Easy to find, good parking availability, pleasant staff, clean facility and great location. Our refrigerator didn’t work at all, in spite of staff attempting to get it to cool. Small inconvenience for us that wasn’t worth pursuing as we were away from the hotel most of the days. We had a great time in the pool and only wish (as I’m sure all of the more mature people like me) that a hot tub was available. It’s the absolute remedy to hours in a car and walking around all day!

Parking was easy and plenty. The pool was wonderful. Breakfast was great! This is my second stay and I would definitely stay again. The views over the River were great! I love Bath!

The best part of my stay was the lady at the front desk when I checked in. She was very nice, kind, attentive and was super helpful and patient when I was using the wrong card.
