Aufenthalt für eine Nacht
Nous avions une chambre borne, vue sur un mur . Quand nous avons demandé de changer de chambre, on nous a répondu que vu le prix que nous avions payé (140€) nous ne méritions que cette chambre…et que si nous voulions une chambre avec vue il fallait payer 30€ de plus. C’est inacceptable et c’est la 1 ère fois que cela nous arrive sur la 30 de chambres louées avec Hôtel.com. J’espère que Hotel. com ne va pas rester inactif sur cette situatiob

Il personale alla ricezione (Alessandro) è stato bravissimo, cortese e molto professionale ed anche il per la colazione siamo stati trattati benissimo. Grazie. La struttura ha delle stanze vecchie ed altre rinnovate. Molto centrale

Il personale gentile e disponibile, la posizione innegabilmente ottima, ottimo il parcheggio (a pagamento), il rapporto qualità prezzo un disastro, le camere (anche se mi risulta che alcune sono state già ristrutturate) sono anni 70, non ci sono prese elettriche vicini ai comodini ... moquette bah ... ribadisco il costo non è assolutamente commisurato alla camera. Spero facciano quanto prima un upgrade nel qual caso potrò prendere nuovamente in considerazione di soggiornare nella struttura. Ovviamente questa vuole essere una critica costruttiva e non distruttiva.

Vi hade en mycket bra vistelse. Anlände på juldagen och åt en otroligt god juldagsmiddag i restaurangen. Trevlig personal!

The location of this property was ideal as we were there to watch our son compete at the Special Olympics Worlds! We were within walking distance to the ski hill, restaurants and many shops. Didn't even have to use our rental as it was safely parked in the underground parking through the hotel. The only thing better than the location was the staff!!! My bad if i spell names wrong but Luka from the afternoon shift was amazing. He set us up with reservations for dinners at places that were so amazing, that i can't thank him enough. If you get the opportunity to go to Sestriere and get to have the privilege to stay at this hotel, do it!
