Fomos muito bem atendidos! Todos os atendentes foram amáveis, fazendo de tudo para termos a melhor estadia. Super recomendo. Se retornar a Estocolmo, ficarei lá novamente! Obrigada a todos!

O hotel é bacana, funcionários bastante prestativos. Fica longe do centro histórico mas tem transporte acessível.

The staff at checking in at recptionwere rude, disinterested and not helpful at all. We were early for check in and we asked if we could leave our bags with him, we were told just leave them in the lobby where anyone could have access to them. He then proceeded to leave the re option area. There were no glasses or drinking cups in the bathroom or bedroom and when I went to reception to ask for them the attendant merely said "what do you expect at a 3 star hotel".... no apology! There was no TV remote either and we had to go down again to reception and when the lady rought 3 of them, she was not sure how to use them. The weekend breakfasts were very good, but on the Monday . morning the good loaves of bread were not there and when we asked for them were told they dont have have any and just walked away. Same guy, same attitude a d no apology. Definately can not give any recommendation.!!!! Disgusting behaviour.. Hotels.com please drop them.
