From start to finish my stay was great. Stayed over a week on business/leisure and loved everything about it, the grounds and golf course were beautiful the pools were clean and water was perfect! The cafe and restaurant were good and staff at both places were beyond nice. I spent the first couple days on the 1st floor and eventually moved to the 3rd floor which was a huge upgrade, rooms were so huge and clean, my patio had a great view of the golf course! I will stay here again and again.

Broken Elevator-3rd Floor Cramped Lobby-Lost Booking Payment- Large $250 Upfront Security Deposit-No Room Available Until Almost 2HRS AFTER check-in.-House keeping was short staffed, but the lobby was over crowded with workers and call center like office tables. Room was large, clean, well kept, and the bed was comfy. Check out was easy.

The unit was OK but very dated - inadequate outlets (none in the bedroom); poor water pressure, lighting poor. Also, I am extremely disappointed in Hotels.com for partnering with a time share property. Was subject to the usual hard-sell sales pitch, offering prizes, discounts, etc. for sitting through an hour-long presentation. I suppose there is some sort of monetary compensation for listing these types of properties, but it should be made abundantly clear in the property description. I will not stay at this property again.
