A equipe de funcionários é muito alegre e prestativa. A área verde do hotel está bem cuidada e é muito relaxante. Pra quem gosta de natureza é muito bom. As thermas contíguas no hotel são um show a parte. Mas o hotel em si precisa de uma restauração por ser da época de 40.
