Great staff, we didn’t try breakfast here but we did go next door to the shire and it wasn’t impressive. Beds were comfortable enough, there was no blow dryer in our room. The shower gel in the shower was all watered down. No air conditioning. This hotel is great for location to the fun parts of Killarney. Parking is up the road but you can unload in front. For the price we paid, I definitely expected more but I think we paid for the location.

It was a quaint hotel and very clean. The lack of breakfast variety and noise levels from doors slamming and staff working, was ridiculous. The price of a Guiness was twice as much as any pub across the street.

Lovely boutique hotel right in the middle of Killarney. Location is fantastic. Breakfast included,which was very nice and tasty. When we booked we were under the impression the whole hotel had air conditioning. Upon checking in we were told only the suites had air conditioning. It was very warm in Ireland the week we were there so paid the 20 euro extra. Don’t go to Europe when it’s hot out. The air conditioning is either nonexistent or poor. The bed was slanted. They ration the ice. But other than that it was a lovely place.

Great location in Killarney to be able to walk the music district. Breakfast was very good and we enjoyed your outside seating area too. Easy check in and thank you for the A/C. Would like to have done our laundry there. Would stay here again.

Great location, great counter space in the bathroom. The DVD player, couch, and jacuzzi are a nice touch. For some reason they like to blare loud radio ads throughout the entire hotel in the afternoons, but will turn it off if you ask.

Superb boutique hotel right in the centre of Killarney. Staff friendly, rooms clean and comfortable, breakfast tasty and plentiful. Cheap parking available a few mins walk away in Lewis Road carpark for €3 for 24hrs.

As the incredibly friendly gentleman who checked us in said "why come all the way to Disneyland and only stay one night!?". I absolutely LOVED this hotel. The location was so amazing, and the staff were so pleasant and really friendly! The hotel itself is charming, and very cozy. I made time to enjoy a jacuzzi bath despite wanting to spend the majority of our time enjoying the City! I would 100% recommend The Fairview Boutique, and do spend at least 2 evenings, possibly 3 if you can. I will absolutely be back!

Absolutely perfect stay! Made to feel so welcome and at home! All staff completely on the ball, professional and all done with a smile we stayed in the pent house. Brilliant airy comfortable space . Will deffo be retuning. Hotel is in such a great location for all the resteraunts and bars.

2 star hotel with old cramped rooms; avoid. Room small with lots of useless furniture, old decor, no AC, and a worn out bed. No free parking, you pay between 9 am and 6 pm so basically every day at a lot 100 meter away. Initially received key to occupied room and walked into somebody sleeping on the bed in that room. Got another room. Breakfast good and location excellent in city center. Overall unpleasant stay with no good sleep and way overpriced for what you get.

The heat is not controlled by the customer. You have to call the desk, sometimes twice to get it turned on. Also, the fire alarms went off multiple times at 5:30am due to malfunctioning of the equipment. Hotel was clean, staff was friendly.

Our stay at the Fairview was incredible in every way. James at the front desk was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. The location right in the heart of Killarney was amazing and so walkable. The staff throughout Fairview were so kind. I would come back to stay here again in a heartbeat!

Found this gem via several search sites - all showing above 4 ⭐️. The breakfast server ‘Liliana’ was excellent on her first day taking orders. I left my passport in the nightstand drawer and the room cleaner turned it with all the cash intact as well. Breakfast was superb - got to meet the exec chef in person and was able to compliment in person. Reception staff was above excellent with handling arrival and departure. Very friendly and super cute place. Worth every cent paid at €140 for the night, with breakfast.

This property had everything, it felt cozy, close to shopping, beautifully decorated. All the staff were hospitable and friendly except the breakfast dining host. He didn't seem to capture the warm and friendly nature of the Irish people.

Great location in Killarney to be able to walk the music district. Breakfast was very good and we enjoyed your outside seating area too. Easy check in and thank you for the A/C. Would like to have done our laundry there. Would stay here again.

Superb boutique hotel right in the centre of Killarney. Staff friendly, rooms clean and comfortable, breakfast tasty and plentiful. Cheap parking available a few mins walk away in Lewis Road carpark for €3 for 24hrs.

It was a quaint hotel and very clean. The lack of breakfast variety and noise levels from doors slamming and staff working, was ridiculous. The price of a Guiness was twice as much as any pub across the street.

Nice clean place, parking is near by, not the best but not bad. Staffs are nice and breakfast is great and warm. Location is amazing, with shops and restaurants all in the walking distance

Fairview is a lovely hotel. Convenient and walkable place to stay in Killarney Center with easy access to Killarney National Park. Breakfast was very nice.

My husband and I had the penthouse and our adult daughters had a two bed room. Their room didn’t have a refrigerator. There was one in our room, but we had to plug it in. It was noisy. There wasn’t conditioner in either room or ventilation in the bathroom. Our daughters had a problem with so much condensation on the ceiling that they got rained on inside the bathroom. There isn’t much room to store clothes in the penthouse. For a room that size you would expect better storage. The bed wasn’t very comfortable either. It sagged in the middle. The breakfast was very good as was the service. Although, the same offerings are a little tiring after several days. Parking is a short walk and only 3 euros for 24 hours.

This hotel is a gem! It is beautiful and classy and spotless. The staff was friendly and accommodating. It is perfectly situated just off the main thoroughfare to downtown Killarney and all the shops and pubs, and it is within walking distance to St. Mary’s Cathedral and Killarney National Park. We could not have chosen a better location— close to so much but away from the noise. Highly recommend!
