Very nice hotel with all that we needed for two nights in Palma. The staff was very friendly and very helpful. Probably the best welcoming we ever have had at a hotel. We felt at home from the very beginning. The rooms were very clean with ok beds, air conditioning and the bathroom with a bathtub. There’s a nice roof top terrace with sunbeds and a small pool with a nice view over the bay. Great breakfast as well! We will love to come back.

좀 작지만 깨끗하고 만족합니다. 직원들도 친절해요. 시내랑은 버스로 20분 정도 걸리는데 나쁘지 않았어요. 수영장은 좀 작아서 쓸 일은 없었지만 루프탑 풍경은 예뻤어요.

The welcome and room were lovely and the breakfast really really great. The outside seating area was lovely to sit in. I was disappointed that the roof plunge pool wasn't open (this was one of the reasons I booked the hotel) and the other pool was on the ground floor by the entrance with a glass panel so felt too exposed to use. I love swimming so this was disappointing.

Amazing experience and hospitality. Staff are incredibly friendly and go out of their way to help (and they are always smiling). The location is a couple minutes from various bus stops which can take you throughout Palma. The hotel itself is very clean with unique layouts and a very cosy atmosphere. The rooftop pool and terrace is very cool with great views of Palma. Only positives from my experience.

Lovely hotel with amazing breakfast and surroundings. Seating and dining areas both indoor and outdoor are beautiful and well designed. The views are amazing from the rooftop terrace but the pool is way too small there. Walking to the city centre took us around 30 min.

Charmantes Hotel oberhalb vom Hafen. Super Frühstück, toller Blick nur etwas abseits in Palma gelegen, dafür aber gut machbar von hier die Liegeplätze der Kreuzfahrtschiffe zu Fuß und mit Koffer zu erreichen. Schöne Außenbereiche.

We felt at home from the very beginning and were offered a glass of bobbles waiting for them checking us in 😉 The rooms were very clean and tidy, ok beds, air conditioning and the bathroom had a bathtub. There’s a nice roof top terrace with sunbeds and a smaller pool offering a nice view over the bay. Great breakfast as well! We will love to come back.

Jättefint och mycket hög service av glad personal. Mycket fräscht, fint och snyggt inrett. Det gav en mycket härlig hemtrevlig känsla. Frukosten är mycket fräsch, stort och bra utbud och nyttig mat med mycket frukt. Bra sortiment av te, som chai, ört och kryddte. Även färsk pressad juice och cava.

Lo que me gustó: el personal es agradable, el desayuno es bueno, los detalles de bienvenida (agua, cava), proveen el body milk y el acondicionador. Parada de autobús a pocos minutos, se puede llegar al centro en menos de media hora andando. Lo que no me gustó: las 'piscinas' son dos charcas, una de ellas a pies, literalmente, de la gente sentada en la terraza, visible desde la calle ya que se trata de un acuario; no hay espejo grande en la habitación; no pude estar en la habitación sin las cortinas cerradas ya que se ve directamente dentro tanto desde la terraza como del edificio vecino pegado al hotel, en el baño se salía el agua de la ducha por todo el suelo. El mobiliario muy modesto, tipo Ikea o peor; el sobrecolchón bastante bien así que la cama era cómoda. Wifi en la habitación era malo. Hay un solo ascensor, y tarda bastante en llegar. Me sorprendió que haya moqueta, espero que sea ignífuga. Me parece mucho más un un tres estrellas medio que uno de cuatro.

En general el hotel no está mal , calor en los pasillos pero buen aire en la habitación, la limpieza para mi fue mala a pesar de dejar propina cada día , no cambian sábanas y el día que lo hicieron estaba roto la funda nórdica y encima la tuve que colocar yo , te quejas y no hay nadie que resuelva el problema, no aspiran , no sacan el polvo , he sido camarera de piso , sé de lo que hablo , la estancia en general bien sin más .

En general el hotel no está mal , calor en los pasillos pero buen aire en la habitación, la limpieza para mi fue mala a pesar de dejar propina cada día , no cambian sábanas y el día que lo hicieron estaba roto la funda nórdica y encima la tuve que colocar yo , te quejas y no hay nadie que resuelva el problema, no aspiran , no sacan el polvo , he sido camarera de piso , sé de lo que hablo , la estancia en general bien sin más .

Diese Unterkunft war sehr schön, das Zimmer, ganz oben, Mega Aussicht, am Hafen in 2 min zu Fuß, sehr zentral, zu Fuß kann man bequem Palma erkunden. Das Bett war Mega bequem, tolle Einrichtung, ich war nur eine Nacht, wär aber gern länger geblieben. Ich empfehle gerne weiter.

We checked in slightly early - the lady at reception was very friendly - we were offered a glass of cava (I am pregnant, so was offered any soft drink) which was a lovely surprise. We had a great view from our room - which was lovely and spacious. We were really impressed with the room and the attention to detail. We had an issue with the safe, which was resolved straight away. Breakfast was included for us, which was fresh and a good selection. Really impressed and pleasantly surprised!

Absolutely loved staying at Hotel Feliz. Everything was great from checking on to checking out. Great room with two terraces. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Helping out with information about the town and making a recommendation on a car rental company. Thank you everyone at Hotel Feliz!! Excellent job and I'll definitely stay here next time I visit Palma.

We loved the place. It had a nice relaxed vibe. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The buffet breakfast was one of the best I've had in a hotel: loads of choice and good quality, fresh items (and the pastries were to die for) ! We had a sea view room, with balcony. It was lovely, but it would be fair to point out that the sea view was only partial, due to us being on the end of the row. The rooftop pool is a nice touch. The hotel is a bit of a walk from the main sights in the city, but we got used to it (the nicest way is along the marina) and discovered the buses, too. Would definitely return.

The hotel is small but the room in the terrace was very nice. Very clean rooms and the staff was very attentive. It was a short taxi ride to most attractions. Parking in front of hotel was a paying parking, but a lot easier to park that around - as there were no free sports. Would recommend for Palma!

좀 작지만 깨끗하고 만족합니다. 직원들도 친절해요. 시내랑은 버스로 20분 정도 걸리는데 나쁘지 않았어요. 수영장은 좀 작아서 쓸 일은 없었지만 루프탑 풍경은 예뻤어요.

Lovely hotel with amazing breakfast and surroundings. Seating and dining areas both indoor and outdoor are beautiful and well designed. The views are amazing from the rooftop terrace but the pool is way too small there. Walking to the city centre took us around 30 min.

Charmantes Hotel oberhalb vom Hafen. Super Frühstück, toller Blick nur etwas abseits in Palma gelegen, dafür aber gut machbar von hier die Liegeplätze der Kreuzfahrtschiffe zu Fuß und mit Koffer zu erreichen. Schöne Außenbereiche.

Wir waren zu zweit für eine Nacht hier um am nächsten Tag auf Kreuzfahrt zu fahren. Super Entfernung vom Flughafen und Hafen. Sehr nettes Personal, super Frühstücksbuffet. Sehr zu empfehlen!

A great long weekend stay at this cosy retro feel hotel by the harbour and old town. Breakfast was fab with a good selection to choose from. The drinks were very reasonably priced and the hotel was always clean everywhere too. Would definitely go back 😁 Thanks guys!

Jättefint och mycket hög service av glad personal. Mycket fräscht, fint och snyggt inrett. Det gav en mycket härlig hemtrevlig känsla. Frukosten är mycket fräsch, stort och bra utbud och nyttig mat med mycket frukt. Bra sortiment av te, som chai, ört och kryddte. Även färsk pressad juice och cava.

Very nice stay at a very nice hotel. Room was great, breakfast great and employees were great - including the cleaning staff. Hotel is placed a little ways from city center but that is no issue. Would stay here agaim if we ever visit again.

Cute hotel in a quieter part of town. The common areas are fun and beautifully decorated, and it would have been nice if some of that style had carried through to the rooms as well. The staff are incredibly friendly, always smiling, and create a great atmosphere. The pools are small but lovely for cooling off on hot days. A few sun loungers by the ground floor pool would have been a nice addition, as it doesn't really seem appropriate to sit on regular outdoor chairs in wet swimwear. We also missed having a few parasols on the rooftop sun deck, especially during the hotter hours of the day. The breakfast is very good, with plenty of fresh fruit, nuts, and some vegetables, making it easy to put together a healthy meal. We stayed for a week, however, and the breakfast selection was exactly the same every day. As we're fully plant based, it became a bit repetitive. We would also have appreciated a few more standard vegan alternatives, such as vegan butter or margarine and plant based yoghurt, which are easy to find in most places around the world.
