The restaurant, bar and pool were closed over the weekend and yet they charged full rate. Weight room had no A/C. Mold and hair visible in the shower. While I was drinking water from the lobby fountain a mouse scurried by inches from my feet! Of course no manager was on site.

The location for convenience is excellent and access to building very good. The construction and pool not working weren’t great. There was no food available and reception was not very knowledgeable or helpful.

Considering the price, this place isn't worth it. The pool has been out of order for a long time, and there doesn’t seem to be any urgency to repair it. The breakfast costs $20 per person, but it seemed like a basic continental breakfast—not worth the money. Additionally, the ice machine on the fourth floor was broken. I wouldn’t recommend this place to others.

Advertised a pool, but it was closed (indoor pool closed). Advertised a bar in lobby, which was there, but never staffed or open. No fan in bathroom. What staff I did see were very pleasant. Nice location.

Overall our stay and room were fine, but charging daily for parking when they have a giant garage with plenty of space was outrageous and didn't sit well with us. Also - you're better off going to a local cafe for breakfast, it's $20 a person here for your average hotel food. The front desk person barely spoke to us when we arrived, and didn't say more than 5 words. The pool was still closed (arter reading reviews it's apparently been that way for a while.). I don't think we'd stay here again.

I had stayed here for 9 days prior and left a positive review then I checked in on a different day and what a difference. Checked in 1st room was unmade with urine still in the toilet. Front desk gave us another room, 2nd room has someone's shoe and beard hair (hopefully not any other type of hair) in the sink. 3rd room finally was clean. Also we were stopped by woman and her daughter in the lobby who warned us that she and her daughter were almost trafficked here. Called corporate and they made a case number could not get in touch with the front desk when they tried to call several times. Called Expedia who also could not reach anyone at the hotel.

Overall, this is a OK hotel. It’s very well located and is surrounded by many nice restaurants and stores. The hotel lobby and area is nice, but the room that we got was really bad. The cleanliness was terrible, worse than a motel. The carpet was disgusting and I had to wash the floors because they were so sticky and dirty… we almost left. But the rest of the stay was OK. Never going back to this chain again though.

Lobby areas very clean the room was another story. The full length mirror had something spilled on it. I had to alert the housekeeping staff about it so they could clean it. The coffee maker water well had some white liquid in it and mold. I unplugged it and had to clean it in the sink. The shower floor was cracked and the foot rest was broken off. They also charge for parking in the public lot.

The parking area had a lot of trash that we noticed was still there for a few days. One main concern was the amount of mold in the air conditioner. That really needs to be cleaned! Otherwise this is my go-to hotel choice when I’m in the area and am overall very happy with the property.

Staff was friendly. No bedbugs. The only thing we didn't like was the bathroom door which gives no privacy. Either make it a pocket door, or a regular door. This other sliding, causes embarrassing situations. How about some Qtips and shower caps?

Very comfortable large room, you can walk to dinner or have a movie, grab Starbucks or just relax in spacious well appointed lobby. Front desk was super helpful and friendly. We will be back!

The digital key via the Hilton app didn\'t work, and staff shrugged it off and couldn\'t fix. $26 per person for average (at best) breakfast was ridiculous. Was supposed to be "made to order" but was basic buffet that would have been free anywhere else. $12 per day parking also ridiculous. Total of $87.53 spent on amenities that should all have been free. Also, mini-fridge didn\'t work, and no fan in bathroom. Horrible experience.

Everything was good except shower was only luke warm. I had asked to change rooms but they instead sent someone up fix it. They sent someone but the next morning the same thing a luke warm shower.. Very disappointing.

Google said there was a pool. There is a non-functioning pool. Hilton's website doesn't say they have a pool. We were given a room with a blackout shade thar couldn't be raised. Staff eere nice; bed was comfortable; shower was fine. Convenient location.

I ended up staying in 4 different rooms for this 3 night stay. The good news is that the front desk staff were very responsive and moved me each time there was a problem. The bad news is there were a number of problems. 1. TV was broken - looked like someone had thrown a rock at the screen. 2. Connecting room was so loud, I could hear everything they said and every word from the TV. 3. Room number three didn't have a curtain on the window (looks like it had fell off and had not been replaced). 4. Room number four was finally good, TV worked, no noise from next door, and there was a blind that worked. The hotel is located next to a small mall with a Starbucks, an organic grocery store, a few restaurants, a spa, a nail salon and a liquor store. There is an elevator to the right of the lobby that takes you down to the shopping center. That was very convenient.

The receptionist had his girlfriend sitting on the desk at arrival. I had to wait till they finally stopped talking and the receptionist had his attention on me. He was eating fried chicken. He just licked his fingers and asked me for ID. He used the same fingers to type and move his mouse around. The experience was disgusting! Then in the middle of my sleep the locked was opened without any knocking and someone came on. The light came on and by the time I got out of my sheets the person ran out and disappeared. I could not sleep a wink after that. Craziest stay at any hotel I ever had. I am not coming here again EVER!

The hotel was very clean and extremely quiet. The staff was very friendly and helpful but Milady at the front desk went above and beyond for us during our stay. We had to keep extending our stay and booked each extension through Expedia (which was way cheaper than direct) and she made sure we kept our same room. She was excellent

This was a horrible experience. I booked on hotels.com. When I arrived at the hotel at 5pm I was told the room wasn’t ready yet. Then I was told they did not have a room for me. I went on the app and showed that it still said they had two more rooms available. They said those rooms were out of service and I needed to contact hotels.com for my refund. Still waiting to hear back on that. Overall it was a horrible experience that made me late for my appointment.

Very confused staff some nice some abrupt none particularly helpful. Called me.a ripoff taxi that charged double an uber for 12 mile drive.with a driver screaming in arabic which he figured l.couldnt understsnd about his legal problems the entire time etc.

The staff was friendly and excellent. The location was ideal. Dobbs Ferry has a great waterfront. And it is just down the road from where I grew up in the Bronx. Also, very close to Wegmans on of my favorite shopping places.

Covered parking. Not that easy to find the lobby/entrance Have to navigate a round about and go up hill on a road that looks like it’s going into a neighborhood. It is, but also leads to the parking and entrance. Friendly bar tender provided a nice G&T to spot hour nerves after a long day’s drive.

Nice restaurants walking distance. No pet area if you have service dog. They do have a pet carpet in the parking lot. No where to dog walk or dog Park. Convenient to saw mill parkway with access to NYC. Charge $15 day for parking? Park your own car.

I think this hotel sat in a great location close to the highway, and it was so many things near that you could do within walking distance! I will definitely choose this location again in the future. The halls were nice and clean, and the entire facility was beautiful for just lounging or doing whatever.

Food service at the hotel was not great. First you couldn’t pay with your breakfast with your points or charge it to your room. Then breakfast took a really long time coming out. There was only one poor server working each morning and and both were so sweet. The hotel is in a good location with plenty of restaurants within walking distance.

Some of the things that I payed extra for were not included or so I was told, pool closed, parking cost extra, no room service for breakfast or in general, bar was closed my entire stay. Overall it was nice but I had other options and chose this location for those reasons that I point out that were not available. Not only that but I was supposed to receive a refund from what I paid and didn’t receive, and I never got a refund. Overall I’d say 3 and a half stars.

It was a routine business trip. The evening restaurant was closed. The kiosk of fast food they offer is routine and sugar based. The room was fine. Very clean. This is my 5th time staying there. Ill stay again. But, they could improve. Very nice personnel. And that helped.

The hotel was very nice and comfortable. I wish that it had complimented breakfast. Also the onsite restaurant and pool were both closed during my stay. Ver disappointed.

The main issue is they didn't have regular coffee pods in the room- just tea and decaf- then when we went downstairs all the coffee was gone too- and no one refilled the urns or pots- so we had to go out for breakfast.

Great location, close and walking distance to shopping and dining options. The A/C was hard to figure out. I could change the thermostat higher the 65deg. At a certain point I just turned it off but for some reason there was a ceiling mounted air vent that continued to blow cold air into the room. So the room was cold all night. Luckily the blankets were warm enough.

The staff wasn’t overly friendly and took an extremely long time to check people in. They didn’t appear to know anything about the washers and dryers, e.g. cost, but we’re able to indicate to us the detergent they were selling in the hotel was six dollars, which turned out to be four dollars an overall, we’re just not helpful The towel situation was absolutely absurd. They were cleaning carts, however, originally we were told we couldn’t leave our used towels with them. I needed to take them down to the front desk. We weren’t able to be given any towels from the cart and needed to get all towels from the front desk. There was a flavored water provided daily, however, it appeared to be gone within an hour and was never restocked.
