Took forever to check in, one staff member checking people in while the other was on the phone. Freezer marked ice did not have ice, had to get ice from the bartender, thank goodness there was one and the bar was open. Room was small and dirty, hair on the bathroom floor. Only two towels for the bathroom. People running up and down the hallway yelling and carrying on during the night. Not what you’d expect from an Indigo hotel. Positive the lady who checked us in was very nice and did apologize for our long wait to check in.

The staff was 1000 out of 10!! super nice and very accommodating. The hotel is located near a lot of restaurants and shopping. I didn’t have to go too far to find things to eat…. Places to shop…. And things to do.! I stayed here for four days and three nights with my family for my son’s graduation from Boot Camp. The hotel is noticeably dated and could use a nice refresh but for the price it was not bad at all. The rooms do not have a microwave. The coffee machine did not work. And the refrigerator did not get very cold. Also, the air condition was super loud and didn’t cool the room down to the temperature respect but was not unbearable If you are on a strict budget, I would recommend this hotel.
