The Executive Room was very spacious and comfortable. However, it was disappointing that ice had to be purchased from the restaurant (110 baht for a small bucket). The pool was extremely small—just a bit bigger than a private villa’s—and with only three groups using it, swimming became nearly impossible. The water was oddly salty, and my child developed a skin rash afterward. Breakfast was a highlight: friendly staff, a good variety, and tasty food. Takeaway is available if you can’t dine in.

We had a perfect 5 day stay. Hotel really nice and cute, facilities are in good condition. Swimming pool is not so big however good enough to refresh, in the shade of trees. The breakfast choices (a la carte) are not so wide but freshly preraped and tasty. Staff is very friendly, attentive and always ready to help.

Quite good location. Only 10 mins walk from Asok BTS station and hotel provides tuk tuk service from and to nearest BTS and MRT stations whenever you need. Rooms are clean and big enough. Staffs are nice too. But one thing is that the swimming pool is at the centre of the hotel and not much time for enjoying the sunbath.

Was a great hotel far enough away from all the noise but close enough to get to the party. They have a great pool and steam room and is across the street from some very good massage parlors. I would stay here again when I come back to visit Bangkok. Staff also very helpful and friendly.

From the time we walked in the door to the time we left a few days later, Lim & Tum treated us like we were their only guests. They gave great recommendations for massages & site seeing, & even helped get us reservations, tickets & transportation. Hotel is very clean. Fun little pool area & sauna. Decent gym. Their restaurant, Lazy Daisy, served incredible food. Drinks were just ok.

Große schöne Zimmer. Großer Fernseher und sehr großes Bett. Fitnessraum mit neuen gepflegten Geräten, noch sehr neu. Pool ust zum erfrischen, OK. Ist der Größe geschuldet. Kostenloser Shuttl zu den öffentlichen nächstgelegenen Stationen, MRT und BTS. Sehr freundliches hilfsbereites Personal. Wasser wurde immer aufgefüllt. Absolut empfehlenswert.

PRO: - Sehr schönes Hotel (stilvoll und architektonisch sehr durchdacht, es wirkt kleiner und privater obwohl es 7 oder 8 Stockwerke und 190 Zimmer hat) - kostenloses Tuk Tuk zur BTS (Skytrain) oder zur Metro - kleines aber gut ausgestattetes Gym - sehr große Zimmer mit bequemen Betten - sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal - durch die angenehme Atmosphäre im Hotel und das freundliche Personal habe ich mich sehr wohl gefühlt - schöne kleine Außenanlage mit Pool - fußläufig sind mehrere Restaurants zu erreichen und auch mehrere 7 Eleven - beim Frühstück gibt es verschiedene Milchalternativen CONTRA - das Frühstück ist a la Carte und es gibt nur ca 5 Gerichte zu Auswahl - wird schnell langweilig (nur eins davon ist vegetarisch) - Sauberkeit der Zimmer könnte verbessert werden (u.a. Good: big, clean rooms. Friendly staff. Cons: Don't bother to go sit at the pool after sunset, It is mosquitoes infested. My friends in another room got bitten in the room, and my room same. Lots of trees, and sitting water around the pool is perfect for mosquitoes. Also one needs to have the room keys for even to the lobby. I got stuck in the elevator for 5 minutes because I left the key inside the room to go down to lobby.

I’ve been living in this hotel mostly when I go to Bangkok, the building is quite new, the room is very clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful. I have been to a few hotels in the same area and this one is so far the best overall experience I have. I will definitely go back again next time.

VERY nice hotel in total. A few small minor things to improve, so if they will fix it, I am sure they will get a perfect review, my review is almost perfect. Rooms are nice size and generally very well cleaned. However, the floor in my bathroom was not cleaned too well... Plenty of amenities, friendly staff, nice pool and very convenient area. They have a tuk-tuk anytime you want, to take you to the nearby station, 2 minutes, or a nice stroll of 7 minutes or so. Shower head in room 612 did not work well, hope they will fix it, but it was fine for me. Breakfast is a bit on the expensive side, in case it was not included in your room-rate, more expensive than most hotels in Tokyo, but very delicious. Overall, probably one of the best deals you can find in town.

Executive apartment was stunning. Very peaceful and quiet Hotel in hectic Bangkok. Beautiful pool area. Free tuk tuk was handy to get to metro. Outside if central city but plenty of cafes and convenience stores in walking distance.

Very clean and modern but unreliable booking system. We booked a double room for our vacation but ended up with two separate twin beds. Asked the staff to help fix the situation but they just said no. Also, their pool closes at 9 pm, which is relatively early to a lot of other hotels in the area. Great hotel as a business hotel, but don't bother for vacations.

Overall a very pleasant stay. Room is huge, comfy bed, love the bath tub. The location seems a bit off, but the complimentary oncall tuk tuk service to Queen Sirikit MRT and Asoke BTS makes it accessiable many tourist attractions in bkk. The actual gym is smaller than the pic shows though.

Room was beautiful, however smelt a little damp but was clean and very spacious. Well located and easy enough to get taxis to go places. They do offer a free tuk tuk service to different areas. Overall lovely stay and staff could not have been more helpful

The environment is nice, the room is tidy and neat. Although there is a distance from the BTS station, there are free tuktuk service and it is convenient! Better if I could know the number to request for it, before I check in, coz I have walked for 10 mins with my luggages. The staff are nice, thank you Lin for helping us to carry our luggage and show his care to us everyday morning. The tuktuk driver is also so friendly!

Fabulous apartments that are well maintained. Spacious and well appointed. The location is convenient. I found the hotel difficulty to communicate with in advance. Messages in this app went unreplied and my direct emails did not receive a reply either. This left me with some concerns before I arrived but check in was fine and we had a lovely stay. We were travelling with young children but the venue would be great for couples or if travelling for business Make sure to take cash for the deposit as a refund to card takes 2 weeks I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bangkok.

Enjoyed a 4 night stay at Gardina and highly recommend it to others. While the location is about a 10 to 15 minute walk from the Asok BTS Station, the complimentary e-tuk tuk service offered by the hotel made it convenient to get to Asok BTS area or the Queen Sirikit MRT station. You can simply message them (I used WhatsApp) to ask them to pick you up. Staff was friendly. Hotel was clean and loved the aroma scent they used in the building! Our stay included breakfast, which allows you to pick from a main dish from a set menu and two drinks and tasted good.

Beautiful hotel with bright, spacious and clean rooms. Really quiet as the hotel is on a side street off the main road. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The tuk tuk to the local MRT and shopping centre is a great option and they are very quick to respond to messages requesting pick up. Only thing I would advise to others is to use the metro/trains as much as possible as the traffic getting to and from the hotel is very bad, like most parts of Bangkok

가족여행객에게 최고의 장소입니다 룸3개, 욕실3개, 식세기, 세탁기, 큰 식탁까지 모든게 완벽합니다. 청소상태도 깨끗하고 근처 로컬 식당도 맛있습니다. 무엇보다 1층 레스토랑 식사가 정말 맛있습니다. 저녁에도 꼭 드셔보세요. 수영장은 아주 작고 귀여운 수준이지만 예쁘게 잘 꾸며둬서 괜찮았습니다.
