Wonderful Pool and Large Hot tub, on site laundry, Wonderful breakfast and comfy bed with cool sheets. About 40 min drive to Zion

Always a good stay. Great parking for vehicles w trailers.

The rooms were good and clean. The hot tub was absolutely disgusting. It was green and had chunks in it and no one seemed to care from front desk help when we could find them. Breakfast was not good. There was unrecognizable brown chunk in the fruity cereal and it had hair in it. There was not an attendant to find any thing. Won’t be going there again.

Overall, our stay was a good one but could have been better. Some things in the room were a bit dirty. The hot tub was the reason we picked this location but the water seemed murky and smelled like sulphur. It made us get out and leave the pool area.

Our room was very satisfactory in terms of size, cleanliness, condition, etc. The desk clerk allowed us to check in a couple of hours earlier. A different clerk could not explain to me clearly the directions to a restaurant that was advertised in a flier at the hotel. Also, two desktop computers in the lobby were out of order. The indoor pool was too cold to swim in for more than a few minutes.

Great place and location. Pool and hot tub was great after riding all day. Breakfast was good. Nice spot to go and take your side by side to hit the trails around sand hollow. They have parking for truck and trailer. Nice place!

Excellent Parking

I love that they offer beverages but the selection was limited nearly everytime I tried to get tea, no hot water multiple times during stay. I'd like to see a longer breakfast service period, as it gets too busy and guests can be aggressive/rude. I was excited to see laundry machines but the cost seemed high and cash was required, not able to charge to card on file for incidentals.

Great hotel stay, about 35 minutes from Zion N.P. The room was clean, had lots of toiletries, a laundry option, indoor pool/spa. Staff were very helpful with needing coins for laundry & had a breakfast buffet which was awesome. Would definitely reccomend

This hotel is nice enough for what we needed. Breakfast is included and it was a typical hotel breakfast but good. Check in was easy and friendly. Although the hotel was surface clean, the smell in our hallway was horrendous!!! We have no idea what it was but it was like someone was cooking something potent! Disgusting! And our room was also clean however the fridge was frozen because the room was sooo hot when we got in there and it smelled slightly like sewage. We flushed the toilet, ran the sink and shower and sprayed some body spray we had. It seemed to do the trick for the room-the hallway was another story. The workout room has a couple of treadmills and elliptical machine. Elliptical doesn’t work and the treadmills incline function is broken. They worked otherwise and it was clean. There is also one bench and some dumbbells. They gave us an hour courtesy late checkout. Overall, it was fine.

Hotel is very clean and new looking, plus breakfast is included.

Clean and great service

I didn't want to leave a bad review but the hotel did not email me back about the cleanliness of everything. Our son stayed here in March 2025 and said it was very nice and clean. I don't know what has changed but the place is not clean at all. We arrived around 6PM and there was only 5 cars in the parking lot and so the whole place should be clean after guest turnover right? Wrong! Everything was dirty! the front door mat, the floors, the hallway carpets not vacuumed, the elevator, (do you not have paper towels and windex?) the stains on the bathroom floor in our room and the dozen or more stains on the walls. This looks like an entire staff that doesn't care at all. These are all things that can be taken care of by cleaning and maybe in some cases touchup paint. Not to mention the Stained bath towel. It was 108 that day and the A/C was off in our room. Let me say both ladies at the front desk were nice, But I can see the problems with your staff, nobody is managing them at all. In the morning the person from the Kitchen sat on a couch looking at her phone from 6 to 6:30 at least and the then from about 6:45 to 7:15 when we were done with breakfast she sat in the kitchen at a prep table eating and looking her phone more. Maybe she should have been cleaning something or picking up after the guest that were of course making a mess. We have 8 couples staying there for 4 nights in November 2025 and I have no trust in this staff to have it clean. Give a reason not to cancel!

Everything was neat and tidy from outside grounds to the foyer, kitchen, stairwell, and our room.

It was ok. They give us a dirty room. When we walk in the room there was trash, the bathroom was dirty. I went to reception immediately and the receptionist gave me another room. The new room was good. We spent two nights, there is half cleaning service, they only cleaned the bathroom, but did not make the beds.

It is so dirty!!! There's a lot of dust on the baseboards right behind the toilet- that means those surfaces havent been wiped down in a long time- DISGUSTING! Multiple other surfaces in the bathroom and room were covered in dust as well. The sides of the mattress had dried fluids on it and the wall was also dirty. The curtains were covered in dust. If you're cleaning properly regularly and vacuuming, there wouldnt be that many particles built up in the room. The Comfort Inn and Holiday Inn Express are about the same cost (or less) and are very very clean! They wouldn't agree to a refund even though the front desk clerk saw what I was pointing out about the cleanliness. They also showed me into another room to see if it was better and she saw it wasn't. I paid for 4 nights and they knew I didn't stay any of those nights after we left. They also waited to tell hotels dot com that wouldnt refund me until after our 4 nights were up. I'm extremely disappointed hotels dot com couldn't get me a refund from Sleep Inn because I've used hotels dot com for years.

Very clean and new

The Sleep Inn and Suites was really quite exceptional with the exception of the location. Our room was located at the very far end of the hall on the ground floor facing the busy highway with a major intersection and traffic lights right outside. The traffic was constant all night with breaking and then pulling away when the lights changed. Although the building is fairly new it was poorly engineered to eliminate the noise from the road. So in all it was not a sleep inn but no sleep. If you want o stay here make sure you get a room that does not face the highway unless you have ear plugs. The bed was very comfortable, bathroom spacious and breakfast was very good. We ate at the Mazatlan restaurant just a five minute drive. The food was excellent but the Mariachi Band was somewhat loud. Overall Hurricane is a wonderful place with awesome views.

Easy check-in. Comfortable room with large fridge, coffee maker and even a microwave. Generous selection of complimentary items in room. Great breakfast, my partner enjoyed making waffles with the waffle iron. Only negative about breakfast is the vast amount of single use items- paper plates and plastic cutlery etc. Other than that, for £65 for one night, an absolutely fantastic stay! Will return on our next road trip to Zion national park.

Bed was comfortable and room was spacious. Perfect place to rest after a long drive.

Clean and quiet place !!

The hotel was very clean and tidy, with well-designed rooms that felt modern and comfortable. The free Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, which was a big plus. The only minor downside is that the location isn’t quite as close to nearby attractions as some other hotels, but overall it was a great stay and good value.

A great hotel to spend the night before visiting Zion the following day. The room was spacious and clean. The free breakfast was nice to have. The check in and out was quick and easy with friendly staff. I would stay here again in the future.

The heating and a/c unit was very noisy as was the fridge.

Ac was loud. Bathroom missing drain plug, Front desk not able to offer one. Other than that great place to stay with family.

The lack of service was disappointing. I asked for a couple of extra pillows on two separate occasions and was ignored completely. Housekeeping only came one time during our three night stay. The breakfast was nothing to speak about and the coffee was so watered down that it was undrinkable, and barely hot. Whoever is managing this place should be embarrassed. We will surely never return to this place in the future.

This is the worst hotel experience I have ever had. Do not book this hotel if you have a late flight. Our flight came in late and I messaged the hotel beforehand. The online choice hotels policy says you can check in anytime before 7am. The Sleep Inn booking listing/confirmation also says that check in is open until 6am. Due to a late flight /rental car delays, we arrived a little after 4:30am which is hours before the check in cut off times. The employee working at the front desk that night said we were too late (contrary to the policies posted online) and he could not check us in or else he would be fired. Expedia tried to call and resolve the issue but he eventually stopped answering the phone. This employee told us there was no manager who could be contacted and that he had no idea when a manager would come to work and that he did not have a number for a manager. He also represented that there was no corporate help number for sleep inn/choice hotels and that there was nobody to contact to address situations that arise. That is shocking to me that a hotel would leave an incompetent staff member without a way to contact help if a situation arises. That is not a safe practice for a hotel, as many situations can arise at hotels that need proper support. This staff member was incredibly unhelpful and rude and showed no desire to help us. We had to sleep in our car. Sleep inn breached its duties and public representations and I would not feel safe staying here again.

There was misunderstanding about my service dog and they were hostile about it. I thought, it was me but my travel companion was made to feel unwelcome too. She wanted not to stay the second night due to this. I immediately informed the Sleep Inn this. I told them I was staying only one night, and I was informed they had already put through the charge for 2 nights, I had only been there less than an hour. They refused to reimburse for the one night we were not staying. We felt unwelcome, because they were not expecting a service dog. Then after my trip they charged extra 200 for my service dog. We spent the second night in different more friendly hotel. Neither of us wanted a second night where we were not wanted even if we had to be charged for it anyway,

The people at the front desk were very helpful. The breakfast was a good variety of foods. There was an older cleaning lady with white/ grey hair that said thank you as we were leaving the room. She had smiled each time we had seen her in the hall or elevator.

The front desk manager was rude, impolite she was anything but hospitable

The staff was very welcoming. They made eye contact and asked if they could assist with anything without me having to ask. The rooms were clean and well supplied. Breakfast had a variety of options daily. It was quite, no guest being loud in the hallways. Pool was clean and well supplied with clean towels

Excellent staff. Tv in room 120 did not work. I was moved to room 118.

Clean, spacious, good hot tub and pool, full breakfast, good well lit parking. Really just right for a few days hiking in Zion (though it's not right at the entrance it was FAR better priced than closer options, and the drive to the south entrance and to Kolob Canyon were really easy.

Very nice hotel. Good location if visiting Zion. We would definitely stay there again. Great breakfast too.

Not really near much

One night stay on the way to Zion and North rim Grand Canyon . Great location

Loved the clean room and a nice adult toilet for a change. The breakfast was decent but pretty typical. We liked the location which was next to a nice restaurant called Pigs Ear. You can walk there. We would stay again.

Great place to stay 30 min away from Zion Park entrance

This was a nice clean hotel, however breakfast was lacking. The sausage was good, but the eggs were suspiciously grey. Likewise the mini filled donuts were fi)wd with something green and suspicious. And the refridgerator was stacked only with vanillia yogert. No other flavors.

Amazing across the board. Best bang for your buck. The free breakfast was good with many options from Sausage, eggs, waffles, bagels and other pastries as well as yogurts, apples, bananas and cereals. Customer service at check in was solid. Would highly recommend this place especially if going into Zion National park as its only 30 mins outside of the park.

Hotel was great, stayed for 3 nights- comfortable and clean. Only complaint was I asked for some bread as they had none out and was told there was no more and the days quota had been used! We went down at 9am! It was also busy on one day and seating sparse. Still great value Also went to mountain mikes pizza place as recommended by reception- was great !

Stay was nice overall. Breakfast was not. The eggs and sausage were cold- like they had never been heated.

The location was good for those who want to visit Zion national park, the hotel was clean and had no issues. The only thing I disliked was the breakfast. Not much heathy options and all the utensils, and plates were single use plastic only contributing to more waste.

A surprisingly full breakfast, coffee and juices, scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles, cereal, toast, muffins, yogurt, fresh fruit. Breakfast area neat and clean, excellent service. Bed was comfortable, bathroom well appointed, but shower head was a disappointment. Overall, a real bargain considering its proximity to a National Park. I'd return.
