This is a really nice hotel. No noise complaints at all despite other reviews. On beach and surrounded by decent restaurants. Breakfast is very good value. Roof top bar has amazing views and is cheap. On day of check out they happily stored our luggage then allowed us to grab a shower upstairs before heading to airport. This is so useful if you’ve got a later flight. Wi-Fi didn’t work very well at first but after that was fine. Also very clean. And has aircon plus ceiling fans in room so if you hate aircon at night (I do) you can still keep cool. They also provide beach towels.

Just a 2 night stay, it’s an older property but comfortable with everything you need. Nice bar and restaurant attached. It’s on the beachfront with good access to public transport. Staff were very helpful and friendly. I had a nice meal in the attached restaurant.

Highly recommend, lovely little place, very clean, newly refurbished and very friendly staff. Literally on the beach so makes for a very relaxing place to stay and great roof top bar and restaurant downstairs

Die Dachterrasse ist ein Traum. Man kann den Sonnenaufgang geniessen und abends gemütlich zusammensetzen. Das Doppelbett war für zwei nicht so bequem: Wenn einer sich bewegt hat, ist die andere durchgerüttelt worden... Man konnte im Zimmer Kaffee und Tee kochen und es gab jeden Tag eine kostenlose Flasche Wasser im Zimmer. Im Zimmer ist auch ein kleiner Kühlschrank.

Die Dachterrasse ist ein Traum. Man kann den Sonnenaufgang geniessen und abends gemütlich zusammensetzen. Das Doppelbett war für zwei nicht so bequem: Wenn einer sich bewegt hat, ist die andere durchgerüttelt worden... Man konnte im Zimmer Kaffee und Tee kochen und es gab jeden Tag eine kostenlose Flasche Wasser im Zimmer. Im Zimmer ist auch ein kleiner Kühlschrank.

If you want a hotel that’s clean, basic and near the beach this hotel is ok. However the reality of the property does not match its website. As the rooftop terrace is closed there are no outside area to sit and relax. One of our rooms only had a small balcony and the other did not. The bar and restaurant did not seem to be part of the hotel and to sit there it was necessary to purchase something. Although rooms were clean on return each time there was a horrible smell. Bit disappointing all round did not live up to expectations would not revisit.

This was by far the friendliest staff of our entire trip. The ratings for this hotel are not fair. I really enjoyed our stay here! It is so close to the beach, connected to a restaurant, and I am pleased for what we paid.

Had a fantastic stay - location is great, directly at beach front. Breakfast is magnificent in a bar in the same building! Very friendly hotel staff. I would definitely come back and can fully recommend!!‘

Lovely beachfront property in a lively area full of bars and clubs and one shop, Ale-Hop. Supermarket ten minutes walk away. Bring silicone ear plugs and mask for sleeping. Really good atmosphere. Roof terrace closed in past year. Excellent staff. Normal room and not really executive. Lovely Sandy beach. Easy access to Valencia.

The hotel was good value, I didn’t have high expectations as it was quite reasonably priced and 2 stars. The rooms were cleaned everyday with fresh towels. Everything nice and comfortable. The only issue being a terrible smell of sewage in a few rooms and areas, we had a room change and this room was fine. They have automatic air fresheners installed in the smelly rooms and corridors which was another horrible overpowering chemical smell on top of the already horrible smell. The reception area also having this strong horrible air fresheners. My advice, research into installing pleasant fragrance. The breakfast was ok, nice coffee and fresh juice, terrible scrambled eggs, chef could do with lessons on this. Smoke salmon could do with a slice of lemon on the side and all toasts could do with seasoning and olive oil on the table to season to taste. No breakfast options for children even though my children are good eaters the toasted bread was so hard it was impossible for them to bite through. The restaurant staff were lovely and very accommodating. Overall, happy with the location, good transport links, lovely beach and the decor is of good standard, clean and tidy hotel. Do expect a bit of noise in the rooms, walls are thin and windows not insulated. The reception staff are very helpful and welcoming, recommend restaurants and booked a taxi to the airport.

Frukosten var bra men ej bufe. Ok storlek på rummet. Vatten och kaffe på rummet. Läget vid stranden precis vid strandpromenaden var perfekt! Mindre bra var en närbelägen nattklubb öppen till 3 på nätterna. Dåligt vattentryck i duschen(plan 3) samt avloppslukt.

Tolle Sicht und Nähe zum Strand. Restaurants sind auch an gleicher Stelle. Schöne Einrichtung, bequemes Bett und schönes Bad. Leider war die Minibar leer. Etwas mühsame Parkplatzsuche und der Boden im Bad war nicht gründlich rein.

The sea view was stunning. The hotel is a bit old but had a nicely renovated bathroom, which is very important. It had a little fridge which was a useful amenity and food options were a step away. The staff were so helpful and kind and all spoke enoughEnglish. It is far from the city center but we didn't care because the beach was so spectacular with every amenity. Would def stay there again.

Everything was good except for beds, not very comfortable made our backs hurt. The carpet needs to go, it’s like spikes on your bare feet. AC was the best in all the hotel we have stayed in Spain. All the Spain hotels need smarter TVs.

Loved my room. Basic clean, modern, with comfortable bed. The area, being by the beach, can be a bit noisy till the wee hours but the rooms are quite soundproof and it would only bother the most sensitive. I would stay there again.

Located above a restaurant in the bar and restaurant area and on the beach. Room had a fridge. Toothbrush’s and disposable razor provided. Balcony was in need of repair, broken decking and metal chairs which got extremely hot. Shower screen leaked a lot. Entertainment arena close by which blasted loud music from late afternoon until 6am. Very noisy area. Great if you want to be in the centre of it all.

The sea view was stunning. The hotel is a bit old but had a nicely renovated bathroom, which is very important. It had a little fridge which was a useful amenity and food options were a step away. The staff were so helpful and kind and all spoke enoughEnglish. It is far from the city center but we didn't care because the beach was so spectacular with every amenity. Would def stay there again.

It was an amazing and peaceful experience. The beach reminded me of the Caribbean waters. The personnel at the hotel were friendly and helpful. They called a taxi for us.

Overall helpful friendly staff. Good location. easy access to main city with so much to do and see. First night in first room we were given, there was a really bad smell coming from the toilet that kept us awake ! On request we were moved the following morning without hesitacy. There seems pockets of that problem in the whole as city outdoors too. Nothing major unless it's in your bedroom. Cleaning service was good except they ran out of coffee sachets half way through our week, a bit annoying and avoidable. Nearby Soplaya (little Venice) is worth a short trip ).

This was by far the friendliest staff of our entire trip. The ratings for this hotel are not fair. I really enjoyed our stay here! It is so close to the beach, connected to a restaurant, and I am pleased for what we paid.

Had a fantastic stay - location is great, directly at beach front. Breakfast is magnificent in a bar in the same building! Very friendly hotel staff. I would definitely come back and can fully recommend!!‘

The hotel was good value, I didn’t have high expectations as it was quite reasonably priced and 2 stars. The rooms were cleaned everyday with fresh towels. Everything nice and comfortable. The only issue being a terrible smell of sewage in a few rooms and areas, we had a room change and this room was fine. They have automatic air fresheners installed in the smelly rooms and corridors which was another horrible overpowering chemical smell on top of the already horrible smell. The reception area also having this strong horrible air fresheners. My advice, research into installing pleasant fragrance. The breakfast was ok, nice coffee and fresh juice, terrible scrambled eggs, chef could do with lessons on this. Smoke salmon could do with a slice of lemon on the side and all toasts could do with seasoning and olive oil on the table to season to taste. No breakfast options for children even though my children are good eaters the toasted bread was so hard it was impossible for them to bite through. The restaurant staff were lovely and very accommodating. Overall, happy with the location, good transport links, lovely beach and the decor is of good standard, clean and tidy hotel. Do expect a bit of noise in the rooms, walls are thin and windows not insulated. The reception staff are very helpful and welcoming, recommend restaurants and booked a taxi to the airport.

Voor de 2e keer in dit hotel overnacht. Erg vriendelijk personeel en behulpzaam. Fijne kamer. Enige minpunt: niet boeken als je slecht slaapt met herrie buiten. Feesten om het hotel heen duren soms wel tot 3 uur in de nacht. Veel geluidsoverlast van gehad.

Cadre de l’hôtel vraiment beau avec la mer à 10 m, le soir il y’a beaucoup d’ambiances sur la promenade. La chambre est propre et jolie mais l’isolation 0/10, impossible de se reposer avant 2h du matin et pas de volets pour arranger les choses. Des rideaux opaques qui laissent entrer la lumière à 8h du matin et vous réveille désagréablement. S’il faisait un travail sur l’isolation, les séjours seraient nettement plus agréables. De plus, le petit déjeuner buffet n’existe pas étant donné qu’on à le choix entre 4 collations pour les adhérents à la demi-pension.

Lovely beachfront property in a lively area full of bars and clubs and one shop, Ale-Hop. Supermarket ten minutes walk away. Bring silicone ear plugs and mask for sleeping. Really good atmosphere. Roof terrace closed in past year. Excellent staff. Normal room and not really executive. Lovely Sandy beach. Easy access to Valencia.

Lovely staff, great location. Breakfast was delicious In room 214 there was a lot of noise from the bar/restaurant outside so we needed earplugs. The walls are quite thin so you can hear coughing and loud talking between the rooms

Rooms and beds are very small and I had hard time walking around the bed and hit my toes with the wall or bed every time. A small, narrow table with coffee machine and cups. No table to sit and eat. There’s a small balcony with two chairs and a small table for cups. Too much noise from marina and music till one a.m., but nice board walk and close to bus and tram station.

Location was great! Down by the water with a number of fun little places to eat along the waterfront. Staff was very helpful, even with accessing bikes for Our ride along the riverbed. The one negative about the location is the loud music coming from the harbor every night of our stay. Well into the morning hours…2 am. Our tv did not work. They tried to fix it. Otherwise all was good. Convenient and nice breakfast (for a charge) on the first floor which was great.
