The cleanliness was not the greatest. Scum in the shower and on shower head. When going to the pool we could only get one towel for a family of four since housekeeping did not show up for shift. In pool room, there was only one functioning light out of six. Had to get ice in restaurant as machine was non functional.

Pool hours too short and not well maintained, gym equipment broken and lighting in room and pool was inadequate but for the price it was a nice clean room and quiet so I would return if in the area

The staff was very sweet the girl that helped with my check in was very sweet and accommodating, however the stay itself wasn’t the best, the hotel has a pool facility that I wanted to utilize while I was there upon being in the pool room for maybe 15 minutes the lights shut off and they could not get them on, they did come back on but the pool closed in roughly 30 minutes after then coming on. As well as the bed in my room was rather uncomfortable. But the room was very clean lots of hot water and was filled with pleasant staff just two minor troubles :)

Sauna broken, no shower in pool/gym area - only change rooms. No extra blanket in room or provided after requesting it. Only stayed 4 nights & then checked out (driving longer distances to attend festival events)

Our room was not overly clean, there was mold in the fridge, and the beds were not comfortable. You can tell that there was some renovations recently however the paint is peeling in a number of spots and the floor had a number of rough spots. We were disappointed and uncomfortable staying here.

Wonderful staff and very clean and comfy room

I would not recommend this property. We had cockroaches in our room. It was too late in the night for us to find alternate accommodation otherwise we would have left. Unfortunately, we also experienced a power outage during our stay. This is beyond the hotel's control, but the emergy lights and exit signs did not work. I worry about people's safety in a real emergy. When i mentioned that they need to fumigate because of the cockroaches the staff giggled. We will not be returning.

Very dirty, infested by bugs in the bedrooms and washroom, Washroom bathtub and sinks was clogged, torn bed lined and the window curtain, Room smells bad. Staff was understanding but she has limited things in her hand. Overall very bad experience and would not recommend this place.

The whole place was in poor condition with dirty. Smoke smelling carpet in the hallway, broken flooring in the room, hair dryer not working, TV needing assistance every time it was turned on; I would certainly not return there

Room is too dark. Tub does not drain as fast as it should so you are taking a shower with water up to your ankle. Hallway carpets do not look clean.

I killed a cockroach in our room. When I reported it to the front desk staff, they didn’t seem surprised.

When we walked through the entrance doors, a VERY strong marijauna odour was present. After returning from.supper, it happened again. We were told it was a guest that lived there. He smoked right at the entrance though and guests had to smell the pungent odour. After this was mentioned at the desk, the desk clerk later told us that that particular guest was asked to smoke away from the entrance. We really appreciated that effort on their part. Upon checking in, the young clerk was quite pleasant. When asked if there were any "upgrades" available, she did not know what the word meant! Once settled into the room, the wifi would not work on any of our phones. The desk clerk said they were told that they were working on it. It was not available for any of our 2 and a half day stay. As a result they discounted our bill 15%. The reservation was booked for 4 people in one room. There were only 2 sets of towels. Once it was time for bed, we turned down the sheets and found a very dirty bottom sheet, almost like it wasn't changed. The clerk was working alone so brought up a sheet and we had to re-make the bed ourselves.

I was shocked they had the Radisson brand. Our room had been renovated in April according to the notes. Lipstick on a pig applied by a 3 year old. Painting bled, drywalling done poorly,shower only half worked and the tub didn't drain properly. I could write pages. The young lady who checked us in was very accommodating and I suspect, a little embarrassed!

The staff are courteous, polite and helpful. Checked in and checked out were smooth. However, the amenities such as: smoke detector triggered without reason and it needed to be removed by force. TV couldn’t be turned on after switched off. The room is too dark due to insufficient lighting.

Worn mattresses, pillows a pile of batt in a bag, too worn to even be called a pillow and NO ceiling lights in the entryway or bedroom and no lamp on the desk by the tv. Only lamp on night table. Had to go to vehicle and get 4 additional battery operated lights to read after kids went to sleep!

The beds are so comfortable and the room clean BUT the Internet wouldn't work and would drop the signal as soon as you did get on. Not useful to the business person. No desk lamp, TV didn't work despite the front desk and maintenance help. We're back next weekend and hope some of these problems are remedied.

The staff kept saying the wifi was being fixed but it was never fixed. Which also meant the tv didn't work either. When travelling for work it's essential to have wifi. I was unable to get my work done.

Small hotel. Good staff, no elevator but only 3 floors of which one is basement level. Good for a quick layover.

We had someone else’s poop in our toilet at check in. I asked to change rooms, the next one had water on the floor and was a smaller room. I asked the front desk to have someone clean the first rooms toilet while we went out, and was told she couldn’t do that, couldn’t even get me cleaner. I went out to buy bleach and paper towel to clean the bathroom myself, where I found lots of mold all around. I can get over a few issues, something left behind by the housekeepers, what I can’t get over is how rude and unhelpful the staff were at resolving the issue.

Check in was quick and easy and the staff we very friendly breakfast was wonderful with lots of options and the beds were so comfy. We would definitely stay here again

I had stayed at this property in the past under different management and had a much better experience at that time; I would have rated it higher then. Currently, the hotel is undergoing renovations, so improvements may be on the way. However, during my recent stay, I encountered several issues that significantly impacted my experience. There was dried paint on the bathroom floor, the furniture was mismatched, the flooring was peeling up and while one bed was in decent condition, the other was collapsing. I requested a new room at the front desk; they did offer an alternative, but unfortunately, it was no better. Additionally, the pool was out of service; something that was not mentioned at any point during the booking process. Had I known, I might have made a different choice. What was most disappointing, though, was the attitude of the front desk staff. When I voiced my concerns, the employee responded with a sigh and later snickered at me when I asked about other room options. I found that unprofessional and dismissive. While I understand renovations can temporarily affect the guest experience, respectful and courteous service should remain a constant. Unfortunately, the unprofessional service left a lasting negative impression.

I had a great stay, I was here for a month figuring out where i was going to live as i just moved here. The staff we're the most accomodating and friendly people I've ever met, definitely the highlight of the stay. Room service everyday, the rooms were clean and quiet. The pool was also great. The property is away from the hustle and noise of shopping/business areas but they're not far from the site should you need to access their services. A clean environment with basic services. Staff were helpful and pleasant.

Older hotel but very clean. The mattresses are new and very comfortable. Restaurant inside hotel offers a very reasonable breakfast for hotel guests. The location is safe and close to the waterfront.

Older style motel with some interior and exterior cosmetic issues. Staff was very helpful and the room was clean. Attached Filipino restaurant was very good. Centrally located. Reasonable room for a reasonable price.

I liked that the property is located close to downtown. The hotel is in the process of some much needed renovations but the staff were very friendly. I enjoyed having restaurant inside the hoel.

I booked this room based on the photos online and some reviews seemed decent. I feel like I spent way too much money for what we got. The exterior looked run down, the interior looked like they slapped paint and new fixtures on and called it “newly renovated”. The bar closed at 9pm on a Saturday night. The room looked very outdated and offered only a few television stations, none were sports. The pool deck was dirty, and there were no towels available. Even for the rooms, no extra towels available. The sauna was out of order. Lastly, the bathroom in the room was very small and the shower had no water pressure. Honestly, I will never go back.
