My stay was absolutely wonderful. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. The location was perfect, and everything exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Palm Beach. Thank you for making my stay so enjoyable. Overall a nice place to stay for a short weekend trip if planning to be out and about. Recommendations for future booking for this specific unit would be to make updates to the bathroom. Ceiling tiles were stained and the lighting was incredibly poor - light bulbs burned out which made it difficult to see. Vanity super tiny so need to store bathroom items in bedroom and bring back and forth as the mirror storage (behind it) was pretty gross. The sprinkler head in the kitchen was hanging down which looked awful. The drawers in the bedroom also smelled so we could not place our clothes in them. Bed was comfortable. And again, lighting very limited. Definitely need a hall ceiling light leading to the bathroom. Advertises as bottled water but only 2 tiny bottles so be sure to bring your own or go to the Publix across the street. We did having a separate living room space from the bedroom which was nice.

Our stay in this condo was very comfortable. The room was bright and spacious close proximity to everything, park, coffee, beach, and restaurants. Excellent stay.

So being on Palm Beach Island, you probably won’t find anything less expensive than the tropical, but the building is old and needs to be renovated. The halls have an odor because the carpet is old. Individual units are better, but be prepared for a worn and well used building.
