great pool and gym amenities. Our room was as pictured - 2 bedroom however we only had a small deck that didnt fit a whole table on it which was fine. Very clean, great amenities like cooking utensils etc. Quiet and noise proof room.

Lifts were a problem on a Friday night and a Sunday morning. Only 1 out of 3 lifts working. It took me 30 mins to get to ground to check out. Not great. Everything else was good

The facilities were good, but hot tub not working and this was one reason for our choice of this apartment. Also, room cleanliness was average as carpet did not appear to be vacuumed and bench tops not overly clean. Cheap furniture and marked walls did not give comfort or nice appeal. Overall, very average, especially when we had to pay for parking also.

The aoartment had great views and was nice and clean. The lifts are fast so youre not waiting too long. A TV in the bedroom would be nice. The kitchen utensils are ok but lacks such items as cooking scissors. But generally its a great place to stay. I parking on site is available at an additional $25 per night, the parking spaces are really tight so if you have a wide car its a struggle getting out and theres always the chance your car could get dented buy a irresponsible person opening their door..

Apartment was very spacious with excellent views of the river and city from both the balcony and the master bedroom. Ideal location too - about 6min walk to South Brisbane train station and about 15min walk to wheel by waterfront. Everywhere was clean and tidy but…. Extra pans would’ve been good. Extra tea towels would’ve been handy! A fob per person for using the lift! Lifts are super slow so be prepared to be waiting a while! The gym and pool were a fantastic addition however, no water or towels in the gym and no wipes to wipe anything down. Also didn’t look as though the gym got cleaned daily.

Facilities were nice, there were limited items in the kitchen, only two glass and two coffee cups with three people staying. Small items like peeler etc were missing making it difficult to prepared food. Parking was expensive compared to other hotels in the same location. Overall the room was lovely, perfect location to walk to Southbank

City views were great, walk to the city or along Southbank. Nice sauna, gym and the pool is a decent size. All in all the apartment was nice just the hot water for early morning shower was lacking.

I had to hotspot for almost all of my 6 days as there is problems with internet in the building. The bathroom sink was blocked and couldn't be used. The apartment hadn't been cleaned properly for a long time. Still cutlery from last guest etc. on the shelf of the coffee table. Bed lamp didn't work. Some of the drawers were broken and wouldn't open. Was told to call for A/H check in 20 minutes before arriving. Did this but when I arrived and tried to get in was told the same thing again and no one came for almost an hour.I

Positive: We eventually ended up with an amazing view of the city. The beds were very comfortable. Negatives: Initially allocated a horrible room looking straight out at huge aircon vents and building immediately next door. Refused this room and was reassigned a better room. Why not allocate room with view at the first instance? The cleaners need oversight as the room was filthy. We even had to dispose of a nappy which was under the tv cabinet. The dust was thick and affected my allergies. There was black hair in the bathroom rubbish bin.

The room was so filthy, the kitchen bench hadn’t been wiped down and the stove still had food on it from the last guests. The bathrooms need a proper clean there is pink mould everywhere. The bedroom blinds also had mould on them and the carpets had so much black hair on them I question if the cleaners even did a vacuum after the last guests. The dining chairs also had food squashed all over them. I would not stay here ever again purely as it felt so dirty.

Very confusing to find the reception as there is one flag out front of building with CLLIX then behind reception says Brisbane Casino towers, thought I was in the wrong place, told that to person checking me in and he just laughed. Room wasn’t ready when we arrived for check in at 2pm, was told to come back later as they had 40 plus rooms to be cleaned that day, I asked for the keys and he reluctantly gave them to me. Our room was clean by the time we got up there 20mins later, then received a text an hour later saying room was ready and to collect keys. The room was dated, dusty, all fans had very visible dust and air con vents were covered in dust, broken furniture, mold in both bathroom vanities. Hand soaps were empty. Towels were stained. Didn’t want to use kitchen as it was dirty, some cutlery missing, no drinking glasses except wine glasses. Didn’t feel child friendly at all. When we left there was nowhere to dispose of cardboard pizza boxes in designated waste disposal area.

Pro’s - convenient location, friendly staff & onsite car parking. Con’s - property is in need of updating, room was dirty/unclean (floors not cleaned, stained/dirty furniture, walls & carpets), mould in bathroom. Would not stay again.

Booked a 2 bedroom apartment and got allocated a huge, well appointed apartment on level 30 with an amazing view over the river. Lovely staff at reception who were very helpful. What let the place down is solely blamed on their cleaners - or more appropriately, bed changers/vacuumers because clean, they did not! It was simply filthy. So bad that I cleaned the shower floor so that it didn’t gross me out. They need to put their glasses on and actually wipe the skirting boards occasionally and use a different product on the floor which turned white socks black. Otherwise it was an enjoyable stay.

The apartment was spotless, spacious and very well equipped, with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Great views. Reception staff were friendly, welcoming and easy to deal with. Great location and overall a really pleasant experience — would happily stay again.

We were booked for 2 nights. When we entered the room it had a funky smell. The couch and dining chairs were badly stained. Only two other rooms were available to view, we reluctantly took the second room. This room was two floors down, so we lost our view from the balcony and it was sparsely furnished, compared to the original suite - no dining suite and a small table and chair on the balcony. Unforutnately we weren't in a position to find other accomodation. We were very disspointed, however i do want to commend the staff member who dealt with us. She brought us bottled water and snack packs. I met with her the following morning and she promoptly agreed to refund our second night. This was received through expedia 3 days later. I hope they improve, as the location was ideal.

The apartment was spacious with a full equipped kitchen, washing and drying machine, everything that is necessary for a family stay. We enjoyed the living room with a large TV and separate bedroom for our baby who sleep early. Location was great in walking distance to Southbank and CBD areas. Disadvantage was the noise from nearby train station that woke us up in early morning.

The service at reception was lovely and very helpful. The room itself was very basic. The bed was very spongy and a double, not the queen as per the website. The base sheet on the first night became untucked and very uncomfortable. We found out the morning that there were two single sheets. The shower was mouldy and looked unclean. Our room overlooked the train tracks and despite our reservations we hardly heard them during the night. The room felt like an airbnb. For the price it doesnt compare to other places we have stayed at in the area.

I like staying there. The views are excellent and it's very convenient to the city, Southbank and Suncorp Stadium. Unfortunately I'm not a fan of the two single beds pushed together as a king bed. The room wasn't made either.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment on the 30th floor and wow the view was amazing! Unit was clean had everything you needed for a family and was close to restaurants and cafes as well as public transport.

We booked our stay months ago, relying on the description of facilities, which included TV and free wi-fi. It was only when we arrived that we were informed that there had been problems with the TV for some time, and that only Netflix and YouTube were available. We were less than pleased that they had failed to communicate this to us in advance. We were unable to obtain even those services, or free-to-air. The wi-fi failed after a few hours. Our complaint was accepted , but request for compensation ignored, despite chasing. Clearly they brazen out complaints by ignoring them. The room itself is meant to be photographed, not lived in. There is a lack of utensils and crockery; a full-size dishwasher, but a single teaspoon, for example. The flat itself is dangerous. The flooring is the same in the lounge and the bathroom, but there is a small, but visually undetectable step up into the latter, with no visible demarcation. Both my wife and I tripped over this lip, cutting our feet. The hotel overlooks a very busy railway station. We finally obtained the wi-fi but discovered that this cut off every night at midnight (why? Do guests normally check out of their apartments at this hour?) and we had to re-register (not always easy) all our equipment every morning. Overall a very unsatisfactory experience, and one that the management will no doubt repeat as they simply do not care about their clients.

It was only when we arrived that we were informed that there had been problems with the TV for some time, and that only Netflix and YouTube were available. We were less than pleased that they had failed to communicate this to us in advance. We were unable to obtain even those services, or free-to-air. The wi-fi failed after a few hours. Our complaint was accepted , but request for compensation ignored, despite chasing. Clearly they brazen out complaints by ignoring them. The room itself is meant to be photographed, not lived in. There is a lack of utensils and crockery; a full-size dishwasher, but a single teaspoon, for example. The flat itself is dangerous. The flooring is the same in the lounge and the bathroom, but there is a small, but visually undetectable step up into the latter, with no visible demarcation. Both my wife and I tripped over this lip, cutting our feet. The hotel overlooks a very busy railway station. We finally obtained the wi-fi but discovered that this cut off every night at midnight (why? Do guests normally check out of their apartments at this hour?) and we had to re-register (not always easy) all our equipment every morning. Overall a very unsatisfactory experience, and one that the management will no doubt repeat as they simply do not care about their clients.

Great value for somewhere so close to South Bank. A few minutes walk from South Bank station and the Cultural Centre bus exchange. The apartment is basic and the decor is a little scuffed but it has a full kitchen and washer/dryer. Close to a couple of supermarkets and lots of restaurants and bars. Staff were very helpful.

This is a nice property with nice amenities (which we did not use). The room was very sparse in furnishing, colour, or atmosphere. However, it had a nice view, a comfy bed, and had a well-appointed kitchen. The only issues were minor being no coax cable to the television meaning no free to air (we don't do pay tv apps). And the ceiling fans were absolutely filthy with layer of dust visible from the floor. It is not a full-service hotel/apartment, and the reception is only business hours. We stayed here as we had friends booked here. Would we stay again, No, it is expensive for the quality you get and the service at the front desk is hit and miss depending on who is manning it. Shop around guys.

We were very impressed with the accommodation we were allocated. City view on the 14th floor. Staff were excellent. Very willing to assist with anything we asked for or enquired about. 10mins walk to good eating places, Southbank and Queen St Mall. We will definitely try and source this accommodation again.

Difficult to locate as branded Brisbane Casino Apartments. The room was not ready even though it was after 2pm. There were no Teabags in the room and housekeeping entered the room while we were present not knowing the room already had occupants!

Very confusing to find the reception as there is one flag out front of building with CLLIX then behind reception says Brisbane Casino towers, thought I was in the wrong place, told that to person checking me in and he just laughed. Room wasn’t ready when we arrived for check in at 2pm, was told to come back later as they had 40 plus rooms to be cleaned that day, I asked for the keys and he reluctantly gave them to me. Our room was clean by the time we got up there 20mins later, then received a text an hour later saying room was ready and to collect keys. The room was dated, dusty, all fans had very visible dust and air con vents were covered in dust, broken furniture, mold in both bathroom vanities. Hand soaps were empty. Towels were stained. Didn’t want to use kitchen as it was dirty, some cutlery missing, no drinking glasses except wine glasses. Didn’t feel child friendly at all. When we left there was nowhere to dispose of cardboard pizza boxes in designated waste disposal area.

The apartment was spotless, spacious and very well equipped, with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Great views. Reception staff were friendly, welcoming and easy to deal with. Great location and overall a really pleasant experience — would happily stay again.

It was a bit of a rocky start but overall Hope hotel is an okay place to stay. It started with the receptionist, I'm not sure if he was new or not but initially he was trying to charge me full price even though I showed him my printed receipt and told him multiple times its been pre-paid on Hotels.com, when he finally figure it out he gave me my key for parking and told me pressing the button would open the garage, after wasting time figuring out why it wouldn't open/if I was at the right garage I called reception again and was told that Tapping is how you get in. The parking spots are quite small especially when your spot is next to a wall and car next to you is parked close with junk around it to climb over. Reception told me there's nothing they can do so I went to my room, unpacked and went to cancel my parking but the more senior (manager?) at reception was very helpful though and gave me a new spot! Frustrating start. The room seemed quite clean with the only points of concern was hair inside the vanity cupboard and drawers, dust/lint inside the laundry cupboard and skirting boards having dust on them. I had no issues for the rest of my stay. This was my 2nd stay at Hope.

Stayed here multiple times now and it is still our first choice for the South Bank area. Love the easy access to the CBD and Southbank, and the staff are some of the most helpful and accommodating I’ve ever come across. Highly recommend!

No hot water in shower. Report this to staff and they basically said oh well, we can't do anything about it. I remained unshowered for the 2 nights i was there. A working shower is an implicit feature of a hotel room when you do a booking. CLIIX failed and I recommend avoiding these apartments. There are better ones nearby.

Initially confused about car parking fees! I attempted to remedy with your online chat, a waste of time. Repeatedly responding with same we are looking at it. So 72 hrs out from arrival still no answer. However the check in staff acknowledged that in very small print they found my entitlement. The apartment was spacious and well equipped. Unfortunately not a single clock nor radio in apartment. Very noisy from traffic in local area, we were 8 floors up, so disappointed. When accessing lifts from apartment to either reception or under ground car park, there were dogs barking in apartments. Yet one of stated rules was no digs allowed? Reception staff on weekend were very helpful and particularly pleasant.

The CLLIX staff were helpful and friendly. The apartment was clean. The gym was reasonable too. Unfortunately the windows and doors to the outside didn't seal properly, which made it extremely difficult to sleep. The shower leaked all over the en suite floor. These apartments also seemed to be on the 'wrong side' of the tracks; there were quite a few people hanging around on the street outside that were high on drugs, particularly at night. One of them had left an uncapped used needle out the front of the apartment building next door.

Close to town and staff were lovely however Mould in the shower, you sit on the toilet and there’s no blinds so everyone can see you doing your business. stains over the couch, no tv in main bedroom or pay tv. And the area on Hope St, even our Taxi drivers told us to be careful.

Unfortunately it was a bit too noisy for us . My bedroom was close to the train line. 3 days with minimum sleep . While we booked there was no mention I had to pay car park . Had to spend another $75 for car park . The staff we were on our stay was lovely .

Grand appartement 2 chambres avec cuisine et 2 sdb, tout équipé! Belle vue sur la rivière de Brisbane. Pas très loin du CBD. On a été gâtés en recevant une bouteille de vin accompagnée de snacks a notre arrivée: top!

We loves staying here. Our favourite thing is the view from the river view rooms, such a spectacular view of the city. It’s also a great location for the gallery and museum. There is now a Woolworths metro around the corner too which is perfect. Having a kitchen is great for the family and the rooms are very comfortable. Just to note it’s not serviced everyday and staff aren’t there after 5 or so unless waiting for a late check in. Staff always really nice and helpful.

When we pulled up to the Hope Street apartments we were about concerned about the neighbourhood as it looked a little run down. But we quickly discovered that we were actually in a fantastic area close to South Bank but tucked away down a quiet side street. You literally only have to walk one block for fantastic restaurants, cafes and access to everything Brisbane has to offer. The Museum and Convention Centre are literally around the corner. South Brisbane station is literally 5 mins walk. And the CBD is just 10 mins' walk across the bridge. We loved exploring this little corner of the city and the apartments made a great base. The apartments were clean and very tidy. They pool and BBQ area was fab, even though we didn't use them. Shame the sauna was out of action though. The kitchen was fully equipped and there was a laundry too (although we didn't use this). Having the ability to cook was a great cost saver. We would happily stay in this block again as it is so well located. We did find the apartment had a few maintenance issues that we have told them about but they were minor and didn't detract from our stay at all.

Clean room and upgraded, thankyou, very much appreciated. The staff her helpful, friendly and accommodating, no one was cranky, or gave you a hint of "too bothered to help", parking was excellent and it was very quiet and peaceful.
