Good Super 8. Clean, quiet, and helpful staff. The only grips are the breakfast was lacking a bit and there was always a horde of people smoking right outside of both front doors.

Everything was filthy. When brought to their attention nothing was done. Im not sure there were clean sheets on the bed. I did not get my King bed either. I will never stay at a Wyndham facility again and my never use hotel's.com again. It was not worth the money and i was there for a specific special reason with no time to take care of changing anything.

The staff - Bobby and Sheila were awesome host. They went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of. When slow, they kept busy cleaning, which is why we love the place as it is very clean. A definite repeat hotel for us every time in Okabogi/Spirit Lake

We were in town for a funeral. Being a small town our choices were limited. Many of our family members stayed as well. Our room smelled heavily of cigarettes, the mirrors had finger prints all over. Our room seemed to be tiny. Definitely would never book there again.

This place has really gone downhill. We’ve stayed each of the last 5 years and unfortunately won’t be staying again. Our room had mold in the bathroom and not a little it was all over the ceiling. The fan didn’t work so the room was constantly damp. Front desk guy was nice but the property maintenance just hasn’t been kept up with

Our room was disgusting. We went to Walmart to buy sheets. The walls had stuff all over them along with blood stains. The room also smelled like puke. We won’t stay there again.

The bathroom shower could have used a bit more attention. There were some stains on the carpet. Overall it was a good value for the money. Decently clean, the beds were good, I wouldn't call the room spacious, but it's enough to get by for a night. Wouldn't mind a place to put a suitcase.

Not sure what was happening with the reception from the Dish Networks but we were watching a movie on the television and it was almost unwatchable. It was glitching horribly the entire movie. On a positive note, the breakfasts were very good, especially the biscuits and gravy.

Rooms are small but comfortable. Smells good😀 cozy place and clean. The pillows are small! I asked for regular size and they had one- so hubby got the small ones. I think if you aren't staying too many nights and you're doing a lot of stuff during the day, this is perfect. Price is good. Haven't had the Continental breakfast yet. Recommend.

Sleeping on Moss would have been more comfortable, they had the tiniest pillows for a king size bed, the first room we were assigned had no water pressure, the second room we were assigned you had to wait 15 minutes to get hot water

Breakfast was cold or still frozen at 7:15am. The day I checked out no one was at the desk, in the kitchen or no where to be found. Several of us in the lobby ringing the bell or calling the phone. No one ever showed up. Terrible service.

Check in was only problem. No one ever at desk, have to ring bell or call. Checked in then left. Came back and keys did not work. Got new keys, got in room and seen someone had been in our room. All bags were on floor i middle of room. Asked for different room. Got keys to room already occupied. Went back again to get another room. Finally got a room. Reason from kid at desk was system was down that morning!

Very nice room. Had microwave, coffee pot, and frig. We came to town for a concert. The price of this hotel was so much more affordable then right in okoboji. A really easy drive to all the okoboji activities. Definitely will stay here again :)

I would not recommend this hotel. The pictures must be old. The rooms are not that clean at all. There were marks/streaks on the walls in the room and bathroom, mold in the shower and on the ceiling in the bathroom. The room was not clean. The beds were not comfortable at all and none of us slept well. The worst part was the smell. The room smelled like moisture and mildew. We will never stay here again. For the price of this room I would have expected a lot better. I stayed at places that were maybe $20 more a night and they were much better! The man at the front desk was nice.

When we arrive, the room was ready for us, and the staff came out and greened us very nice when we got to our room room the room smelt musty, and we noticed that in the bathroom there was black mold in the shower. Also, the baseboards were dirty in the bathroom.

The only real complaint that I have is that the room felt clammy even with the AC on. Other than that, everything was perfectly fine. Yeah there was a few spots in the shower, but nothing that concern me.

I am highly allergic to mold. The desk attendant moved me to a room upstairs and it didnt smell damp and gross like the 1st room that I had a hard time breathing in and my eyes puffed all up. For a shocker, there was a man running a make shift barber shop right outside my window on the bottom floor.He had a card table set up with his SUPPLIES on it. He was shaving mens hair. I opened my curtain and they waved. Couldnt open the other one bc they were right next to it. At one point the "barber" and his client were play fighting right in front of the window where my curtain was open. After at least 3 hours of this, I went to the desk to complain. The desk guy said he would go talk to them. He talked to them all right. They moved the set up down a few rooms outside from mine! I felt like he must have known about this since he didnt make them leave the property with the barber shop. I drove by this evening about 6:30 and the table was outside next to the building by the motel windows again. After they moved their barber shop down a few windows from mine last night, one of the men walked past my window several times. This was very creepy for me. Who can I report this to? Should not b happening.
