Eine sehr schöne Anlage, sehr modern und die Aussicht ist wunderschön. Leider ist der Weg zur Anlage fast unzumutbar. Eine Schotterpiste, nachts komplett unbeleuchtet, laufen bei Dunkelheit ist da eher schwierig, nur einspurig befahrbar, das heißt bei Gegenverkehr muss man zurück fahren, mit großen Schlaglöchern. Nach dem Urlaub ist auf jeden Fall eine Autowäsche notwendig. Die Lautstärke ist massiv, bei uns wurde die Nachbarwohnung täglich sehr lautstark gereinigt, da ein täglicher Wechsel statt gefunden hat, mit gefühlt stundenlangem Kratzen mit dem Staubsauger auf den Fliesen, ewiges klappern von Geschirr, Musik der Reinigungskräfte, lautes Rollen der Reinigungswägen von einer Wohnung zur anderen, hin und herlaufen des Personals über die eigene Terrasse, bei uns leider täglich bei 4 Nächten, sehr unschön. In unserem Zeitraum war auch 2mal nachts um 2.30 Uhr die Müllabfuhr da, wir dachten da kommt ein Bulldozer, als die Container geleert wurden. Viel zu wenig Parkplätze. Bei Wohnung mit einer Belegung von bis zu 6 Personen kommt man mit einem Parkplatz leider nicht hin. Auch die Schlüsselabholung ist sehr umständlich, in einer anderen Anlage, wo man auch nur einspurig hingelangt, wäre auch schön, wenn man vor der Anreise erfahren hätte, wie die Öffnungszeiten davon sind. Unsere Anfrage vor unserer Anreise wurden auch sehr schwammig beantwortet. Also unterm Strich eine echt schöne Anlage, aber wir kommen leider nicht mehr.

Amazing views, very clean, spacious apartments with well stocked kitchen facilities and outdoor areas. Apartments out the way, which we knew. Feels very secure with gated entrance and secure cameras throughout, spacious parking bays. Pool perfect. Car recommended. Note: Ensure you collect keys/check in from office before heading to apartment, only few minutes away. I would highly recommend a stay here. Thank you!

This was a wonderful apartment that we would definitely return to. The views are lovely, the pool is right outside the door and there is plenty of outdoor space to relax in. The apartment itself was very spacious and clean, it had everything you would need and the beds were very comfortable. There are also laundry facilities to use on site which was a bonus as I didn’t know they were included. There are cameras and gated access which made it all feel very safe too. Bardolino was just a 6 min drive and there are lots of lovely restaurants and shops around. My only complaint would be that the check in process was not very clear. I completed the online check in before arrival but then didn’t receive any instructions on how to actually get access to the complex. It turns out that check in is at a different complex a few mins down the road. So I would say that this could be made clearer to guests to avoid any confusion. Overall, this is a wonderful complex with everything needed for a great stay. Thank you 😊
