Ett superfint litet boutique hotell. Mysigt och fräscht Vi hade ett superior rum. Stor skön säng. Rummet fint. Toalett och dusch fräscha. Vid ankomst bjöds på ett glas bubbel. På rummet fanns en flaska bubbel o choklad! Frukost som innehöll det man behövde, yoghurt, frukt, bröd, juicer och bubbel. Riktigt bra frukostmeny med olika äggrätter. På taket fanns några få solstolar och en liten pool att svalka sig i. Dock ingen bar. Hotellet ligger vägg i vägg med systerhotellet som även är entren till Puro grande

It was beautifully redone to be old Spanish style. Good food, felt like a resort, showed up early and room wasn't ready, so gave my wife and I private use of the spa to shower and get cleaned up from trip.

Super schönes Hotel in einer perfekten zentralen Lage! Ist deshalb natürlich nicht ganz ruhig in der Nacht (die engen Gassen verstärken alles). Kein Pool im Hotel, man kann aber die Dachterrasse vom puro Urban nutzen mit einen kleinen Pool (sehr klein!) und traumhafter Aussicht :)

Lovely property. The staff was the absolute highlight. Big gratitude to Anna and Serji at the front desk and Racier in the restaurant, as well as the other servers, and the gentleman who did turn down service. I don’t have all the names and wish I did, but every single staff member made our stay special. Great location!

Very well apportioned and laid out. The location is very convenient for many attractions and shopping etc. room very clean and well-maintained with everything one expects. Huge bed! Amenities and consumables of high quality Staff friendly, helpful and professional without being overly fussy Breakfast excellent in terms of choice and quality Two v. Minor points that could be attended to: 1. The huge bed in my room was positioned along with a bedside table in such a way that the doors of the wardrobe (generously sized) couldn’t be fully opened making it awkward to access. - for correction next time there’s a refurb. 2. If offering a range of TV channels check they all work (reported at time and efforts to fix unsuccessful). Neither issue spoiled anything though.

Sehr schön direkt in der Altstadt gelegen, sehr ruhig und hochwertig. Freundliches, zuvorkommendes Personal incl. der Reinigungsfachkraft, die uns jeden Abend ein kleines Täfelchen Schokolade und Kamillentee vorbei brachte.

Lovely property. The staff was the absolute highlight. Big gratitude to Anna and Serji at the front desk and Racier in the restaurant, as well as the other servers, and the gentleman who did turn down service. I don’t have all the names and wish I did, but every single staff member made our stay special. Great location!

Ett superfint litet boutique hotell. Mysigt och fräscht Vi hade ett superior rum. Stor skön säng. Rummet fint. Toalett och dusch fräscha. Vid ankomst bjöds på ett glas bubbel. På rummet fanns en flaska bubbel o choklad! Frukost som innehöll det man behövde, yoghurt, frukt, bröd, juicer och bubbel. Riktigt bra frukostmeny med olika äggrätter. På taket fanns några få solstolar och en liten pool att svalka sig i. Dock ingen bar. Hotellet ligger vägg i vägg med systerhotellet som även är entren till Puro grande

It was beautifully redone to be old Spanish style. Good food, felt like a resort, showed up early and room wasn't ready, so gave my wife and I private use of the spa to shower and get cleaned up from trip.

Vi er kjempefornøyde med oppholdet på Puro Grand. Hotellet ligger perfekt til i en rolig gate i Palma, men samtidig med mange gode restauranter og butikker rett i nærheten. Personalet i resepsjonen var utrolig hyggelige og hjelpsomme. Vi hadde ikke bestilt solsenger på hotellets egen beach club, men det ordnet de for oss uten problemer. Frokosten var veldig god, rommene var fine og rene, og takterrassen var også veldig fin. Utsikten der oppe var helt nydelig. Vi hadde et supert opphold og kommer absolutt til å bo her igjen neste gang vi er i Palma. Anbefales!

Got an electric shock from a loose switch on the bedside light. Reported it and member of staff came immediately and he also got an electric shock! The lights had been switched on as part of the turn down service, so not sure why the person who put them on didn’t report the broken switch to begin with. They did move me to another room straightaway for my own safety, so staff handled it very well, just wasn’t expecting to have that experience in a 5 star hotel.

위치가 너무 좋고 방은 작아도 청결합니다. 근데 방에 없을때 직원들이 하우스키핑 완료 후에도 침구 정리 한다고 들어오는게 좀 불편했고 리셉션 직원이 자기말만하고 친절을 가장한 과도한 액션이 불편했습니다. 5성급인지는 잘 모르겠어요. 비용대비 아쉽네요
