The man who greeted us and check us in and was wonderful. Room was clean. We noted some "wear" from use in the room (e.g., peeling paint), we had a hard time connecting to and sustainiing internet. The air conditioning worked well. Breakfast we good and we appreciated it.

We experienced a frustrating check-in process. When we arrived, the front desk informed us there was an issue with our reservation that prevented us from checking in. It was clear the hotel was already aware of the problem, but no one contacted us before we arrived. Had we known in advance, we could have worked on resolving the issue before getting to the hotel. Unfortunately, the front desk staff was not very helpful or empathetic during the situation. While we spent nearly an hour trying to resolve the issue with our reservation, the employee appeared more focused on ordering food than assisting us. Even though the reservation problem may not have been the hotel's fault, the lack of communication, professionalism, and customer service made an already stressful situation much worse.
