The website says “parking available” and under “more details” it lists “valet parking at $44.77”. Upon arrival, I was told that parking was about a block away and the cost was $88/nt!! The bed had either a bedbugs or ticks. My husband has several bites on his arms and head. I found a dead bug that looks like a tick (I took a picture of it). I wasn’t informed that they required the deposit in the form of cash. And, I wasn’t informed until the night before checkout that I would be responsible for cleaning the room. I left it more clean that it was when I arrived (we found hair in the shower, dirty silverware in the drawer and dirt, etc. on the floor). On a positive note, the front desk clerk was friendly and helpful.

The location was great close to everything. Fernando was nice and easy to communicate with. We felt safe the room is your typical small studio space. The staff was welcoming and always on site. Vending machines downstairs and restaurants near. No issues with getting our deposit back. Would definitely stay here again.

Bel immeuble ancien. le logement était un peu petit mais très bien agencé et bien rénové. Bien placé à 2 rues de l'Empire state building. nous étions en famille. Parfait pour voir new york en quelques jours. Petit bémol : le parking partenaire n'était pas accessible ou nous ne l'avons pas trouvé.

The location could not have been better, and our room was clean and very well appointed. The area around the building itself was a little sketchy, but we didn’t ever encounter any issues. We would gladly book this place again!

You can't beat the price for the location. They stored our luggage the first day for free while waiting to check in which was awesome. Had to pay after checkout for luggage storage though. The room itself was not very clean. We found a cockroach crawling in the kitchenette and there was hair in the beds.

I liked that we were close to Time Square and location was walkable from apartment. I didn't like the $100 cash deposit. Nickle and dime you for everything. The pictures were a bit deceiving. All it is, is 3 beds, dirty bathroom and a kitchenette. Had to buy spray to clean the bathroom. They sent the final email instructions the day before leaving. All instructions should've been sent at check in. Just a money grab, to keep the deposit. On vacay, Didnt even look at an email until I returned home because I had an early morning flight out. Not worth the price.

This was an amazing stay! Wish we would have found it sooner. I know I had one gripe- the towels could be cleaned better. But I appreciate bringing my own from the store. Also the neighbors hallway smelled like trash and cigarettes but other than that in my room I kept a spray of Lysol to clear the air.

I enjoyed the stay here. Only wished to have had more towels and toilet paper. We were 5 people in a room. Ran out of TP. Needed fresh towels. Overall, we had beds and a bathroom.

It was smaller than I thought but it was clean. No place to really sit except on beds. Bathroom was very small. Shower worked great with a lot of water pressure. I really didn’t know what to expect because it was first time in New York

Need to know that the cash deposit is only refunded directly to you if you check out during normal hours of operation (9am-5pm). We had to check out early, so HAD to have pay pal or something called zello. Staff insisted every us bank customer has zello contract but we are from a university town in Midwest that did not have a contract with them. We don't do PayPal either. Not necessarily ours or the apartments fault but would have liked to know. If they inspect the apartment as ok, we will get the money back but had to send to our friends PayPal account. Overall though, for a family of 5 this was a great place to be in Manhattan and nice to have kitchen etc. BTW, our view on tenth floor was directly of the empire state building.

La puerta de la habitación tenía problemas y no se podía Abrir, tuvimos que esperar más de media hora para poder entrar esperando a alguien para que nos ayude, estuvimos hospedados del 24al 28 de junio y en dos ocasiones nos pasó esto

While the overall experience was just fine, I did have some issues with the check in/out process. There was just one lady running the reception, while she was awesome I felt bad it was just her. It was very busy and I had to stand around for 45 minutes just to get the keys. Checkout was no different. A lot of people checking out at once and there was a massive line down a very small hallway. Be prepared to give yourself about an hour to deal with check in and another hour to deal with check out.

L'appartement est idéalement situé à 2 pas de Times Square et l'empire state Building pour un tarif très correct par rapport à d'autres logements, literie confortable, bien agencé pour optimiser l'espace. Cependant bémol avec la fenêtre au 7 ème qui 'ne dispose pas de sécurité.

La experiencia fue buena, la persona q me asistio en recepciòn muy amable. El lugar limpio y la ubicaciòn en buen lugar. Cerca de madison square garden, macy's, empire state building. Y subway acccesibles.
La experiencia fue buena, la persona q me asistio en recepciòn muy amable. El lugar limpio y la ubicaciòn en buen lugar. Cerca de madison square garden, macy's, empire state building. Y subway acccesibles.

The location was great close to everything. Fernando was nice and easy to communicate with. We felt safe the room is your typical small studio space. The staff was welcoming and always on site. Vending machines downstairs and restaurants near. No issues with getting our deposit back. Would definitely stay here again.

I liked that we were close to Time Square and location was walkable from apartment. I didn't like the $100 cash deposit. Nickle and dime you for everything. The pictures were a bit deceiving. All it is, is 3 beds, dirty bathroom and a kitchenette. Had to buy spray to clean the bathroom. They sent the final email instructions the day before leaving. All instructions should've been sent at check in. Just a money grab, to keep the deposit. On vacay, Didnt even look at an email until I returned home because I had an early morning flight out. Not worth the price.

Bel immeuble ancien. le logement était un peu petit mais très bien agencé et bien rénové. Bien placé à 2 rues de l'Empire state building. nous étions en famille. Parfait pour voir new york en quelques jours. Petit bémol : le parking partenaire n'était pas accessible ou nous ne l'avons pas trouvé.
