Clean and modern. Breakfast was better than most. Hotel uses disposable plates and utensils which is disappointing and not environmentally friendly. Electric vehicle charging was good.

This hotel is extremely clean, quiet and in great condition. It is just across the interstate from the Hard Rock Casino with free shuttle service to and from. Easy to get downtown from here. Very economical for the quality! We will definitely stay again.

The room was clean and updated but the deadbolt lock didn't work. The parking lot wasn't super lighted and the area isn't the greatest. The concierge was very nice.

Hotel is kept clean and in good shape. There was issues with our floor being dirty on check in but I told the person at the counter and they had it cleaned in no time. Parking lot has lots of lighting and no issues with car being broken it, it felt safe.

It was off of I44 but very accessible to I44. Felt safe, friendly staff, great breakfast, room was clean and spacious.

We stayed two night the price was cheap and the service was friendly. The only down fall was there was know one at the service desk they would stay in the office and we would have to wait about 15 minutes to get any help. The shuttle to the casino was pretty fast e didn’t have to wait very long for the shuttle to take us to the casino. But all in all it was very nice and a pleasant place to stay

Good hotel. Nice rooms. Only issue was we booked this particular hotel because it had an electric charging station. I did not work. Asked front desk , supposed to get repaired sometime in next week or so. So that was a real letdown. Probably would not have booked if I had known that.

I travel frequently but never write reviews. However, there needs to be a warning about this hotel and its bed bugs. (I know for me this is my actual worst fear) I stayed 3 nights in 316 and didn’t realize until I awoke my last morning with blood on the pillow and a dead bed bug that the bites I had tried to convince myself were mosquito bites were bed bug bites. I have had a miserable couple of days since then with the itchiest bites (both arms, chest, and face have them) - and I had to dispose of my luggage, a pair of shoes, and a purse that I did not feel I could comfortably ensure I could clean well enough to prevent the spread through my own house. I let the front desk staff know as I was leaving. Left the bug on a tissue next to the bed to help assist them. It was definitely a “sorry about that but we aren’t going to do anything” vibe. My email requesting at least a partial refund has been unanswered. The hotel phone doesn’t seem to work. Save yourself and do not stay here!

Good hot breakfast. Clean rooms. Housekeeping did not clean room for the 6 days we stayed. I did say to office personnel that room has not been cleaned when I asked for towels mid stay. Was told to leave dirty towels outside the door. Person was on the phone.

The toilet had urine (yellow & brown) underneath side of toilet that was visible as lid was lifted upon arrival. Front desk provided Clorox bathroom disinfectant spray and wash cloth for me to clean. No shampoo or soap provided in bathroom. Had to go downstairs to ask front desk. Spilt cup of water between the 2 queen beds & when I cleaned the floor with white towel it was nasty brown & green color with filth. Very unsanitary.

The room was clean but there are lots of stains on the furniture. Breakfast is horrible. Good affordable option if you're going to Hard Rock Casino but don't want to spend your money on the hotel. Suggestion for the hotel.... spend more money on the breakfast.

The overnight worker questioned my husband and I when we went to the lobby to use the microwave, because they dont have a microwave in the room. He kept asking what our room # was and not giving us a shance to answer or show our key card. Other than that we had a great stay. We really liked the guy that worked 2nd shift. He was really helpful and was able to answer any questions we had. We will probably stay there again

The room was outstanding, extremely clean, comfortable bed, bathroom and shower set up as advertised. Only issue I had was the water pressure was so bad the “rain water” shower head could have squirt it out far enough so you with had to bend in or lean against the shower knob. Still would stay here again however. Wife says I might be picky about my showers.

The hotel is nice with the renovations, and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were very nice and accommodating. However, the walls are thin and we could hear the people in the room next to and across the hall from us, and hear their dogs barking and whining. The hotel is across the freeway from the Hard Rock Casino.

Everything was great here from check in to breakfast. Comfortable bed, quiet night, reasonable price, very friendly and helpful service, especially from the young man at the front desk Monday May 15th. He was doing everything including watching the breakfast bar and doing it all well with customer service in mind. Will definitely stay again.

Hotel was better than I anticipated. The staff were very friendly. My only irritation was that the breakfast staff didn't show up on time and therefore breakfast was delayed. This seems minor, but one of the major reasons I booked this stay was for the breakfast due to timing and having to hit certain times for early meetings.

This was not mentioned on the listing, nor could the employee adduce documentation of the policy. So, we were refused check in - at 10:30pm with 2 infants in tow. The next morning we had to battle with the manager, “Kevin,” for a refund. Jobsworths.

The room its self was nice, clean, just as it looks like in the picture. There was a couple shops and a Walmart less than 10 min away so it’s in a good location as well. Staff was friendly and super helpful when my key card stopped working.

Room was clean and bed was comfortable. There was a dark spot on the bathroom ceiling that appeared to be Mold, maybe from water leak. We opted to eat breakfast one day, but 1 hour into breakfast some items were out and never refilled. Staff was aware. Opted to go out the other two days. Coffee is available in the lobby, but not all hours. There was none available at 5 AM. There isn’t a guide for the tv, but if you ask at the front desk, they try to accommodate. For the price I would stay again. Staff is nice and hotel is clean.

The hotel was very clean and the beds comfortable. There were only two problems I had. I got a room with a tub, but there was no plug in the tub, so I was unable to take a bath. Secondly, we went down to breakfast, excited that they had some protein options. The eggs looked good, but when I took the lid off the second option, expecting sausage or bacon I found…grilled chicken! Grilled chicken for breakfast??? Then the kitchen staff brought out a large plate of bacon, and another staff member also came out with a large plate of bacon. One of them went over and lifted the lid, and we thought she was going to put the bacon in the pan, but nope, she stirred it and she and her friend went over to the table and began eating their bacon in front of us.

Modern look for a Best Western and I thought it was well done. Room was comfortable and clean and VERY different in a good way from a standard BW. Breakfast was pretty dismal but overall I liked the place.

Hotel was better than I anticipated. The staff were very friendly. My only irritation was that the breakfast staff didn't show up on time and therefore breakfast was delayed. This seems minor, but one of the major reasons I booked this stay was for the breakfast due to timing and having to hit certain times for early meetings.

At check in we were told breakfast was 6 to 10 everyday. On Monday we went downstairs at 9:15 am to discover that breakfast was over but all the employees were going in the kitchen to get food. The fitted sheet did not stay on since the elastic was stretched out completely.

The room was clean but there are lots of stains on the furniture. Breakfast is horrible. Good affordable option if you're going to Hard Rock Casino but don't want to spend your money on the hotel. Suggestion for the hotel.... spend more money on the breakfast.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!! GO ANYWHERE ELSE, IT IS THE TRASHIEST PLACE EVER!!!! The hotel was the absolute worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at.. the room was a filthy mess. Sheets had feces on them, the towels were dirty, it smelled awful! I told the front desk guy, and his response was “I will tell the manager”. They never offered to switch us rooms, and when I asked he said he couldn’t change the room and he would let the manager know in the morning. The entire time we were checking in when we first got there he was in the phone talking a foreign language the whole time… I tried to ask questions but he was busy chatting with his family. We ended up leaving the hotel after only a few hours because it was so terrible. I recommend staying in your cat instead of this s**t hole Not to mention we found a drug pipe in the bathroom, and I told them… he says, that happens here!!! WTH!?! What do you mean this happens here?!? What a nightmare!
