When I brought this to the manager, he responded “Not my problem” and proceeded to charge me $3 for tiny bottles of water. Will not return.

July 30 to August 2,2025 The worst hotel stay ever. I don't understand how this hotel has 4.5 stars. This must be based on old reviews. As soon as you walk in, there's a horrible odor throughout the hotel. In our room, the AC didn't work properly, and they claimed it was the best it could do. The sink wouldn't drain, and when we asked for it to be fixed, they said it works but slowly. The shower door was broken, the toilet paper holder and other fixtures were falling off the wall, and there were terrible patch jobs everywhere with no repainting. We also noticed water damage on the ceiling. The carpet was disgustingly dirty and stained. We had to wait 30 minutes of running the water for it to get warm to bath. This place was the worst. When we asked for help, one employee responded, "for what?" and another said, "this hotel isn't that bad." Do NOT stay here.

1. No Microwave 2. AC Does not work. 3. Fire alarm keeps going on because you have to close the bathroom door when showering which is hard because i have two kids with me. 3. Charge twice for this tax thing, tried to explain that i already paid when i check in, showed the receipt, still get charged anyways. 4. the Guy receptionist was nice very welcomibg but the girl in the morning rude. 5. the hotel was ok, just really small. would not recommend if you have kids!!

Bon séjour dans cet hôtel. Personnel agréable. Petit-déjeuner très complet. Il faut juste penser à ajouter les frais de parking (souterrain) à quelques mètres de l'hôtel, qui peuvent monter très vite.

Heating systems needs improvement. It takes a while to get some heat when it is too cold.

Prima budget locatie. Gezellige buurt. Parkeren kan op 400 meter in een q parking. Wij hadden de pech dat de sleutelkaart mechanisme stuk was van onze deur. Dat hield in dat we de receptie moesten vragen de deur te openen. Dat deden ze ook met een glimlach. Prima bed. Goed geslapen verder

The late hour help desk staff tried as much as possible to help on our last night of stay but the property could use some maintenance upgrades. Our A/C was not working and the staff provided two fans to help us.

The worst hotel I have ever seen. It was so dirty we checked out after one night, as we arrived late we had to stay that night. The next day the reception agreed to give us a refund for the rest of the nights because of how dirty everything was and took our details down. They have since ghosted and refuse to respond to any emails we send asking for our money back. The carpets are heavily stained with god knows what and the curtains were broken and worst of all, the sofa bed wasn't made, when we went to make it the mattress had a huge red stain on it it was horrifying. Cheating scammers! Do not trust the other Expedia reviews.

It was all wonderful, staff was very helpful allowing us to leave our luggage with them after checking out. Hotel is clean except for our Hotel room carpets! They were filthy with several stains and looked like they could use a good cleaning. Beds very comfortable however!

Not a good area of Paris Newly renovated bathroom/shower and the bed was pretty comfortable. Rooms are very basic with badly worn/dirty carpets. Visible dirt in corners Lovely courtyard if it were cleaned and not used for dirty linen storage Only a couple people in the 4 days we were there spoke a little English. Nice young man on check in but spoke no English No coffee except with breakfast at 15€….manager agreed to 6€ for just coffee A company named B7&Co charged us $244€ for 2 nights. Then later noticed LeTrent charged $472€ for next 2 nights - it appears we were double charged for first 2 nights and will be contacting them

Arrivée dans la chambre attribuée (vers 16h30), j’ai eu la surprise de voir que celle-ci n’avait pas été faite… la réceptionniste a été bien aimable, s’est excusée et m’a attribué une autre chambre. Merci à elle! La literie est confortable. Par contre, la moquette est tachée à de nombreux endroits (c’est assez démodé d’ailleurs …) et le frigo fait un bruit insupportable. Le petit-déjeuner est standard, donc un peu cher pour ce qui est proposé (proposé du lait chaud serait bienvenu par exemple). Sinon, l’hôtel est plutôt bien placé

La chambre était malodorante et froide (la clim réversible ne fonctionne que lorsque la chambre est occupée), les meubles et accessoires de salle de bain abimés et de piètre qualité, le ménage n'a pas été fait malgré les engagements.

There were stains allmiver the carpet in the room and throughout the hallway there were what looked like blood stains

The hotel is in a great neighborhood—perfect for walking, shopping, dining, and easy access to public transportation. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was cleaned thoroughly every day. However, the room was quite small for four people, especially with a sofa bed. The shower head was weak and didn’t spray properly, and the glass panel wasn’t sealed well, which caused water to leak onto the floor. The hallway carpet also looked a bit dirty and could use better maintenance. We didn’t try the breakfast (€15 per person), but the city tax was reasonable. Overall, the location and service were solid, but the room felt too cramped for four and a few areas need updating and better upkeep.

Dès mon arrivée, le jeune homme est très poli et très souriant. Les autres personnes de l'établissement que j'ai pu rencontrer sont aussi sympathiques. Chambre calme, assez spacieuse au regard des autres hotels déjà essayés sur Paris. Une vraie douche assez grande pour bouger !. Seul hic : La moquette dans les chambres. Je ne chercherai pas plus longtemps quand je reviendrai dans le coin.

Das Hotel ist angenehm klein und liegt ruhig in einer kleinen Sackgasse. Gastronomie und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig gut erreichbar. Außerdem gibt es zwei Parks in der Nähe. Die Verkehrsanbindung ist sehr gut, zum Gare du Nord gibt es mit der Nummer 54 eine direkte Busverbindung. Tagsüber kam man an der Rezeption gut mit Englisch weiter, abends, beim Check-in mit Französisch, was aber auch funktionierte. Das Deluxe Zimmer ist ausreichend groß für zwei Erwachsene und zwei Teenager. Wir hatten eine Reisetasche ausgepackt, die Kinder lebten aus ihren kleinen Koffern, die neben der Schlafcouch lagen. Das Bad sah neu aus und ist mit einer ebenen Dusche ausgestattet. Es gibt einen Wasserkocher. Täglich wurden Tee und Kaffee aufgefüllt. Der Frühstücksraum ist nett eingerichtet mit richtigem Geschirr. Die Auswahl wiederholt sich zwar, ist aber immer noch abwechslungsreich mit Saft, Kaffee, Tee, Joghurt, Müsli, Baguettes, Wurst, Käse, Eiern, Marmelade und Honig. Besonders positiv ist uns die Dame aufgefallen, die sich von Montag bis Donnerstag um den Frühstücksraum kümmert. Wir waren an einem Tag zu spät zum Frühstück gekommen, da war da Frühstück eigentlich bereits vorbei. Die Dame hatte jedoch bemerkt, dass wir noch nicht da gewesen sind. Wir konnten dann auch noch zu spät unser Frühstück essen und bekamen dafür auch noch einmal frische Baguettes und Kaffee etc. Der Reinigungsservice für die Zimmer war ebenfalls sehr gut. Ich würde das Hotel noch einmal buchen.

Excellent service and friendly staff

Super séjour dans cet hôtel très bien situé, tout le personnel est très agréable, professionnel, souriant, de bon conseil ! La literie est confortable, l’environnement calme et silencieux. La Clim dysfonctionnait un peu et tout a été résolu très rapidement et dans la bonne humeur 👍 Nous reviendrons ici lors de nos prochains séjours

Very nice and clean hotel in a quiet area close to Metro line 13 and 14 and close to restaurants and grocery stores. The hotel staff was really friendly and helpful. I recommend going to the local cafés for breakfast. Easy and direct 30 minutes ride from the Orly Airport via Metro 14.

A disappointing stay overall. Luckily, I spent less than 12 hours there. The hotel was clean, and the lady at check-in was friendly, but the room setup and service fell well short of expectations. The room and bathroom were extremely small, making even basic tasks awkward. The bathroom layout made little sense: the only soap dispenser was inside the shower, and because of how the door opened, getting soap at the sink turned into a full-on door-blocking circus — frustrating, ridiculous, and unintentionally comical. On top of that, the granite panel supporting the sink had very sharp edges, and in such a cramped space, it felt genuinely unsafe, especially for a child. Service didn’t help. Early in the morning, I asked for a small glass of water before leaving and got a blunt, “Not possible unless you buy breakfast.” Fair enough, but unnecessarily rude — would someone treated this way really want to return? Clean place, friendly check-in, but overall not worth it. I’d only recommend it as a last resort for adults transiting the area.

Excellent service and incredibly friendly staff. The young lady at reception was very knowledgeable and helpful, advising us on attractions. Definitely visit again

Very nice place to stay!! I highly recommend. The staff is extremely nice and welcoming and are willing to answer all questions and they speak English as well as Spanish. It’s a bit far from the tourist areas, but the receptionist was so helpful and helped us map out places we could visit on 24hrs. If you are willing to use the metro, highkey consider this place. Stayed here as a group of young girls, did not feel unsafe.

We felt very safe walking around this neighborhood. Location was perfect for the bus/train.

Hotel ligt op een fijne plek. Niet ver van het centrum (3 metrostations) en van Gare du Nord (direct bus van 20min). Op loopafstand van Montmartre en een fijne wijk. Veel leuke bakkers en restaurants in de buurt van het hotel. Personeel is vriendelijk. Kamers zijn ruim en schoon. Fijne bedden. Verder weinig tijd doorgebracht in het hotel, alleen om te slapen. Geen last gehad van geluidsoverlast. Niet ontbeten in het hotel. Zal een volgende visite naar Parijs weer voor dit hotel gaan!

Lovely little hotel in a quiet area but still within walking distance of the main attractions or good transport links. Room was good especially for the price we paid. We would definitely recommend and we would stay again.

Great hotel. Modern.clean in a good area. Close to metro line Hotel is situated in a cul de sac so its very quiet. Recommend it.

Posizione ottima vicina alla stazione della metro per andare all'aeroporto di Orly. Nei pressi della struttura c'è un market comodissimo aperto anche la domenica dalle 8.30

Très bon emplacement , dans une impasse très calme. Au coeur du 17ème , près de Montmarte et station métro. Le personnel est sympathique et accueillant.

A dated property on a dead end street but a good staff and very helpful. The breakfast was just okay and the coffee machine didn’t work properly. I needed an Espresso coffee and Coffee machine couldn’t make it . The area was a little deserted and isolated but we found an excellent restaurant just 3 blocks away. The area where the restaurant was located was pretty cool. I would say this is a 3 star hotel, which it was rated a 3 star hotel . Good hotel in Paris for the price but I would go outside to have breakfast.
