The White House Inn

We had 11 hotels in New England in our itinerary and this was my favourite. The attention to detail was unmatched the little key fobs on the room keys the quill for signing the visitors book the whole place had so many quirky details. Beautiful room and gorgeous bathroom with stone wall I shower. Sadly we missed the restaurant which only opens Friday and Saturday but there are lots of eateries at the bottom of the hill.

Beautiful older hotel fully restored while maintaining its history and claim. Excellent staff. excellent restaurant. A memorable place to stay

It was a beautiful inn. Even in early spring when it's mud season in Vermont. The restaurant was amazing. Really good wine and Italian dishes. The staff was really friendly. The rooms were very comfortable with a large bathroom and walk in shower. We will certainly go back.

With a a restaurant/bar on site and the “speak easy” down stairs to play pool, sit by the fire, play games. It’s truly gave the feel of a historic resort more than just a lovely inn.
