one of the parking spots in front of the hotel getting my luggage the valet workers kept rushing me to get my luggage faster because I’m not suppose to be parked there. I had 4 bags and my dog with me. Another negative experience I had was when I was passing by the front reception to take my dog out for a walk, the receptionist rudely stated “so what are you going to do about that dog?” I said excuse me and he said loudly in front of all the other guests, “you’re dog was barking on different hours of the night, what are you going to do about it, you’re here for one more night, how are you going to take care of this.” I was there to correct my dog when she did bark and he said “you better control that dog.” He deliberately did this in front of other guests to humiliate me and I get it if my dog was barking non stop but she only barked every now and then. She’s a dog! If you want a hotel that has nice workers and proper amenities look else where. By far the worst hotel I’ve ever been to.

Hello, I had high hopes for my stay, particularly given that the hotel is advertised as a luxury boutique hotel but I found this to be incredibly misleading. My room had a lot of wear and tear, and the bathroom sink would not drain. Also, the restaurant service was lacking and no one bothered to take my order until 45 minutes after I sat down. Additionally, the restaurant floors and seating were quite dirty, and I repeatedly overheard the waitresses telling customers that they were out of several continental breakfast options and it was only 9:30a. Would recommend that the rooms be remodeled, better cleaning throughout the property and a more welcoming breakfast experience, based on the nightly room price. There are far better options in the area and I will not be returning to this hotel.

This hotel isn’t the worst of the worst but I am disappointed with my overall experience. At first glance, the room appeared clean, but upon taking a closer look, I noticed that the walls, ceiling, and other areas showed signs of damage and poor upkeep. Some of the damage appeared to have simply been painted over rather than properly repaired. Another issue was the noise throughout the night. I heard banging throughout the night, which made it difficult to relax and enjoy a peaceful night’s rest. I was also disappointed by the additional charges. The price advertised on the website did not clearly communicate the extra $100 amenity charge, and we had to ask staff why we were being charged more than expected. We were told the amount would be refunded to our credit card, but the lack of clear communication was frustrating. We were also charged for the water in the room and other amenities. which was another unexpected expense. The only parking option available was valet, costing approximately $40–$50. Overall staff was friendly.

The staff at the counter was not available for 15-25 minutes to check in The kitchen garbage was not removed at all.The coffee creamer were expired and not useful. The lotion etc bottles were not refilled.
