My room was very comfortable and quiet. The restaurant and lounge are both good with very friendly staff. There are a lot of stores and places to eat very close by and downtown Fredericton is a short drive away. The gym was decent although a bit rusty (literally) and the pool was nice too although the hot tub was out of order which was a disappointment.

first time staying here. room very clean and bright and up to date with lots of plugs including usb and a wireless charger option on the alarm clock. Was very happy to have the option to enter our room from the interior hall or the outside door with our car parked directly outside. It snowed in the morning and they were out clearing the sidewalk early enough to make leaving safe but not so early as to wake us up. Would stay again.

The lobby picture was misleading... the pool was small and the water temperature was cold (you did get use to it after a few minutes). The pool chairs were rusty...not a great look! Breakfast was not included and the rental cost was high thus poor value.

Stay was fine but pool and hot tub not open until the last day and then it was freezing cold in the pool and too hot in n the tub. Hotel seems dated compared to a number of places we stayed at during our cross Canada drive.

We stayed for 1 night and didn’t get in until late. Arrived in our room and there was mold in the shower. As well tiles were broken. We complained but they didn’t seem to care. We will never stay again or recommend.

Check in person was friendly and courteous. Bathroom: had dark mold in the corner of the tub. Both the tub and toilet bowl needed a better cleaning. Long black hair wrapped up in a clean facecloth. Pool had a large ring of dirt above the water line. Noticed a collection of hair and dirt in corner by chair. Beds are comfortable. Close to mall and shopping area.

I arrived past midnight and managed to check in well even though the process took a while. I got a top floor room which was spacious. Unfortunately, the bedsheets were dirty and this was not a nice suprise after 52hrs of travel and just wanting to sleep. Additionally, the next morning when I picked up dropped shampoo from the floor I found a random pill behind the sink counter. In general, the cleanliness could therefore be greatly improved.

There were small flies covering the walls and tv. The shower had a huge spider web that looked to be there for days along with the huge spider. The floors looked unclean. Over all a disappointing stay. I mentioned these things to the fromt desk and I got a simple oh, I see. Not any concern.

I used to stay at the Fredericton Inn years ago on business. I was thinking it would be tired out by now and it was in the lobby and main rooms (although clean and neat) but I was so pleasantly surprised by my room: newly renovated bathroom and bed and flooring; a Keurig coffee maker; all the other amenities (iron and ironing board, blow dryer, etc.) The staff were super nice and helpful at the hotel and in the restaurant--I had a very, very pleasant stay at a very reasonable cost. I have family in Fredericton and will definitely book again.

Great room. Huge with newly renovated furnishings. Desk staff were not particularly helpful, however, especially on my second day when there was no wifi in the hotel. Uninterested in helping. Wait staff in cafe, on the other hand, were just lovely.

We didn’t stay the night. We have stayed many times but the quality has gone very down hill. Also on check in we asked about hot tub hours and told them. we went to room unpacked and went to hot tub only to find that it was broken and out of order. Went back to front desk asked guy why he told us hours and he said it has been broken for over a week and basically oh well. That was the last straw asked for a refund and left. Won't return again if they don't improve quality and service.

The room was very clean and even better than we expected, but the check-in process was pretty slow and frustrating. We were told our room was not ready at 3 and were told to wait five minutes, but 30 mins later were told to wait another half hour. There were multiple guests experiencing the same issue, and the front desk staff did not seem to care and were even laughing at some of the guests. The cleaning staff seems overworked, but the room was very clean so they did a great job.

With this hotel ,there are alot of sports teams come through. Thats fine but when am walking to my room and a group of them almost run me over . I have a problem with that (when i asked to be put far away from the teams at checkin) Went back to the front desk and explained it! He gave us a room that is on the other side of the hotel and it was night and day diffent Which kinda made up for it.. Pool and hot tub was overrun by the teams .. couldnt even get in . Whenn

I asked for a cot as I was traveling with my son and they Upgraded me to a queen dbl without having to ask!! Check in was smooth. Room was spotless, spacious and very well stock with necessities. Couldn't figure out the heater and mngt arrived within 3 minutes to fix. Only 1 con: Christmas party going on and music cld be heard throughout the hotel. Minimal disturbance. Stay was great otherwise!

Staff went above and beyond to make sure my stay was enjoyable. After a full day working and travelling I arrived late looking forward to checking in and the front desk person surprised me with a complimentary room upgrade, was much appreciated after such a long day! Great location and lots of parking.

A large hotel with ample parking. Our room was very large and clean. Bed was comfy. The lounge and restaurant staff were welcoming and friendly. Food and drinks were great. This hotel also has the New Brunswick Country Music Hall of Fame in it. I also believe it has a Sports Hall of Fame too! Something to browse if you’re interested. Check in and check out went smoothly. Located close to shopping.

For the price this is a good property to stay at. Only a 8 min drive from downtown area. Staff is great. Hotel is clean and comfortable…highly recommend

Chambre propre sans tapis, nous avons profité des installation de la piscine et de conditionnement physique. Très bien situé pour aller au centre d'achat le Regent à pied en passant par en arrière. Peut se rendre en voiture également par l'arrière.

I was there for a conference at the hotel. We had 1.5 hours for lunch and decided to use the hotel dining room. We barely made it back to the conference and others in the group were late. We have been there before when they have had a buffet on at lunch and it was a better experience.

Great value for money at this hotel. The staff were particularly extremely friendly and helpful. The vibe of the hotel was great. Nice, specious, clean rooms, and comfortable beds. Breakfast was not included, but is available.

I booked 4-nights stay in this hotel. Upon check-in a receptionist with clearly condescending approach made me feel like her inferior. My sensitive data was disclosed to the hotel staff endangering my privacy and safety. Two days ago I submitted written with my hand guest complaint to the hotel’s Gen. Manager. No response.

Central and convenient location. Lots of parking available. Regent Mall is just behind the hotel. Lots of dining options nearby that are within walking distance. Costco, Walmart, Dollarama, Canadian Tire are also nearby. They are in the process of renovating many of the rooms at the hotel.

Room was clean and well appointed. Bathtub could use a refresh as it looks like it was only cosmetically clean/repaired. Noise level in our room which was next to the stairwell was awful and although I asked the staff several times to ask the children and the parents to stop the kids from running up and down the stairs all afternoon and evening, nothing was done about it. So, if you stay there, ask to be placed in a room away from the stairs! Room was adequate for 2 night stay and the area had a lot of food establishments and shopping. I would look for another place if I had to return to the area.
