Holiday Inn Express & Suites Philadelphia - Mt Laurel by IHG

C’est un ancien hôtel rénové partiellement , au centre de la ville . Déjeuner pourrais être plus varié, malgré tout et pour ce prix il y a beaucoup d’autres options .

Chambre propre et spacieuse, personnel accueillant et disponible, petit-déjeuner correct (sucré et salé) tout de même assez gras, commerces disponibles plutôt en voiture

All was good, just a bit dated

This by far is the worst we have ever stayed at. The only reason we stayed was because it was an overnight for a birthday surprise party. The bathroom was disgusting. The sink drain was dripping large amounts of water that we did not see until after we got ready to leave for this party. My husband did alert the person at the front desk, and she said it would be looked into. When we returned from the party after 11pm at night we asked the desk clerk if it had been fixed and her reply was she was not told about it on the shift change and did not know. She told us if it had not to tell her. When we got to the room the water and towels had been cleaned up and we assumed it was fixed. However, after showering and using the sink the water was back on the floor by the shower and under the sink. There was visible black mold on the wallpaper, and in the ceiling over the sink that had an odd plastic grate allowing you to see the pipes in the ceiling. Most disgusting was the filthy corner of the floor by the shower. Hair and dirt and some peanuts debris left there. I have taken photos of it all. We were on a tight travel timeline and there was no one at the front desk when we left at 10am. Just know that by any means this is not an "Excellent" hotel.
