The hotel is nice and relaxing, with a lovely setting by the lake. However, getting luggage to and from the lower floors can be difficult because the only access is by stairs. If you have heavy bags or mobility or other physical limitations, this could be a real challenge. I asked the front desk what a guest with a disability should do, and was told to use the stairs. That response was disappointing and left me concerned about the lack of accessible assistance. I hope the hotel improves its access and staff support for guests who may have difficulty with stairs. Otherwise it was a good time and relaxing one

Blonde lady at the check in desk has no idea about the protocols, I had to pay $50 for early check in and couldn’t get in until 2:45. The pool was cold, and my back door to go outside didn’t lock other than a bar, that didn’t even lock itself. Absolutely unsafe for bottom level. It took me over 5 minutes just to find my room, a map or instructions should be given. The back door beside 311 does not work, I had to walk all the way around to the main entrance. I’d keep going. But it only gets worse.

Nice large room but a few minor issues with running toilet and the patio door handle. The restaurant was at capacity on a Sunday night at 5:30 which was weird, not full, but 2 parties so they felt they couldn't take people for 45 minutes? Told them it was our anniversary but they didn't do anything, a little disappointing

This hotel was very dated and smelled like it in the hallways. The room was large and clean and updated but we didn’t have hot water the first night at 830pm. The next morning the pool was out of order. This hotel is very noisy with the people above you and when they flush or shower we could hear the water running in the walls. Great view of the lake.
