AC Hotel by Marriott Orlando Downtown

Amazing place

We were charged for parking 3 times, though we were told we had 24 hour in & out privileges! Not pleased about that. Would have used valet, but they never acknowledged us, which is why we parked ourselves from the beginning.

My stay here was impeccable. I'd been to the AC before to visit skybar numerous times, but this was my first time staying. I was very impressed with the staff and their commitment to excellent customer accommodation and service. I was treated beyond great by the front desk staff and the manager Rebecca Stinvil. She was amazing and really added a higher level of experience to my time here just by being a great, understanding leader and manager. Will be back!

Room was nice and clean I had a good experience.

Great location, friendly and helpful staff, very clean, and a fun sky bar. The only weird thing is the $100 hold on my credit card for incidentals. Its been 2 weeks and they still have it pending against my account?
