Me encantó el precio. La habitación no es de lujo pero están muy lindas y todo funcionaba. Si regreso me vuelvo a hospedar con ustedes. Todos muy atentos.

Habitación limpia, personal servicial y muy buena actitud, estacionamiento disponible con valet parking. Solo faltó una cafetera en la habitación, no hay.

We had paid to upgrade our room to a "Deluxe Garden View room with a "Queen" size bed. Unfortunately the was dark and had very few windows for the garden view. The room was finished with period antique furniture but that also limited the size of the bed to a double at best, and the mattress was very hard and uncomfortable. The shower water pressure was very poor and not enough to rinse shampoo out my hair. The service in the dining room was slow and there were errors on our bills at the end of eating there. The front desk ran out of bottled water and suggested we walk a couple of blocks to the 7-11 or OXXO to buy more bottled water if we wanted it. If you wanted to buy drinks at the garden bar one of our travelling companions was told they needed exact change as the staff didn't have any change. The valet parking worked well albeit is was confusing at first. The hotel has a distinct period feel with an excellent atmosphere. It could be so much better but needs allot of work to get there. Location was great and only 2 blocks to the central square making it very walkable.

Loved this unique place! The building was formerly a convent and the art and room decor are clearly inspired by that. Very quiet and peaceful place. Excellent bed, btw, which can totally make or break a hotel for me. Great atmosphere in a great town with a lot of history. I will definitely stay here again in the future. So much more fun and interesting than a modern cookie cutter hotel without sacrificing comfort and functionality.

It was a nice hotel, friendly staff, nice restaurant and confortable rooms, beautiful gardnens great location and a great value.
