Nous avons séjourné en famille début octobre pour les 60 ans de notre maman. Nous lui avions fait la surprise de prendre une chambre avec piscine et terrasse privée. La piscine était gelée, nous n’avons même pas pu en profiter. La même chose pour la piscine de l’hôtel. Le personnel n’était pas très sympa, nous avons été un peu déçus. D’ailleurs la chambre n’était pas propre et ça ne mérite pas vraiment les 4 étoiles.

Kort fortalt. Alt var bare i orden.😎👍 Hvis der ud fra os som var et voksen par uden børn var det måske lidt larmende. Men her skal der lige siges at det er et Børnehotel og de er gode til at aktivere dem på en rigtig god måde. 👍⛱️

Maten var helt på det jevne, litt lite å velge mellom. Juicen var ikke god. Drinkene i baren også av det kjedelige slaget. Men rom med eget basseng anbefales på det sterkeste.

The rooms and the staff were absolutely amazing. If you travel as a young family with infants, this is the place to go for you. I was not prepared for the amount of small children in this resort. It was not advertised as such. The amount of crying children in the dining room was overwhelming at times. The food choices were plenty, however the quality of the food was poor, which mainly resulted in my low rating for this property. For example, you were not served orange juice, but orange taste… Whatever that means. The hotel bar closed at 11 PM which is probably also a sign that this resort is targeted for younger families and not adult vacationers. The beach was easily accessible by foot in less than five minutes, and there is a public bus driving to Chania, which we took advantage of quite often. There are plenty of other restaurants in walking distance if you want to pivot from your all inclusive package to the amazing Greek food otherwise available on the island.
