Ankakyaka Apart Hotel

We booked 2+1 apartment, 85 sq m according to description. The room was around 45 sq m (we measured it). We asked for a bigger apartment and moved the next day to a bigger and better one (maybe 60-70 m, not sure) which we are grateful for. Still, incorrect information is unacceptable for us who books online and not at all cheap

Very clean and cozy, great location

I booked this hotel for myself. I informed them I was going to book in late, due to plane arriving later. When I got there the man at the desk was not friendly and came across rude. He grabbed my suitcase and marched down to my room. Which was next to the pool. Chucked it in there and just walked off. When I looked around the door was broken, so I had to use the dresser to block the door. The wardrobe was broken inside, all smashed up. The bathroom was dirty. I only had half a toilet roll to use for five nights. The bed was so uncomfortable. And the worst part of it, they advertised access to Wi-Fi, it never worked! I could hear the water pump for the swimming pool all night. I just hated it there so much, I found another accommodation after one night. Also, having a plug socket in the bathroom is not the best of ideas!
