A lovely hotel with great amenities. The staff were really friendly and easy to deal with. It's quite a quirky layout and the outside of the hotel is not that promising, but once inside there were lots of fabulous hidden facilities such as the skittle alley in the basement and the roof terrace with an amazing view of Glastonbury Tor. The cooked breakfast was delicious.

As somewhere to stay this hotel is a place of contrasts. The public areas are quite attractive with the terrace s offering good views of Glastonbury Tor. The food, drinks and service were fine but that is where the positives end. Our bedroom was spacious and the bed was big but very firm. The usual 'in room' amenities were all present but a lack of maintenance was very evident. Stained carpet, broken lights and peeling paint showed a significant lack of care. We also suffered bites from what we suspect were mosquitos. I cannot recommend this hotel as a place to stay.

We had a fantastic, relaxing time at The Crossways Hotel—so much so that we even extended our stay by an extra day and upgraded our room! The staff were absolutely lovely, welcoming, and attentive throughout. Our upgraded Deluxe room was huge, complete with a comfortable sofa bed and a great shower. We did have a minor hiccup with the room door lock not working at first, but we managed to get in—third time lucky! It’s a great place to unwind, relax, and bring your beloved pets along. Highly recommended!

I attended a wake at the Crossways hotel. The staff were very professional and helpful I was in room 120. Very spacious and tastefully decorated. A big comfatable bed a large shower . The outside bar area was a bonus with great views towards the Glastonbury Tor . Breakfast was good with cakes and pastries plus a well presented full english . One slight problem of the shower thermostat not giving more than luke warm water but i magine that is fixed now. Only a brief stop but would return again
