Siamo stati di recente in questa struttura che fortunatamente ha cambiato di recente gestione, è stato bello trovare qualcuno che ha veramente voglia di prendersi cura del cliente, con educazione e tantissima disponibilità si sono sempre mostrati gentilissimi e con tanta voglia di fare son sicuro riusciranno a valorizzare la splendida struttura di questa villa. Consiglio vivamente per trascorrere giornate in pieno relax sia in coppia che con la famiglia. Abbiamo anche provato la cucina, davvero Top. Bravi ragazzi continuate così

I was given the same cover every day and not once was it different or cleaned because the same stain was there every day. Shower is like a cylinder you can barely fit in and move around. Bed was like a rock but I guess that is common in Italy. Bugs were constantly getting into my room. Bit by quite a few mosquitos inside the room. Could not eat in room or a flock of ants would swarm. Worst thing about my stay was the Wi-Fi. Had multiple Wi-Fi extenders through the hotel and only one of them worked. Problem was I could not get it from my room. I had to go to the reception area for a signal. Towards the end of the stay that Wi-Fi was gone as well. Of course it wasn’t fixed because any urgency is not the Italian way except for driving. Paid for hot tub and it was 90 degrees. It was hotter outside than the actual water. Stepped in sauna and saw it was at 120 degrees instead of the typical 150. The ladies were nice that worked there but coming from America I feel like the quality of stay and the amenities were 3rd world compared to even what a poor family in America is used to. Italy in general… do better

Absolutely loved the owner!!! She was warm and served homemade breads and amazing coffee with breakfast!! The hotel is a renovated family home in a beautiful rural area and has the feeling of an old farmhouse. Outdoor areas weren’t quite ready for use. Local city (Caltigirone) is a 15 minute drive.
