Für den Preis eine gute Unterkunft. Die Einrichtung ist modern, an manchen Stellen könnte man sie erneuern. Ansonsten war das Frühstück sehr gut, beim Abendessen fand man auch immer etwas Leckeres. Wenig vegane Optionen. Das Personal war teilweise überaus freundlich, andere Mitarbeiter hingegen nicht so. Ingesamt ist das Hotel eher weniger kulant, was schade ist. Sauberkeit im Zimmer und der Anlage konnte überzeugen. Viele Pärchen und Familien anwesend.

The meal service team was Awesome and took great care of us for our five days. The All inclusive Fare is moderate however there are great dining options on the beach front. The pool area was always clean however we did not use it. We had a 3rd floor Suite that had a nice Water view. The beds were comfortable, room was clean and water pressure was Awesome in the shower. The Free Wi-Fi was a weak signal in our room, more so when peak usage throughout the resort. Suggest upgrading Access points for expanded and consistent service.

Super schönes Hotel welches 1 Minute Fußweg vom Meer entfernt ist und 5 Minuten Fußweg vom Strand. Sehr viele schöne Restaurants in der Umgebung, die direkt am Meer liegen. Der nächste Supermarkt ist um die Ecke. Man benötigt nicht lange zum Stadtzentrum, gleichzeitig ist die Lage des Hotels sehr ruhig. Sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal. Leckeres Frühstück welches vielfältig ist. Vor allem mochte ich, dass man sich Pancakes oder Omelette nach Wahl zubereiten lassen konnten. Es gab Obst, diverse Brote, Croissants. Frühstücken war sowohl drinnen als auch auf der Terrasse direkt am Pool möglich. Das Zimmer war sauber und wurde täglich gereinigt. Teilweise sieht man minimal, dass die Zimmer etwas in die Tage gekommen ist. Aber das ist wirklich minimal. Besonders herausragend ist das freundliche, herzliche und hilfsbereite Personal. Es gibt einen Shuttle Service von Hotel zum Flughafen und genügend Fahrstühle. Auch der Pool ist behindertengerecht (fahrbarer Stuhl ins Wasser) Dieses Hotel ist top 😊

We enjoyed our stay, great location to shops, bars etc. Food was ok, always something to choose, have had better. WiFi is terrible, didn’t work at all. Our room was quite small, asked about moving when we first arrived but couldn’t accommodate unfortunately until next day so we didnt bother. Felt that staff could have been little bit more helpful with this. Room really clean though and cleaned every day which was great. Staff in buffet restaurant very friendly, one lady in particular but didn’t take name unfortunately.

4 Sterne? Auf keinen Fall. Wir wurden bei der Ankunft freundlich empfangen. Daraufhin ging es in das Zimmer, welches unfassbar nach Abfluss gestunken hat, sodass wir erstmal alle Fenster aufreißen mussten (Gestank ging nicht weg). Badezimmer war generell super schlecht geputzt. Schwarze Haare auf dem Boden, Klobrille war schmuddelig, alles super verkalkt, Fussleisten durchs Wasser Aufgequollen und Schimmelig. Im Schlafbereich war es besser, jedoch war das Interieur sehr in die Jahre gekommen, Ecken angemackt und Bett am Wackeln. Frühstück am Morgen war aufs nötigste beschränkt, man darf nicht viel erwarten. Insgesamt würde ich eher 2 Sterne sagen statt 4, wobei das schon fast zu viel wäre. Nach Beschwerde wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass kein neues Zimmer verfügbar wäre und sich um die Sauberkeit gekümmert wird. Ein Tag hat es dann nicht nach Abfluss gerochen, die darauffolgenden Tage wieder sehr.

This says it’s a four star but it’s a 3 star at best The rooms need a refurb the furniture is old and tired and the lay out is “cosy” We had a jacuzzi room and the shower is in the bedroom with a see through glass door so you had better know your partner well and be very comfortable with them before choosing this room They have refurbished the main areas which are nice All the skirting boards are swollen and split and splintered in the hallways Was in a decent location in easy reach of a beach and restaurants Was ok but wouldn’t stay here again

Cet hôtel a été la meilleure expérience de notre séjour . La vue mer de la chambre était extraordinaire et la propreté impeccable. Le petit déjeuner est très varié et le buffet très copieux . Le personnel est vraiment disponible et très professionnel . La directrice a été particulièrement accueillante et prend vraiment soin de tous ces clients .

Nel complesso la struttura è molto moderna, la cucina è buona l’unica cosa che c’è poca scelta. Ma quello che ha disturbato un po’ il nostro soggiorno sono stati i camerieri, stanno troppo addosso con lo sparecchiare, ma una in particolare che vigilava come un carabiniere per vedere quanta roba avessi nei piatti. È una sensazione sgradevole perché il cibo viene pagato da noi ospiti invece questo “sorvegliare” cosa poi non l’ho capito, è molto fastidioso. Ma nel complesso la struttura è molto comoda perché è vicina alla spiaggia e nei di torni è pieno di negozietti e locali.

La comida y las habitaciones dejaron mucho que desear, no vale la pena el todo incluido, las bebidas que te incluyen son de marcas blancas por lo que si te quieres tomar una compa de una marca regular tienes que pagar diferencias, la comida en el bufé es muy básica y repetitiva, las pizzas y demás frías, tuvimos que comer y cenar fuera en múltiples ocasiones, EL PERSONAL SI QUE ES 10/10, Cristina en el restaurante es muy amable y te atiende con mucha atención y profesionalidad.

The meal service team was Awesome and took great care of us for our five days. The All inclusive Fare is moderate however there are great dining options on the beach front. The pool area was always clean however we did not use it. We had a 3rd floor Suite that had a nice Water view. The beds were comfortable, room was clean and water pressure was Awesome in the shower. The Free Wi-Fi was a weak signal in our room, more so when peak usage throughout the resort. Suggest upgrading Access points for expanded and consistent service.

Super schönes Hotel welches 1 Minute Fußweg vom Meer entfernt ist und 5 Minuten Fußweg vom Strand. Sehr viele schöne Restaurants in der Umgebung, die direkt am Meer liegen. Leckeres Frühstück welches vielfältig ist. Vor allem mochte ich, dass man sich Pancakes oder Omelette nach Wahl zubereiten lassen konnten. Es gab Obst, diverse Brote, Croissants. Frühstücken war sowohl drinnen als auch auf der Terrasse direkt am Pool möglich. Das Zimmer war sauber und wurde täglich gereinigt. Teilweise sieht man minimal, dass die Zimmer etwas in die Tage gekommen ist. Aber das ist wirklich minimal. Besonders herausragend ist das freundliche, herzliche und hilfsbereite Personal. Lovely hotel. Great staff, very friendly and helpful. Food was excellent. Great fish. Salads were amazing and nicely laid out. I never eat salad but I did here. Hotel fab. Highly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay, great location to shops, bars etc. Food was ok, always something to choose, have had better. WiFi is terrible, didn’t work at all. Our room was quite small, asked about moving when we first arrived but couldn’t accommodate unfortunately until next day so we didnt bother. Felt that staff could have been little bit more helpful with this. Room really clean though and cleaned every day which was great. Staff in buffet restaurant very friendly, one lady in particular but didn’t take name unfortunately.

Das Personal war sehr bemüht alle wünsche zu erfüllen. Das zimmer war sauber aber weil keine schutzwand zwischen whirlpool und bett war, waren kleine wasserschäden vorhanden, was aber nur in unserem zimmer war. Es ist nah zum Strand und rundherum sind Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.

Top Lage, schöner Aufenthalt, der Jacuzzi war der Hammer. Vom Hotel waren es ca 100m bis zum Wasser. Die Speiseauswahl hätte besser sein können wir hatten Halbpension also All Inclusive lohnt sich nicht. Schade war auch das man die Getränke zum Abendessen zahlen musste wenigstens Wasser wäre ganz cool gewesen. Morgens gab es Kaffee und Saft. Das Personal war super freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Top Lage, schöner Aufenthalt, der Jacuzzi war der Hammer. Vom Hotel waren es ca 100m bis zum Wasser. Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe vom Strand sowie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind auch vorhanden. Die Auswahl an Essen war meiner Meinung nach katastrophal und nicht einem 4 Sterne Hotel gerecht. Jeden Tag gab es das gleiche zum Essen. Die Beilagen waren gleich das Dessert war jeden Tag gleich und die Hauptspeisen wurden minimal verändert. An übernächsten Tag gab es wieder dann das gleiche. Eine Katastrophe nach 2 Tagen wusste ich nicht mehr was ich essen soll. All inclusive hat sich für mich nicht gelohnt da ich abends draußen dann gegessen habe und morgens und mittags nur eine Kleinigkeit gegessen habe.

Lovely hotel. Great staff, very friendly and helpful. Food was excellent. Great fish. Salads were amazing and nicely laid out. I never eat salad but I did here. Hotel fab. Highly recommend.

Die Lage des Hotels war sehr gut – der Strand befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind schnell zu erreichen. Die Betten waren sehr unbequem, und Dusche sowie Toilette waren offen gestaltet – für Paare vielleicht kein Problem, aber bei einer Reise in der Gruppe mangelt es dadurch an Privatsphäre.

We enjoyed our stay, great location to shops, bars etc. Food was ok, always something to choose, have had better. WiFi is terrible, didn’t work at all. Our room was quite small, asked about moving when we first arrived but couldn’t accommodate unfortunately until next day so we didnt bother. Felt that staff could have been little bit more helpful with this. Room really clean though and cleaned every day which was great. Staff in buffet restaurant very friendly, one lady in particular but didn’t take name unfortunately.
