Hotel muy oscuro… ascensor pequeño no caben dos personas con maleta. Baño con algunos detalles que no gustan mucho. Mi agitación miró a un patio trasero de solo techos solo porque llegue más tarde a hacer el check in. El servicio del desayuno muy malo. No hay mucha intención de atender o por último de recoger cosas del desayuno . Lo bueno es la ubicación.

The property is in a really convenient location. It's very easy to get to the hotel from the airport. My room was quiet and comfortable. My friends and I had a great time here. Marie in the bar area was very helpful with recommendations around the city and we enjoyed the cocktails she prepared for us. I would definitely stay here again.

Hotel in pieno Centro! Punti di forza primo il prezzo 77 a notte con colazione! Secondo il parcheggio del Louvre a due isolati dall’Hotel ma una parcheggiata l’auto si è in pieno centro a piedi e per andare allo Stadio ho usato il Tram che parte come una metto sotto l’Hotel Boscolo a un isolato! Terzo la camera al quarto piano con un piccolo terrazzo ma comunque affascinante e gradevole! Punti negativi l’ascensore vecchio stile è lento sarebbe da cambiare e poi il bagno dopo solo una sufficienza perché la doccia è complicata da modulare, acqua calda e fredda intendo e nel lavandino pulito ho trovato il solito capello! Personale gentile e colazione al primo piano sono stati invece graditi. Facile da trovare e con diverse bevande e pietanze fresche, dò un bel sette!

This a cute boutique hotel in a good location. Rooms are nicely decorated art deco style. They feel luxurious. Nice balcony overlooking the street. Parking is available (extra)however not super convinient, one small block away, but totally manageable. What I didn\'t like was the shower had a very slow drainage, to the point one day my fiancée was taking a longer shower washing her long hair when we received a call from reception asking us if we could stop using the shower because the unit below was getting flooded. I don\'t know how they solved this but a few minutes later told us was okay to use the shower again, but after that, we were a bit afraid of not taking a "long" showers. Breakfast also good (extra). Also very nice the bar and super nice the bartender. Cocktails were supreme.

Attention de bien réserver à l'avance votre place de parking. Pas de parking privé, l'hôtel a un accord avec le parking public à côté, très pratique mais les places sont limitées.

Great location and decent size room. Felt like the bathroom shower needed a deeper cleaning / super tiny. Overall a great room but I would wake up to the smell of the breakfast food early in the morning.. somehow my vents were connected to it?

Gemütliche kleine Hotel. Super Lage. Perfekte Personal ( hilfsbereit, höflich…). Leckere Frühstück. Zimmer ist etwas zu klein, aber gut eingerichtet. Leider unangenehme Geruch nach Abfluss im Zimmer. Trotzdem kann ich Hotel weiterempfehlen.

Old dirty hotel. Our bathroom smelt like sewage. After complaining they came and sprayed it. In 2 hours later it smelled again. Novelty disgusting. Shower is all scratched and old. Never stay here again.

I didn’t have high expectations for a Best Western, but given the reviews and its location in Nice, I thought it would be better. Unfortunately, this hotel fell short in many areas. The room had slanted floors, making it difficult for anyone in a wheelchair to navigate without rolling backward. It felt like a property that had been briefly updated in 2016 after seeing a trend on Instagram, but hasn’t been maintained since. While the room smelled like chemicals when we first walked in, it was still dirty. The enclosed light fixtures were filled with dust and trapped flies, indicating they hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. This was a classic case of “great photography, bad room.” Despite being spacious, the room was filled with cheap and worn-out furniture. There was an unmade sofa bed that looked like something out of a motel. The bathroom, while clean, had an old wooden door that didn’t close quietly—you had to slam it shut. The service at the front desk was also disappointing. The staff was standoffish and didn’t mention any of our Hotels.com VIP benefits, such as a free room upgrade, late checkout, or the complimentary cocktail. We were told to wait five minutes for our room to be ready, but it took 20 minutes. The delay seemed to be because the staff didn’t want to hold our bags. Overall, I wouldn’t stay here again. The pictures are misleading and don’t reflect the actual condition of the rooms in 2024. I’d recommend checking authentic travel blogs for honest reviews.

Definitely not worth what it costs to stay at this hotel. Priced as a higher end hotel but the hotel is a 2/3 star hotel at best. The staff are really good and try really hard, But for the price you can get a way better hotel with maybe even some amenities. Not worth the cost. Really disappointed and not being able to get reimbursed even after being forced to change rooms due to the smell of mold and sewage was disappointing and really hampered our trip.

Location was fantastic and very close to the Jean Medicin tram station on the airport line, and to the shopping area and old town. The welcome drinks and bottle of appreciated and the complimentary prosecco was much appreciated!! Staff were all helpful and friendly. Room was clean overall, however the toilet smelled. Not from the room but the strong smell was coming from the plumbing. But overall we enjoyed our stay here.

Room was clean and of decent size. Plenty of room for my spouse and I. It’s only a block or two walk to many excellent restaurants and bars. Very safe area. Highly recommend.

Great location, many restaurants nearby, short walk to beach and promenade. Our room was clean, well maintained and spacious enough for our family of 4. Staff were friendly and responsive to any queries we had. Special mention to two attentive staff members who proactively brought me a large bag of ice upon noticing I had an injured knee (sadly, I didn’t catch their names)! This was a good base location for a visit to Nice.

Room was decent but this is not a 4 start property. Virtually no services, staff did not help with baggage, rooms were worn and finishing/mouldings were in very poor condition. Housekeeping did not replenish products. Climate control is limited to the season, therefore we had only heating despite the warm weather. Walls not very soundproofed.

The location was great! The room and bathroom were very small and had to carefully move around room. The breakfast was rxcellent and staff friendly and helpful.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. However, I think it’s more a 3 stars hotel than a 4 stars. Room is impressively small and we can hear easily occupants in other rooms or in the corridor. For the price paid, I expect definitely more from a hotel. However, the location is amazing and it’s safe. Hotel staff were great too.

No aircondition in hotel during this part of the year. No mentioning of this when booking. Using windows for cooling room during night, when facing street, was noisy and made sleeping impossible.

The hotel is conveniently located. The room was super small and my only complaint is the partially enclosed shower which caused water to splash on the floor outside of the shower which is very anoying, otherwise all was great.

The staff was wonderful and very accommodating. We visited in November when the weather had cooled and the hotel had already turned off the central AC, but since our room still felt too warm, they kindly brought us a portable AC unit.

Checked in at 5pm and the room was not ready and not checked by the staff, they informed me that the hotel was full, the had no cleaners able to clean the room and they were not even able to do refund as the manager was coming back the day after (bad bad bad); after insisting saying them that they MUST find a solution, the poor girl that was only a trainee, found another room which supposed to be even better than the originally booked. Checked in and surprise! The shower was Not working! It’s a dated hotel made looks pretty from outside but it’s cheap and terrible. Definitely not a 4 stars hotel!

Great location, many restaurants nearby, short walk to beach and promenade. Our room was clean, well maintained and spacious enough for our family of 4. Staff were friendly and responsive to any queries we had. Special mention to two attentive staff members who proactively brought me a large bag of ice upon noticing I had an injured knee (sadly, I didn’t catch their names)! This was a good base location for a visit to Nice.

Siamo arrivati in struttura a notte (hotel accessibile 24h), dopo un lungo viaggio di lavoro, con prenotazione prepagata e regolarmente piazzata qualche ora prima. Dopo forti insistenze da parte nostra e una lunga attesa, ha finalmente trovato le “inesistenti” prenotazioni, che - a quanto pare - erano invece regolarmente pervenute. Non credo fosse un problema causato da portiere, quanto più di una carente organizzazione della struttura. Come è possibile che un hotel 4 stelle, al centro di una grande città, non sia in grado di recuperare prenotazioni regolarmente effettuate e prepagate, tramite Expedia, solo perché gli ospiti arrivano a notte, esigenza peraltro frequente durante le trasferte di lavoro? Ciliegina sulla torta: una delle due camere non era stata rifatta dopo l’ospite precedente ed il mio collega ha dormito vestito. Non abbiamo reclamato la cosa al momento perché eravamo sfiniti. Cosa gravissima, quest’ultima sorpresa, soprattutto in tempi di COVID. Viaggio molto, ciononostante penso di non aver mai scritto una recensione negativa. Stavolta non ne potevo fare a meno. I didn’t have high expectations for a Best Western, but given the reviews and its location in Nice, I thought it would be better. Unfortunately, this hotel fell short in many areas. The room had slanted floors, making it difficult for anyone in a wheelchair to navigate without rolling backward. While the room smelled like chemicals when we first walked in, it was still dirty. Sehr sauber und freundliches Personal, angenehme Atmosphäre. Sensationell beim Frühstücken konnte man seine Eier selbst kochen und so seine eigenen Bedürfnisse des Frühstückseis stillen. Einziger Kritikpunkt: Einmal wurde wohl vergessen, das Grillgemüse und die Bohnen zu erhitzen. Dies war an einem der Tage kalt. Kann passieren, war aber bei all dem positiven dann doch aufgefallen.

Hotel muy oscuro… ascensor pequeño no caben dos personas con maleta. Baño con algunos detalles que no gustan mucho. Mi agitación miró a un patio trasero de solo techos solo porque llegue más tarde a hacer el check in. El servicio del desayuno muy malo. No hay mucha intención de atender o por último de recoger cosas del desayuno . Lo bueno es la ubicación.

This a cute boutique hotel in a good location. Rooms are nicely decorated art deco style. They feel luxurious. Nice balcony overlooking the street. Parking is available (extra)however not super convinient, one small block away, but totally manageable. What I didn\'t like was the shower had a very slow drainage, to the point one day my fiancée was taking a longer shower washing her long hair when we received a call from reception asking us if we could stop using the shower because the unit below was getting flooded. I don\'t know how they solved this but a few minutes later told us was okay to use the shower again, but after that, we were a bit afraid of not taking a "long" showers. Breakfast also good (extra). Also very nice the bar and super nice the bartender. Cocktails were supreme.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Best Western Roosevelt. This boutique hotel has everything you could ask for from a relaxed beach/city holiday. Our Superior Room, while slightly on the smaller side, was modern, beautifully renovated and very comfortable. The bathroom was fantastic, and the air conditioning worked brilliantly, especially considering the Nice’s August heat and humidity! What really stood out, though, was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, helpful and genuinely went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. A special shout-out to Francesca and Gabriella for being so wonderful! The location couldn’t be better. It’s around a 10-minute walk from one of the most fantastic city beaches we’ve been to, surrounded by great coffee shops, restaurants and shops, and just a couple of minutes’ stroll from the Old Town. The hotel also provides beach towels and umbrellas, which was such a thoughtful touch and made spending the day at the public beach even easier and more enjoyable. The train station is also less than 15 minutes away on foot, making it incredibly easy to explore the rest of the French Riviera. We genuinely had a fantastic experience at the Best Western Roosevelt and thought it offered excellent value for money. We can’t wait to come back and book our next holiday!
