We knew we'd be late checking in, so I called in advance to let them know. They were very understanding and wrote a note in my account, as to not give away my room. I checked in around midnight and the person at the front desk was so friendly, personable and helpful! It was such a delight after a very long day! The room was clean and spacious. The bed seemed to be a double not a queen though. I completely picked this hotel based on wanting queen beds, not double. This did make a difference to our comfort, and may make a difference to yours as well. I did still give 5 stars because literally everything else about our stay was great. Breakfast was great as well. Waffle makers, scrambled eggs, sausage patties, various cereals, various breads with a toaster and several condiments to go along with the breads and waffles, and juice. I will keep this property in mind for next time.

We booked a suite well in advance and were given a regular room but didn’t bother complaining about it. That first night at 2:00am, we were woken by the sound of our door being opened. We had the security bar on so it was quite loud as they repeatedly tried to get the door to open all the way. It turns out that they were given a key to our room. It was a family and we freaked them out by yelling at them. The check-in person screwed up and never completed the entire process for us so our room was still listed in the computer as being vacant. I know mistakes happen but this is completely unacceptable. My husband talked to the person at the front desk in the morning and they had heard about it. We have received no communication from anyone. An apology from management would have been nice. This was one of our worst hotel experiences ever. Not much sleep was had that night after it happened.

The room was not clean. Mattress had hair and dirt on it, sheets were stained and the bathroom ceiling and vent was covered in mildew. Did not stay the second night that we booked.

A property is pretty old and worn down. There's definitely a bad odor to the place. Upon arrival going to my room where the sheets were dirty with a lot of stains. I went to the front desk they gave me new sheets to change out. As I went to change the sheets theres bed bugs crawling on the mattress and pillowcase. They end up changing the room which was no better. But seem to be bugs free. I was told I would get a full refund and never got anything back. This place is filthy and a scam. There's never a manager on duty.
