Room was clean ish. Whole hotel needs a bit of TLC and food isn’t the best

The staff were super friendly - made it so easy and they remember you are on holiday so go out of their way to make you feel relaxed and not a problem (unlike some hotels). Special thanks to Marcos on front desk - such a nice person!

Highly recommend this hotel. The hotel was clean, beds comfortable, and the food was good. We enjoyed the entertainment each night also. Hotel was convenient to walk to beach and shops.

My wife and I had an amazing getaway and wished we had stayed longer! The hotel was fantastic—our room was spotless, the staff were incredibly friendly, and the food was outstanding. The stunning beach nearby made the trip even more special. We can’t wait to return for a longer stay!

Great hotel, large pool area and deck to sunbathe, lots of space and not crammed together. Different dining options with a low key vibe. Really nice base as we then went out each day/night to enjoy Alcudia. Tip - if you are getting a taxi make sure they take you to the correct hotel as there are several Bordoy hotels in Alcudia and we got taken to the wrong one. This was not the hotels fault.
