Loved staying at this locally owned and very well presented property. Our two room unit with kitchen and living room was excellent, clean and newly renovated. It had everything we needed and we used the BBQ on the deck. Great place to stay and they allowed our dog.

An excellent place to stay while visiting the St. Anthony area of Newfoundland. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Beautiful location across from the Burnt Cape Ecological Reserve in the village of Raleigh. Easy access to the surrounding area, though the roads to Raleigh are in serious need of repair. The accommodation was excellent with a full kitchen/living room, new bathroom, and a good bed. We also stayed here last year, and likely will be returning again in another year or two!

Sehr hübsch, liebevoll eingerichtet, sogar diverse Küchenutensilien - wenn auch „nur“ eine Mikrowelle. Im ersten OG sehr schöne Aussicht. Wir haben es sehr genossen. Wenn man Zimmerservice will, muss man das beim Schlüssel abholen bestellen.

It's a bit of a drive to get to the property but we liked that it looked over the water, that it was spotless and nicely outfitted in the kitchen and that we could have a fire right outside. We had a very comfortable stay.

Very nice stay! Our room was nicely decorated and very updated. Our room had items for a longer stay, kitchen items, etc. our view was beautiful as just across the street was the ocean inlet. Hearing the water rolling with the gentle waves was very calming.

We were really impressed with this property. We had a two-bedroom unit, and it was very nicely updated. Everything was spotless, and the kitchen was well equipped. Check-in was easy and the service is very friendly. We only stayed one night but I wish we could have stayed longer. Highly recommend.

Room is immaculate! Very thoughtful attention to detail. These folks clearly understand what makes a stay a happy one and have gone above and beyond to provide it. My husband and I travelled all over Newfoundland and Raleigh Rooms was one of our favourite places to stay. My husband loved the location for beachcombing. I loved the cheery decor of the room, the spaciousness, the cleanliness, and the helpfulness of the staff. We’re hoping to stay there again sometime!

It was so beautiful to be at the northern end of newfoundland. To visit with the residents and feel as if at home. The rental was spacious with the best shower we've seen yet, with handheld shower sprayer and built-in seat. Microwave, coffee maker and fridge.great bed and pillows, as well as comforters. Great place.

Close to historic viking.village which was our destination. Was billed as a room that slept four but the second bed was a really uncomfortable sofa bed. There was a charge for the extra guest. For two people it would be a lovely room not worth it for three

The room was very clean and nicely designed. A half hour drive to L’Anse aux Meadows national historic site, along a very scenic drive so it was convenient. It was nice to sit in the comfy chairs on the deck and enjoy the sun in the late afternoon and evening. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Loved staying at this locally owned and very well presented property. Our two room unit with kitchen and living room was excellent, clean and newly renovated. It had everything we needed and we used the BBQ on the deck. Great place to stay and they allowed our dog.

Beautiful location across bay from Burnt Cape Reserve. Super clean. Newly refurbished. Chairs and fire pit by the water. Local cafe no longer operating so bring food. Helpful staff!

We stayed in the Iceberg suite which was beautifully decorated and freshly renovated (standup shower). Very friendly staff. Right on the water. Close enough to L’Anse aux Meadows and St. Anthony to get food and gas (the only local restaurant closed recently). The pullout bed was VERY squeaky and I couldn’t figure out the AC unit but overall, we would come back again.

This was a gem of a location! Yes, there are no restaurants, stores, or entertainment, but there is tranquility, scenic views and peaceful walks! This place had unexpected appeal! Nice big living space. Bright, clean bathroom, Handy hooks and bench in the bedrooms. Fully equipped kitchen. Lovely porch. Would definitely recommend this location!

Please be aware staying at the Raleigh Rooms translates being at least 30 minutes away from a restaurant, a grocery store or other amenities. The small appartment was clean and well equipped. Sound insulation is poor so you'll hear people snoring. The double bed is a simple on (no queen or king), so it's a bit tight to sleep in. Located near a provincial park that displays artic conditions, so please dress accordingly.
