Parking was easy and secure and free. The property was run down, very old - couches were stained etc but it was large and mostly clean. Kitchen was great, and felt more updated compared to the bathrooms/everywhere else. However, it was priced well for what it was and was an enjoyeable weekend.

My daughter and I stayed for 6 nights at The Astor Apartments. I had read very different reviews, a lot of them quite negative, so I was postively surprised. The apartment we got was very spacious and had all we needed - including a beautiful view of Brisbane from the 11th floor on the balcony of the apartment. The place was not the cleanest, but it was clean enough for us for the time we stayed. The pool on the 3rd floor was great☺️ We liked staying at the Astor apartments and would recommend to others - the location was really good too, we could walk to most things in town (even with my 6-year old).

This place is awesome. I booked 2 rooms, with a Queen bed and 2 single beds. It was decked out with a great cookers kitchen equipped with Miele appliances, and a massive fridge. This beauty had 2 bathrooms, a very spacious living, dining and lounge room, plus a laundry and a balcony all for an incredibly cheap price. We swam in the freezing outdoor pool, then warmed up in the very hot, hot tub. Then relaxed in the sauna to unwind. It was divine There is a massive entertaining area downstairs, with 2 barbecues and seating for over 100 people. The man at front desk was amazing. Looks like he works really hard. The room was clean and stocked with clean linen, towels and cleaning essentials. I was very impressed. Definitely money well spent

Close walk to the CBD and free, secure parking. First time in our 45 day trip that we’ve had to pay a security deposit ($200). Hope to get it back in 5-6 days.

Great location to access the city and public transport. Good sized appartments. A bit dated, especially the bathrooms. Pool and spar were excellent. Lots of rubbish, alcohol cans, etc. left in the access laneways.

Our group had 4 apartments for the weekend. Some were ok but others were dirty and many things were broken e.g drawers, fridge shelf. The ceiling fans in the bedrooms were covered in white mould.

The apartment we stayed in was not clean and smelled terrible, the bed was not made properly and the bathroom was awful. I do not recommend staying here.

Our apartment is a bit old except for the kitchen area which we think was recently renovated. Shower needs extensive cleaning as there are still stains of moulds and grime. Sliding door to the balcony was stiff, hard to open. Aircon might needs fixing too. It doesn't cool the room enough, seems like it's on fan mode even if it's on cool mode. Facilities need more signage especially for rubbish. Took as a while to find out where it is. Other than that, area where the beds, lounge , and dining are, were clean. Beds are comfy. Needs bedside power sockets for easy charging of phones

Id never go back, reception had good communication however the apartments need some love, our stay was for 4 days but we left after 2. Walked into the apartment to find some chicks hair still all over the lounge, hair all still in the bath tub, the foldout bed collapsed with my 5 month old on it, the water temp in the shower changes dramatically nearly burnt my baby. The aircon is in the cupboard of the bedroom which looks like the first aircon ever invented its loud and not cold. What do you expect for 3 star accommodation.

The unit was large and had all amenities we needed for our week. It was in a good position and close to everything. The property is quite old and the hallway had a smell that wasn’t nice. The door was also hard to open a lot of times - key sometimes wouldn’t work until we tried it a few times which was annoying. Air con in the room wasn’t great but luckily it wasn’t too hot while we were there

It was a roomie and clean property. One of the bedrooms was quite hot and airconditioning didn't reach or ventilate that room. Manager was very understanding.

The apartment was tidy and clean but tired. Beds were comfortable but no air conditioning in the second bedroom was a definate downside. We used a fan pushing air from main lounge into this bedroom. overall kitchen was functional and fridge big enough. TV was way too old and too small. 32’ and 12 years old. Internet was strong. Couches old and rather dated but somewhat comfortable Outside pool area was fantastic. BBQ ok Check in experience wasn’t strong due to not being able to check in until 2pm.

Aircon didn't reach the back room and didn't go below 21 degrees or it would turn off. For Queensland that is diabolical stuff. Was sweaty every night and I'm not a fat person. Also, no smart TV or a way to cast to it and it was so small for how large the lounge room is. The antenna cable also was bad and we couldn't even watch normal TV. And a few cockroaches were present...

Staff were amazing, and we were able to leave cases while we waited for our room. We were on floor 13, absolutely stunning views, especially at night when all lights were on. Apartment was excellent, everything you needed was there. Excellent stay, location was great, definitely recommend the Astor Apartments

This apartment is an excellent find if you're staying in Brisbane for a few days. It's spacious and ideally placed for exploring the city, and just a few minute's walk fron the Central station. The only downside for us was the noise from the outside, especially to the front of the property. It could really do with new noise reducing double glazing!! Apart from that, we loved it.

Stayed there a weekend, the room was clean and had everything i needed,was within walking distance from cafes and pubs etc...staff were very helpful, the low point was that the bathroom was very small and also coming into and leaving the carpark wasnt good as my car scraped...probably wont stay there again..as i could get somewhere a lot bigger and nicer for what i paid.

On arrival the staff were very hospitable, offering to hold our luggage before check in being we arrived on a early train into the city, once we had checked in,we found the rooms to be very large, more of an apartment that a hotel set up with full kitchen and laundry. Super close to central station once you are aware of the short cut through the back of the complex. We will stay again.

The only thing I don't like and it is becoming a trend is very limited reception hours. I've stayed at a few places now and frankly I don't like it. Otherwise the stay was goo, room was great so the accomodation part if fine.

Hallway and lifts stink really bad. And air con in the rooms is very dodgy and doesn’t keep it cool. Over a 35 degree weekend this made being in the rooms very uncomfortable. We also booked for 3 people and paid an extra person fee to only be given 2 towels etc and left the share for the first night as we checked in late. We did manage to get some the second day.

We also booked for 3 people and paid an extra person fee to only be given 2 towels etc and left the share for the first night as we checked in late. We did manage to get some the second day.

Overall reasonable place to stay close to the city. Unit we stayed in was okay but could have done with more thorough clean. Also need to provide more dish detergent to enable guests to maintain dishes and cutlery hygienically. Shouldn’t have to pay for additional detergents for multiple night stays. Some of the appliances did not work appropriately. Bathrooms a little tired and a bit grimy. Overall a pleasant stay just a bit of feedback for future improvements. Management very friendly and accommodating.

Staff were amazing, and we were able to leave cases while we waited for our room. We were on floor 13, absolutely stunning views, especially at night when all lights were on. Apartment was excellent, everything you needed was there. Excellent stay, location was great, definitely recommend the Astor Apartments

This apartment is an excellent find if you're staying in Brisbane for a few days. It's spacious and ideally placed for exploring the city, and just a few minute's walk fron the Central station. The only downside for us was the noise from the outside, especially to the front of the property. It could really do with new noise reducing double glazing!! Apart from that, we loved it.

Just a hop, skip & a jump, from the VERY REGULAR FREE Loop Bus, into very nearby CBD & back; available from quite early in the mornings, to quite late in the evenings. The Property is in an ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC Location!

One bedroom deluxe was very spacious. The staff member at check in was really nice. Unit could have been cleaner, lots of streaks in the kitchen (where they had obviously wiped), oven had afoul on trays that had crumbs, toilet bowel had not been cleaned thoroughly, a few hairs in the bathroom. Bed was comfortable and the balcony was nice. Location very quiet and accessible to the city. There is a nearby church that rang their bell ALOT over the weekend. Thank goodness the apartment is pretty sound proof. Complementary parking was great.

Everything there I needed, and a very convenient location and easy to find and get to. I was very annoyed when the sign in the office said "back in 15 minutes" he wasn't and responded immediately when I phoned But I got a $129 parking fine for overstaying the 10 minutes. He was never going to be back in 15 minutes. Change that sign!!!!!

Shower and bathroom cleanliness was not great, laundry was horrible, lift to access room smelt like urine so badly. Bedroom, loungeroom and kitchen were good.

My Family and i stayed here and i wouod have too say its the most layed back accommodation ive stayed in hands down nothing was a problem i communicated with reception and anything i needed theyy went above and beyond to help My family agreed we will definately be back soon Hats off too the Astor Apartments and how its ran !
