Cadre original avec bar très amical , kine efficace,chambre vaste, buffet au restaurant mais surtout une mention spéciale à l agence qui organise la visite du Salar À faire absolument Encore mercis au personnel dévoué ( réception) et un hourrah à l organisation du Tour visite Salar À cet effet peuvent ils m envoyer la vidéo qui a été tourné Merci encore

Très bel hôtel, très bien situé en hauteur par rapport au Salar. Personnel attentif et très professionnel. Un Spa correct. Une physiothérapeute qui connait parfaitement le corps et sait détecter les problèmes. Merci. Par contre, il y fait toujours frais et cela n'est pas le plus confortable!

The stay offered a high-end physical environment, though it was hampered by logistical and culinary shortcomings that do not align with a premium image. We stayed at the dome (glamping room). The Facility The domes provide exceptional comfort, featuring floor heating, AC, and high-quality toiletries. Common areas and the bar/games room enhance the "Instagrammable" appeal. However, the absence of "Do Not Disturb" signs or physical barriers led to guests approaching or attempting to enter private domes. The addition of a bedroom trash bin is a necessary functional upgrade. Culinary & Service While specific staff—notably Maxwell Duran Duran and the housekeeping team—provided excellent service, the food quality was underwhelming. The dishes were consistently dry, suggesting a need for improved culinary technique. Furthermore, the breakfast buffet lacked variety and essential allergy or dish labeling. Tour & Communication Management communication was inconsistent; contradictory information regarding tour inclusions resulted in redundant private bookings. The stargazing "tour" lacked professional-grade equipment, such as cameras or specialized lighting, and there was a lack of clarity regarding its private nature. It functioned more as a basic shuttle service than a specialized excursion. Verdict A beautiful location with great amenities, but the tour and culinary execution require more polish to match the premium setting

Infelizmente tivemos um mal encontro na chegada, primeiro, paramos em frente ao hotel veio um atendente dizendo que não podia, avisamos pra ele que era somente para o check in. No check in outro atendente insistiu que não havia reserva e me mostrava a prancheta dele, estávamos cansados, meu marido ficou extremamente perflexo e no final encontraram a reserva. A gerente chegou e nos acalmou e no final deu td certo! Tirando essas questões o hotel eh muito bom em todos os quesitos, localização com visual incrível, café da manhã e restaurante excelentes.

Room was clean, amenities were good. A refreshing unique place to stay. Had dinner at the restaurant and had a very happy meal(though expensive). Some staff(like the person who carried the luggage) was extremely sweet and went out of the way whereas some staff were not super interested in customer service(front desk). We had a morning flight to catch and taxi was supposed to pick us at 7.30AM. We requested if breakfast can be packed as to go but we were told that breakfast counter opens at 7AM and we will have sufficient time but the breakfast didn't open until 7.15AM and even at that time, they refused to give a take out breakfast. taxi shuttle was priced per person and felt slightly expensive considering airport was just 10mts away. Gave 4 stars mainly because of not so caring staff but otherwise excellent hotel
