El Patio de los Jazmines Boutique-House

Séjours d'une nuit seulement et heureusement sur la route du retour. Nuit pris ici pour se reposer avant de longues heures de route mais c'était raté. Chambre pas du tout insonorisée. La chambre voisine a mis la télévision à fond et très tard le soir. Après avoir frappé à la porte pour qu'il baisse le son, effet qui n'a duré que 10 minutes nous avons tenté de joindre l'hôtel mais impossible... Nous avons joint hotel.com qui nous a proposé de nous trouver un autre hôtel mais a plus de 11h le soir c'était donc on nous a proposé un remboursement de 20/30 € qui n'a pas été fait. Nous ne sommes pas content du tout d'un hôtel avec des étoiles qui ne mérite pas au vu des prestations !

Alles sehr gut. Sehr sauber und sehr freundlich. Komme jederzeit wieder. Es war unser 3 Besuch.

Hotel is absolutely beautiful and well worth staying - the hosts make you feel at home and the whole hotel is so well kept and smells like a dream! Very comfortable!

The staff was friendly, but we did not have a five star (Google) or 9.6 (Expedia) experience. Check in began at 1230 according to the website but we were not set to arrive till 330. I received a message that there would not be anyone to check us in from 230 to 430 - I was told it was “rest time” for their staff. I messaged back the time we were planning on arriving (we had driven five hours that day) and was told no one would be there but we could wait on them. We adjusted our schedule and it was fine. We get checked into our room and my wife comes out of the bathroom and said, “someone has been smoking in there”. Not sure if they had a policy or not but did not want to be blamed for smoking and so I told the front desk. They moved us to the room next door - that was nice. Then the 15” tv remote would not work. They brought us another one - that was nice. I initially found the property through a Google search. It is listed as a “5 Star Property”. It is not! It is a nice hotel that we personally had a few small things happen that although they were quick to address, limit what we can
