Best Western Frodsham Forest Hills Hotel

busqué un hotel, haciendo filtro con servicio de GYM, y cuando llegué había que pagar aparte. Desayuno bueno. cama muy cómoda. bañera/ducha vieja....

Great room. Food was very good too

Didnt even stay, checked in went to roo. Found mould, damp walls holes in carpet, broken TV dust everywhere. Went to reception, gave us option of room next door had a look holes in bed linen room smelled. Was asked to make a decision on what room as another family was coming soon and would have other room. Also had to pay extra to use swimming pool Ended up leaving and paying for another hotel

Not enough staff in the restaurant or hotel generally. Was often waiting around for service. Lovely staff however. I dont think we should have been charged for the spa. I booked initially because of the spa and the steam room was not working.

I paid £130.00. For a room which was very cold and not clean. It had two radiators in it when b were cold when I checked in at 4.00pm. Spoke to receptionist who was clueless and told me they were on a centrally controlled system that came on at 5.00pm. They still hadn’t come on when I checked out next morning. Never stay at this hotel.
