Fantastic for what we needed. Stayed as a family of four, with two kids sharing the sofa bed. The air con was priceless! Parking in the basement was very helpful. Thank you to the reception staff who were friendly and helpful. Would definitely return.

Amazing place, friendly people. Highly recommend. The metro was so close, and found some very delicious places to have a quick breakfast or dinner. Big space, and a place to do laundry. Will recommend to friends. Thank you

Great location -just a five minute walk to Clichy Mairie Metro. Very secure underground parking. This was our third stay at this hotel - each time included a trip to The Stade de France for a rugby match. Warm , well equipped clean apartment. Clichy itself has all the shops you'd need plus some excellent cafes, bars and restaurants. Spicy World 5 minutes away is great, Chez Francoise a lively friendly bistro bar. We'll definitely be back again.

Excellent value for the price. The building is above a natural foods grocery store, and across the street from a general grocery store. The Metro is only half a block away. The neighborhood has several good restaurants, an excellent boulangerie (Gwen and Clem), and parks. It's primarily residential with small businesses and felt very safe. The staff in the hotel are very helpful and friendly. We had a studio apartment on the 4th floor facing the street, which was a little noisy. The unit was exceptionally clean and well maintained, with no sign of the "nasty bugs" which are a problem in Paris. There was plenty of storage in the closets. The kitchen is lacking in counter space but has all the essentials, but a small amount of dish soap would have been helpful. We did laundry in the building which was somewhat inconvenient as a special app had to be downloaded and paid for on the phone, and was expensive. The laundry detergent is automatically dispensed so if you have any skin sensitivities to soaps, you may want to rethink. If our travels take us through Paris again, we would stay here again

The property is close to the metro so easy to get around and above a supermarket. Check in took a while as the man was on the phone. We were told breakfast was included, which it wasn’t. The room was clean but the smell of cigarettes was overwhelming even with the window open.

The room was just ok. Old and had a musty smell. We booked for 4 nights and had to be moved twice because the air conditioning did not work., eventually it did get fixed. The bed in the fist room we slept in was on an angle so we put pillows under the mattress to keep from rolling on one side. The bathroom was not very clean.the only great part was the staff . They did there best.

Ok stay here. Room was fine. Some areas are looking a bit dated in the rooms and some parts not as clean as could be. Room was meant to be serviced mid stay but this did not happen so only was done on the day before checkout. Good location though. Good supermarket opposite and a couple of nice places to drink and eat opposite in the garden area. Great bakery 10 mins walk away with lovely pastries and bread - very cheap- La fournée du palais - highly recommended

Une odeur désagréable (dans la chambre et dans le couloir), un évier bouché, une ventilation qui faisait trembler l’appareil toute la nuit. Tout était réuni pour une nuit difficile. Je n’avais qu’une seule nuit heureusement. Très bonne literie, un personnel souriant et accueillant, quel dommage ….

The staff was absolutely wonderful. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout my stay. Unfortunately, the experience was overshadowed by a serious issue with the air conditioning in my room. It was extremely loud, making it impossible to get a good night’s sleep. There was no technician available during my stay, so the problem could not be resolved, which was really disappointing. As a result, I was not able to enjoy my time there as much as I had hoped.

We had a wonderful time staying at Appart'City Confort Paris Clichy Mairie. We had our six month old daughter with us and the apartment included a separate bedroom so she could go to sleep while we relaxed in the lounge in the apartment, a high chair, a kitchen, great air conditioning in the lounge and bedroom, a comfy bed and great shower. The curtains also provided a great dark room for our daughter to sleep in and the area was nice and quiet. We also had a view of the Eiffel Tower in the distance from our balcony! There is also a huge supermarket a two minute walk away which is perfect for getting all the essentials and more! Issam who is the director of the hotel made us feel very welcome and was very helpful if we needed anything. Thank you for a wonderful stay, it made our trip to Paris very enjoyable.

Great hotel, reasonably priced, and well located in a much more residential area. The Metro is half a block away, which is very convenient. There is also a supermarket across the street. The staff was very welcoming and friendly 😊 the people at the reception and the lady from the cafeteria who gave us Chocolate croissants at our arrival 😍 we booked a one bedroom, which was very spacious, clean and comfortable. This is a hotel where I would definitely stay next time I visit the city of light.

Good location in close-in suburb with metro station less than a block away, and grocery stores and restaurants in the neighborhood. Fairly spacious room by Paris standards. Kitchenette was a plus, but no dishwasher and the utensils etc. were a bit difficult to access. We were told we would get a VIP bonus (free breakfast) but hotel did not have that in their records. It was resolved with excellent and polite help from the front desk. Breakfast was acceptable without being exceptional. Overall a good value for the price!

J'ai eu un très bon accueil lors de mon arrivée ainsi qu'une suprise dans ma chambre, un gentil mot de bienvenue de Betty sur une sculpture de serviettes de bain en forme de coeur, et à mon départ le directeur s'est déplacé jusqu'à la sortie de parking pour récupérer le bip. Enfin des personnes adorables

As the desk agent began to wrap up my check-in, he proceeded to stand up. Mind you, this is a very small narrow desk and the reception area is tight on space. The next man in line was basically shoulder to shoulder with me, not behind me, next to me, and this agent’s voice already carries. He blurts out my room number and leans over to simultaneously write it down, actually leaning past me, where the card is in between me and the gentleman next to me, in clear view of all of us. In shock, I plainly asked that since he blurted it out and wrote it down in front of the gentlemen next to me to please give me another room number, written down, but not in front of the other gentlemen. He proceeds to give me another key card cover, without the room number, but says that he can’t change my room. I go upstairs to sort out the details with Expedia and immediately head back down, return his key card, and check into a Hilton hotel for the night. Being that I’ve worked in customer service for over a decade, I tend to refrain from posting negative reviews, as I know how it can jeopardize how the business is viewed, but this is a very serious matter. Feeling protected, especially as a solo female traveler, is of the upmost importance when we are choosing accommodations. I am posting this in the hopes that it will catch the attention of management and that this particular representative will be coached in how to protect future guests, especially females, in the hotel.

As the desk agent began to wrap up my check-in, he proceeded to stand up. Mind you, this is a very small narrow desk and the reception area is tight on space. The next man in line was basically shoulder to shoulder with me, not behind me, next to me, and this agent’s voice already carries. He blurts out my room number and leans over to simultaneously write it down, actually leaning past me, where the card is in between me and the gentleman next to me, in clear view of all of us. In shock, I plainly asked that since he blurted it out and wrote it down in front of the gentlemen next to me to please give me another room number, written down, but not in front of the other gentlemen. He proceeds to give me another key card cover, without the room number, but says that he can’t change my room. I go upstairs to sort out the details with Expedia and immediately head back down, return his key card, and check into a Hilton hotel for the night. Being that I’ve worked in customer service for over a decade, I tend to refrain from posting negative reviews, as I know how it can jeopardize how the business is viewed, but this is a very serious matter. Feeling protected, especially as a solo female traveler, is of the upmost importance when we are choosing accommodations. Good location in close-in suburb with metro station less than a block away, and grocery stores and restaurants in the neighborhood. Fairly spacious room by Paris standards. Kitchenette was a plus, but no dishwasher and the utensils etc. were a bit difficult to access. We were told we would get a VIP bonus (free breakfast) but hotel did not have that in their records. It was resolved with excellent and polite help from the front desk. Breakfast was acceptable without being exceptional. Overall a good value for the price!

パリの中心地からは離れていますが、駅からは歩いて1分でついてしまいます。住宅地なのか周辺にはスーパーや食料品店、週末にはマルシェが立って買い物も楽しいです。周辺には小さな公園や市庁舎などがあり、散歩なども楽しめました。スタッフもフレンドリーで滞在中はリラックスできました。

There's a grocery store right next door and the metro is 3 mins away on foot. Very nice hotel and friendly staff. Down side, we could hear the cars driving around very well. But that was the only negative point we had.

Spacious apartment. This makes the stay in Paris. Cause most of the options around town are real small rooms. This ap with spacious kitchenette and good shower worth the fistance from city center only for that. Also the breakfast was very good. Fresh and wellmade food and nive brand options for yoir forst meal. The cappuccino from the machine is great! Location is good for being really close to Metro station, but the neighborhood is not pretty and not many good options if you are looking for fine dinning. Anyway, everyone on the streets seamed very kind.

Great hotel, reasonably priced, and well located in a much more residential area. The Metro is half a block away, which is very convenient. There is also a supermarket across the street. The staff was very welcoming and friendly 😊 the people at the reception and the lady from the cafeteria who gave us Chocolate croissants at our arrival 😍 we booked a one bedroom, which was very spacious, clean and comfortable. This is a hotel where I would definitely stay next time I visit the city of light.

Clichy is an excellent safe area away from the typical tourist areas of Paris but with easy access to the Metro. For Paris, the twin room we started out was good sized and quite adequate, but we upgraded to a family suite for a very reasonable fee since we arrived in low season and this is roomy and well worth it. Lots of excellent restaurants nearby with our two favorites being La Barrière de Cliche and La Sancerra. Natural food store next door and large supermarket across the street.

Place is ok. Breakfast was good but the same every day. The electric stove top didn’t work on my room. So, I didn’t use it. It had a sink but no kitchen sponge, towels, nor dishwasher soap. Out of the 5 or 6 people we’ve met at the reception, only 2 were very nice and showed that they care about our needs. Location was great! It was clean.

I liked the hotel,very convenient location near the metro,[2 min.walk], where is also a grocery store nearby.The hotel has an excellent breakfast that for $11 you won't find in the city,very tasty coffee,fresh croissants,meat dishes. Hotel was nice and clean. It didn’t have much space but a little cozy. Staff was friendly. They didn’t have wash cloths which was strange. The breakfast wasn’t much so I would recommend eating somewhere else. The area around the hotel was great. Plenty of restaurants, grocery stores and public transportation.

Would have been great value for money and a good stay if everything went smoothly. Unfortunately the entire hotel had a power cut from around 3am until check out which meant the room was hot and we could not charge our phones, use the kettle, hair dryer, or coffee machine etc. There was no active communication from the hotel and we were worried to leave our room in case we could not tap back in with our key card. The lift was also not working. One of us walked downstairs to ask if late check out was possible given the circumstances but this was denied. After we left, we messaged the hotel, it has been over a week but they never responded.
