Bella posizione, direttamente sulla spiaggia e con 4 belle piscine. Terrazza sul mare con tramonto davvero bella. Qualita del cibo anche di buon livello. Cortesia dello staff, soprattutto al ristorante, molto gradita.

We stayed at this hotel for our honeymoon, and although the hotel itself was beautiful and the sunsets were amazing, we would not recommend it for a honeymoon or anniversary trip. Choose somewhere else where they will make an effort to make your stay feel a little more special. The breakfast selection was quite mediocre, and we ended up skipping breakfast during the last two days of our stay. However, the breakfast staff were very kind and polite, so the service was good. It's a good hotel for families, as it's close to the beach and has several pools. The bar staff were also very nice, helpful, and polite. We opted not to have dinner at the hotel because we tried the lunch twice and were quite disappointed. The menu selection was very limited, and the staff were, unfortunately, not very friendly. Our room also had an issue with the air conditioning, which was incredibly noisy. We notified the reception staff, but the problem was never addressed. In the end, we had to turn it off at night so we could sleep. On top of that, our room was filled with ants and tiny spiders. My husband forgot his shirt at the hotel and was told by the reception staff that there was no lost-and-found service. Fortunately, the very kind and helpful beach staff assisted us, and the shirt was indeed located in the lost and found. The beach staff were excellent throughout our stay. We had a wonderful time in Ischia, but we wish we had chosen a better hotel for our stay.

Fantastic hotel. Staff helpful. Great facilities including 3 nice pools and small pool for kids. Kids club throughout day. Only slight area for improvement is breakfast - staff lovely but once food starts running out it isn’t replaced so if you arrive at 0930-45 then often no more fresh melon/watermelon and no bread rolls left. Apart from this everything superb
